The provided US address from Ship7 in not legit.
Most of your parcel may not be delivered to Ship7 from USPS.
Items may bounce or returned to sender.

Very bad service, customer service take ages to answer, and when they do they won't solve your problem, shipments take very long time to be prepared from shipping, totally not recommended, since two days Ivm trying to contact them and no sultion to ship my shipments

My first impression is; since its comperatively new, their social presence and search engine visibility is currently limited. But as all new businesses that would pick up in time. So some people may get nervous about their service since not much has been talked/discussed about them. Anyway; I bought relatively less valued items since it's a trial. I was lookin for a couple auto parts for myself and got them delivered to Ship7. Their processing speed is very good. Even faster than Aramex, they offer free storage for up to a month I believe. You can check their website for that information. As per shipping options they had an express 2-3 day and an economy service. I choose the fast one. And the items arrived via UPS within the promised period. So; my overall experience is pretty pleasant. I will keep using them and will post any problems here in the future.

And at the time we haven't fully activated live chat feature on our website so she got frustrated for a while. And then we resolved the problem and shipped out her items but apparently she didn't come back and write anything else on review sites. We wish she did though; but her final thoughts was not this bad as compared to her initial comments here. We tried to reach out to her later on, we even responded to her review here, but could not get a response from her. I hope this helps.

As we already informed you earlier, we are extremly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to surge in ship-outs that week, DHL could not pickup all packages on Friday. Normally, all shipment orders made on late hours are supposed to be shipped out the next business day.
But due to this inconvenience, we were able to ship out your package on following Monday.
This happens very rarely, but unfortunately from time to time we experience one day delays such as this one, especially on Mondays and Fridays where shipouts are the most. Since this delay is due to the carrier, we don't have much to do as a resolution.
