So irresponsable, made my order on 09/25 so that I can have it in a month, but they never made it and did not inform me. A week before my baby birthday I email them and they said they send it, but when I asked for a tracking number they never responded. Did not refund my money, so I had to call my bank to an investigation so that I can get my refund.
You purchased this 2 and half weeks ago, we told you our shipping time frame and we told you our shipping info was located twice on every page, since then we never heard back to you until today. Im not sure why you are lying.
I made a purchase on 10/17 and no noticed no movement on my order so I decided to send them an email on 10/25. I received a response stating I could pay an additional amount to have it shipped faster and as written on their site it take 3-4 weeks which I admit I overlooked and decided to review. So my next question was just to gain clarity on if I would receive my item in 3-4 weeks or if it will be shipped. The response felt a little snappy but I let it go more time passed so I decided to read the reviews. The reviews alone made me question my purchase so I asked family and they agreed I should cancel my order. I have been in the customer service industry a long and the emails people posted SHOCKED ME. I am canceling my order.
So basically your just as stupid as all the others that left negative reviews because they didn't understand our shipping time posted on every page. Just because we have the cheapest prices around doesn't mean we need to attract the dumbest around.
I would give zero stars. Never got my outfits and when I asked they said it was shipped but would still refund my money, then tried to blame my bank. ABSOLUTE SCAM
I ordered on october 13 they guaranteed my shipment several times by november 6th even charged me extra for this. Then her birthday comes and goes with no shirts for her or the family. I contacted them by phone and email 2 days before her birthday and no response. Today the day after her party it isnt their problem i should contact ups... terrible terrible customer service please dont use them if you dont have months to wait. They dont care about families or the outcome of them shipping late.
We are not UPS, this is out of our hands, once again you need to contact them to see what the issue is, it was shipped off with plenty of time.

I ordered a dress for my 3 years old. I ordered it over a month ago, and by today I haven't gotten anything. I decided to cancel and the person who is in charge to answer emails calls me uneducated and says that I don't know how to read. The website says it takes them from 3 to 4 weeks of shipping. From the day I ordered it to now it has been over a month (more than 4weeks). If this company has this kind of employees, I would say they don't deserve to have customers. DON'T BUY from this company! They insult customers for cancelling because the company is not responsible enough to deliver orders on time. What a SHAME! SHAME ON SHIRTANGO'S EMPLOYEES!
LYING TRASH, they just purchased this less than a hour ago, they aren't showing any of their emails just ours. They wanted the item within 3 days after purchasing, after we told them our shipping time, they said we didn't have any shipping info posted on any pages which was another lie, we then sent them screenshots of the shipping info posted twice on every page and they said that was fake and it was pictures from another company, this piece of shit is lying, this is why we hate selling to poor uneducated people, all they do lie.
I ask one question about my order and they got smart everytime I reply back they call me dumb and stupid and told me they couldn't understand my broken English but could respond back to everything I said. They also said I must be on drugs! You don't talk to someone that's spending money with ur company I will never I mean never spend my money with y'all again I just want my money back! Which they say that it's no refund! They are very Unprofessional!
They are stupid though. There not even showing all the emails... 30 mins after they purchase the item they demanded to know why it wasn’t shipped yet. 30 freaky mins later, you can’t make this up... Thats crazy as hell, they must be on drugs if your complaining about why your item wasn’t shipped yet after 30 mins, after we explained our shipping time they freaked out on us and said we are scammers and wanted US to pay 100 dollars to overnight their item because customers should have their items within a day of purchased they said, Thats fu”” crazy and they also claimed we had no shipping info on our site at all. This person for sure is either mental or on drugs or both. No sane person would think they would get a custom item within 15 hours, nobody thinks that. Very stupid

I ordered Sept 28th shirt is still not here and my son's birthday in is a few days. It's been almost 5 weeks. So I emailed them asking for a refund. They reply "you should have common sense before ordering and check the shipping" she or he also called me dumb and blocked me. I have all the emails and this is so unexceptable to treat anyone like that. So doesn't look like I will get my refund or anything. Don't waste your time or money here. I was told I would have it on time almost six weeks and still haven't received it. I included a pic of my purchase & date because they say I'm lying. Sept 28th this Monday will be six weeks. But they say 3-4 week shipping what a lie! Just shows the type of people they are.

After I spoke to them about not getting my package on time they wrote to me offenses with a volume of hate and racism, ( calling me nasty Mexican, I hope you have your papers ready when ice come to get you, poor Mexican, go to eat a taco stuff like that) although I told them I wasn't Mexican but Dominican they just don't care and keep insulting me.
This piece of trash is lying about everything and we have proof. They had their item shipped to a random gas station, ups tried to deliver but nobody was there. I personally contacted ups myself and got them to redeliver the item, which they did. This person is a lying piece of shit and they got their item ontime..

LOL, that's NOTHING HOW IT HAPPENED, LOL... This piece of trash threaten to shoot us in the face, kill our kids, called us every nasty ghetto name that she could think of and then threatened us even more afterwards. We have received over 40 messages of nonstop harassment and threats for the last weeks, this disgusting shit is lying so much. All because we told her that we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, thats all we said to this thing, very disgusting animals need to be locked up in cages.
