This company was very disrespectful and unprofessional I asked about my order she called me poor and stupid when I asked for a refund I would not recommend anyone to shop with her because this person is very unprofessional she even sent pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. To save the next person I will be leaving reviews and the name of the website this seller totally invaded my privacy by sending pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. Below I will be showing you the messages of me asking about my order and issuing a refund because I order feb 19th never received a follow up I even put it in the order notes I needed it by This Saturday the site didn't order rush shipping or anything as she claimed it stated.
Ignorant to say the least. Not professional by any means. Poor communication. The education of less than a 1year old. Do not waste you time, effort or money on this company.
Thier new name is Imblacktutus. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful.as you can see in the email I post from them. They only question I wanted answered is when my item was going to be shipped. Cancelled my order and never got refunded
This business got such a bad reputation and deservingly earned such a bad name that they had to change business names. They are now "ImBlackTutus" and they are still just As deplorable as they were when they were "Shirtango". Still AWFUL customer service, reviews and experiences. They have already started collecting horrible responses on FB and the BBB website. SHUT THEM DOWN!
Ordered an outfit for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday is March 21st, I ordered it on January 17th. Here it is March 14th, no outfit. Emailed the company, no response. And now it seems they deleted their webpage and email account. They rip people off.

So I am still waiting on a package to come which I previously posted was canceled. I still have not gotten my refund for the express shipping or for the product itself that I again never received. I presently have given all the information to my bank in order to get a refund. Idk why they ain't seen this and processed my refund just as fast as they took it plus the extra for my pain and suffering. Lol! Good thing I make enough money to go out and purchase double items without it being an issue. Found another black owned business that created the same shirt same day that looked even better. And I thank Amazon for the cute tutu and bows because that came on time-ish.! Considering I order these things Friday and I picked it up Sunday for the party. This is about the principal of things I would never run a business this bad. Get more help if you need it to get your items out faster and to have happy customers and repeat purchases. Out here taking folks money must need my money more than I do!
I purchased a item 1/17 and I was supposed to get it 1/27 but UPS hasn't gotten it from them yet! I paid extra for faster shipping I think I want my $15 back since I leave tomorrow and I don't have it.
Ok so today is Friday and UPS don't have my package from shirttango period. I call UPS they said a label was created on Sunday but they have not gotten the package from the shipper. My package was suppose to be here 1/27 considering that fact that I paid the extra 15 for faster shipping and we discussed that. I have sent countless email of the respectful kind to get an update and an understanding as to where the package maybe and how we can resolve this issue since I don't have it. They quite! Not a single response at all on this situation. I called their number it's some sort of text to whatever number. No body picks up. I left a message and nothing. I also texted that same number and nothing. So they reply usually within a few hrs is a joke. But somehow on a Sunday when I ordered the product they were real chatty. If I don't a call today or something imma be very upset. I have not sent 1 single email cussing them out however I am getting ready to. I can definitely see if costumers are sending wordy emails it's because they don't respond after multiple emails and calls and the customer gets frustrated. Like me! Party Sunday I leave today to go to said party and no purchased product. By the way I have a photographer to take her photo in this outfit and no outfit. I personally feel as if they should be fully responsible for that charge I paid for with in this outfit and no fit ya dig. But it's whatever. Should have read the reviews. I don't see why Agent O is on her showing they ass when multiple people have the same exact problem and they calling people crackheads asking what kinds of crack they on and calling customers crack heads. They boast about making 1.2 million in sales each year and with that kind of stolen money you would think they would be able to pay for better customer service. Treat customers with dignity and respect. Hire a person to answers phones and emails, get more staff to run a more efficient business. The words of this Agent O rep tells me all I need to know about this businesse and their shitty service. Reinforces what every critical review about them has truth to it. I would never as a small business owner behave in such a manner. I would ensure that my customers are happy instead of waiting until the last min to send out packages 2 days before the day they want it that it be ready for shipping sooner just incase there are any issues. But that takes brains something that this company apparently lacks! It's 2 days after my desired date I want my refund for express shipping because wasn't nothing express about this lazy shipping policy. And if it don't come by my daughters actual birthday which is after the party and the photo shoot I had set up. I for DAMN sure want my money back for this whole shit show! Update: on the plus my order was shipping Friday! 2 days late and $15 bucks short lol! Today it's canceled! Yay! They better rush run me my refund as fast as they took it! I won't be going back to these people! My whole shit was ruined hopefully my tutu I ordered from some place else come before the party tomorrow. I found some local small business to support instead where the party at. So shop your local businesses.!

I ordered and cancelled within 5 ours of ordering due to the extreme long shipping process. I was called a stupid crackhead by the email responder and on my request to cancel the order he replied "LOL NO".
Worst company ever, will report, PayPal is trying to get my money back.
I will never order from here again this never received my order and tried contacting them multiple time no response so I had to get a refund from the Amazon pay
I ordered a shirt on oct22nd. It didn't come by the party in mid Nov which is okay, due to covid, shipping was to take longer. So I figured it would be okay as long as I got it by Christmas. But it's mid January, no one will answer my emails, and the phone number listed is turned off. I contacted Amazon pay, hopefully they can help me, because even the emails they tried to send the merchant was returned. :(
I placed my order over the summer, I never recovered it during the indicated time for my daughters birthday. I requested a refund. They refunded me but then a couple months later retrieved the refund. I have been trying to connect with them asking them to please give me my refund and they have been non responsive. They are not responsible or honest.

I placed my order on October 9 and wrote shirt tango on November 12th asking where my order is. They stated it should have come by now and they would refund me the money 3-5 business days. Well I have yet to receive it still. I have yet to still receive the refund or hear from them again. Now they are not answering their emails. Their phone number inbox is full and their other number I left a message on. Have contacted them thru amazon pay also. It is so disheartening that a company could treat so many people like this. Specially in such a rough time for everyone. My daughter was so excited for her my little pony tutu. Specially since I couldn't find anything else like it. And now she has no special dress for her birthday. I really hope they get it all figured out and stop treating their customers this way.
I placed my order sept 25, still have yet to receive any order. When i asked for a refund was told i would be getting my money back, but still no order and no refund. They are horrible with communication and just tell u what u wanna hear while they take your money.
I ordered my child shirt October 19th it is now November the 30th and I haven't received my child's shirt yet I emailed them they only sent one message and I haven't heard back from them since November the 8th it's a shame
Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

But you ARE a lying crackhead. You said we dont have any shipping info on our site at all. We have our shipping info posted twice on every page. We offered you to send you screenshots as proof and you said you didnt care.
