Started off very well, but now I have a package that I already paid to have it sent out a week ago, but they haven't sent it because they claim that Paypal needs my ID and proof of address (which I already sent) which doesn't even make sense as they already got my money. Support is extremely painful to work with, so if anything ever goes wrong (like them not posting your package) then you're gonna have a really bad time. This is the last time I'll use them.
They're now asking me for an ID with my address on it. ID documents in my country don't have your address on it, so they're holding my package hostage until I provide something that doesn't exist, for a completely unknown reason.
Save yourself the hassle and use Shipito.com or someone else. If I did that in the first place, I would've already had my package by now.
I used the service to receive a few items because the borders with my country were closed. Now they are open and I'm going to the US again, so I need to ship the items to myself so I can avoid heavy customs fees in my country.
To my surprise, the help center refused to do so, without any reasonable justification. They say they can't ship to the US, but they do so when returning items or in case of restricted items. So it makes NO SENSE that they refuse to ship domestically. Also, this "rule" wasn't clearly stated anywhere beforehand.
At this point, they are holding my items against my will, because I want to ship them all and pay what I owe them, but absolutely can't.

Shipping was initially too expensive but they managed to repack my items into a smaller box which reduced the shipping considerably.
I had my order of just ONE item from Amazon UK sent to my UK ship7 mailbox. I requested that the item be repacked into a smaller box along with an updated photo of the item in its new box with its dimensions clearly showing 11 WHOLE days ago!
This was what was uploaded to my account (Find attached below); a bulky black wrapping was used to wrap the box. Also, neither the whole of the box nor its dimensions which were requested could be seen in the picture.
It is quite obvious that the wrapping would add to the dimensions of the parcel, thereby defeating the whole purpose of the repacking request. So, I asked for it to be removed EIGHT whole days ago and for updated pictures of the item in a smaller box with its dimensions to be sent again. There was a response saying it would be done however after waiting a few days, I sent a reminder three days ago, and once again, they told me that it would be done and yet it STILL has not been done.
I am truly sick and tired of always having to send several emails before a simple request can be carried out and for just one item too. What is so difficult about removing packaging and taking a clear picture showing its dimensions? Isn't that what you're obliged to do without me having to ask?!.
Remove the wrapping as you have been instructed to so I can check my item out, as I do not intend to have any more items sent to my box for forwarding, after the poor service I received from you
My order, shipping to annother provice, and they say, item still in werehouse, but 2days ago i ask for new tracking shipmen, and they say, fedex dont send tracking number to them
And also it take 7 days, so, its my bad experience, and i recommended use another platfrom

I've shipped with Ship7 couple of times, and they've always provided a rather speedy service. Except one time. But, to be fair, it was DHL's bad (claiming that the package contained Lithium batteries, of which it wasn't true at all). Anyway, it took them a couple of weeks to solve it, but at the end I have received all the goods that i've ordered from the states.
I'll definitely use the service again, however, I'll rather choose FedEX instead of DHL.

It's a scam guys, I've been waiting for my shipment for almost 5 weeks now.
And haven't received it yet. Contacted customer support more than 30-40 times, and they always reply with the classic "warehouse team is still looking for your packages".
Contacted DHL and they've returned the package back to them, but they denied it.
Anyway, I have attached some of the emails as a proof.

I had set up to use DHL to send my package from US to Aus, and randomly got a email from the Ship7 support team saying that because I was outside a major city they were going to screw me out of another $42 USD or $54.19 AUD to send it. Ship7 contacted me with these prices and gave me multiple options. They ended up changing it and not charging me the difference!
From receipt of the package getting to the warehouse to them sending it was only a day or 2.

My experience with Ship7 has been horrible. After clearing payment on 19 April 2021 they shipped my package via DHL Express. However the package was returned to them on 20 April 2021 because their incompetent staff wrote wrong contents of the package on waybill i. E. Lithium ION Batteries (it was an ipad cover), knowing fully well that DHL doesn't ship lithium batteries. I told them countless times that the package has been returned to them, to which they always replied that we have not received the package and I should wait. Even after lapse of 3-4 days they told me that they haven't received any package and have raised query but no response has been received from DHL (putting blame on DHL). I requested them to call local DHL office for proof of delivery which will hardly take 5 minutes, but they didn't and instead told me to wait. Nevertheless, after hectic efforts on my part I was able to get Proof of Delivery from DHL and emailed it to them which proved that they have actually received the package on 20 April 2021. After that they told me that they have received the package at their old warehouse (address was written on proof of delivery which I emailed them) and would ship it immediately. The issue here was that they shipped my package from their old warehouse (Mayhill St Saddle Brook NJ), so it was returned at the same address, its common sense, but they didn't even bothered to check. It took a person sitting in another country to arrange proof of delivery for them to make them realize that they had actually received the package.
If they really wanted to help me they would have easily obtained proof of delivery from their local DHL office but they didn't, instead I arranged it for them. Once the payment is done and a customer faces any issue they are not bothered to resolve it. Even though they open all packages, still their staff is incompetent enough to write wrong contents of the package on waybill. It's because of companies like Ship7 that customers don't have trust on other such companies. At least I am not using Ship7 services in future. Advice to all people here is to read negative reviews, it will help you in avoiding the same mistake we have committed.
Stay away.
First, they request a shipping charge of $30 for an item that weighs 0.1 lbs, and mark its "billable shipping weight" as one whole pound. They also only offer DHL, FedEx and the likes, and don't offer cheaper and slower shipping options, like the ones offered by Fishifast or Shipto.
Second, they open and inspect your packages, which I find unreasonable.
You can see that other reviewers have also complained about high shipping charges - I should have known better and stayed away. Don't repeat my mistake.

And at the time we haven't fully activated live chat feature on our website so she got frustrated for a while. And then we resolved the problem and shipped out her items but apparently she didn't come back and write anything else on review sites. We wish she did though; but her final thoughts was not this bad as compared to her initial comments here. We tried to reach out to her later on, we even responded to her review here, but could not get a response from her. I hope this helps.
