SHEIN is that a good website? I shop there all the time best purchases I could've made.

If you buy something from SHEIN, I do hope you don't have any issues with the delivery, because if you do, you are on your own. It's impossible to find someone in customer service - everything is via email (Ontrac") and it takes 2 or 3 days to get an automatic reply. I will NOT purchase anything from them again. They just lost a loyal customer.

I'm disappointed with Shien. Despite ordering specific items, I received completely different ones. The quality was appalling; threads unraveled, and seams were shoddy. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on products that don't match the descriptions or meet basic quality standards. Customer service was unhelpful, making the experience even worse. I won't be using Shien again, as this shopping app fails to deliver both in terms of product accuracy and quality assurance. It's crucial for them to address these issues to regain customer trust and satisfaction.

My items did not arrive and they sent me a picture as proof of my neighbours door porch with her parcels saying it they were mine. Then sent me a picture of a random bin shed with another parcel also not mine. All i wanted was my items and after several messages they finely have agreed to a refund. Really horrible experience. I cant trust them and this is actually worst site I have ever been on.

I completely understand that "stuff" happens HOWEVER I do not believe it happens twice. I waited months for the order the first time. Customer service said it was delivered and probably stolen. Well, I have cameras and it was not stolen because it was never delivered. A second customer service rep said she resend the order if I wanted her to. I agreed because I truly wanted to try their products. Again, tracking shows it was delivered and it was not. I quit. Dont waste your time and/or money on this crap

I place a order in Shein, I order 12 items in I only like 1 when I try to return the wed side wasn't working.
I try to contact customer services 2 times nobody get back to me. Poor items, poor customer service, nothing they send looks like what they have to sell online. SCAM!

I have been totally satisfied with shopping from Shein. Not one of my orders have taken more than 10 days, but I usually get them within a week. I have like most of my purchases and the ones I didn't find whatever reason they were an expensive enough where I could just give them away to someone who does like them and fits better.
More than 5months ago I purchased some clothes from Shein but unfortunately received with very low quality and returned immediately then asked for refund but every time they come back to me with new excuse and I believe they don't intend to pay back to me.

The carrier that they use is sucks! Im not received my las 3 orders, they don't answer, and there is no way to contact them. The mark as delivered my package, but I never received (speed X) I contacted support in shein and they said I can't have a refund since the sistem said "I received the order " so...I lost my items and my money...

Stop shipping my packages with UNI UNI or UNI EXPRESS. It is a joke. I rather stop shopping from shein if they can't use Canada post or any reputable delivery company.

Placed an order for my daughter and order had 2 packages first package only a brown dress arrived and second package never came with most of the clothes and jewelry for her birthday. Not only did they not refund me but I had nothing to give my daughter for her birthday. Luckily I used paypal and could provide that there was 2 packages and one had only arrived to get a refund but the whole process was months long before getting paid back and I won't shop with them any more.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
