An item of my (first) order was not according to the description (night lamp should be USB rechargeable incl. A 3C charger, instead it was only battery operated, I choose the more expensive option compared to other offers to get these 2 aforementioned features).
I wanted to ship the item back and get a refund, then I got to know that returning wasn't for free, but the buyer is charger for the returning shipping cost.
In my case I shouldn't be charged since the item I received wasn't according to the description (either I received the wrong item or the description is wrong).
I wrote to Shein, they asked for many pieces of evidence (pictures, of everything, package, envelope, item barcodes etc.), I sent everything and then I got the response that the item I received was the right one!
Then I wrote a complain through customer service, they asked again for everything, I sent it once again and they never wrote back.
Unacceptable! There are other platforms (like Temu) which have a cost free return procedure and they give your money back without a great fuss.
So, if you wish to buy Chinese goods, better choose another provider, this kind of behaviour should be dealt with from the consumer side.
They don't even have customer service. Never recived my order neither shein or delivery companies chosen by them care.

I thought it was great at first. At first I had no issues and now my stuff keeps getting refunded without me even asking for a refund. I wouldn't have ordered if I didn't want the item. They don't even let you know when they are going to refund an item so you can plan for it. They just refund it without any reasons being given. You can't change your account email. You have to make a new account and you loose the rewards you've accumulated from doing reviews.

I ordered back in August 23, no order has arrived. There is no one to contact. They send a link to a robot that is rubbish. I have lost my money and no order. Will never shop with Shein again.

Be careful when returning. My return says processing and they never refunded my money. Customer service keeps saying they will check and they just ignore you. Scammers.

I reported on September 9th because one of my items inside the package was missing and the order was already paid. She then replied that the package had been delivered and that there was no wrong or missing package. Well, yes, there's been no wrong package since I received it, but it's not complete as my other items were missing, and I was advised to contact Logistics. I contacted the logistic team, and then they advised me to contact your support. I am very disappointed in how your customer service handled my query. She closed the ticket even though it was not yet resolved. She said that she was unable to process the refund due to my inability to provide the necessary information. I already provided all the information and sent her the photos when I first reported, and now I can't reply to the ticket reported as she closed it. Then she had the courage to say that if I encountered any other problems, please open a new conversation, and they would be happy to help me. So funny, you can't even resolve my concern and close it without providing an accurate resolution, then ask me to create another ticket, and you're happy to assist. Well, if you're happy to assist, you should not close the ticket if that's not resolved yet because it's inconvenient and I need to wait 24 working hours again for your nonsense reply.

I ordered 5 dresses, I had to return 4 because the others did not fit. Dress were Good quality and I liked them. I filled and sent the return form this morning, I did NOT get a return label, they wrote (see picture) that they sent it. I could not contact them again because SHEIN doesn't have costumer service by phone, and have not answered my emails.I can't return merchandise without a return label. Need help

I have ordered from shein before with no issues thos time however i made my biggest order so far when the order arrive it was a little box with none of the items i ordered, the worst part is that the is nothing in their website or online that clearly shows how to fix this, no email and no contact details. Just my money gone and no clothes for my babies.

This company I have order some outfit for my mom. The quality is cheap material is cheap and different feel. I returned it I was charged $7.99 and the when to the UPS to ship I was charged $2.19 to ship to them. I told that I was charged $7.99 but the guy told it's not he's problem at UPS. Contact SHEIN no reply. Contact on Facebook I was blocked. Try to put a comment on the public page of Facebook I was blocked as well. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

On September 11th, 2023, I have ordered 14 items on Shein website and was debited cad 361,39. The next day, I was receiving an email from Shein saying that my order was placed on hold by their risk prevention system and that they needed me to provide them with a screenshot of the bank transaction. I sent them the requested screenshot but hours later, they told me that the verification failed and that I should send again. Despite the fact that I asked them by email what was the issue, I didn't get any answer. I've tried to call the customer service but nothing. The status of my order has not changed since and is still in "processing" stage. I just want my money back now. Looks like we are talking to robots!

I really have had no problems with them and when i did they immediately corrected it. The three star rating is because customer service is not the best, very difficult to maneuver, hard to reach a person and when you do, days almost weeks to resolve. I think by design. Some things like earrings you can't return. I purchase baby clothing and some household things, I appreciate them having that policy! You have to know what to get and what not to get -IT's CHINA! But lately they have gotten sloppy with their shipping. I have always gotten what i paid for, but i think now they are getting so much business they have gotten sloppy with their shipping. Your packages come here and there and it can be a headache when trying to track your order, SO for that reason I try not to order to much anymore.

I love this site and am really impressed with them. I am always very skeptical when it comes to shopping online but they have never given me a reason to worry about my order or the quality. I love this site. I just opened up another package from them and everything I got is just beautiful.
Ordered on July 26,2023 said it was delivered Aug 24,2023. It was never delivered to my house. Contacted them four times. Told me to wait a few days and check with my neighbors to see if they got it. Finally asked for refund since I got no merchandise, was told the would send half my mone. Thats cause it said it was delivered. Some one lied about delivery. Note on morning it said delivery it was posted in the morning that it was delivered at 15:00. Thats afternoon! This was my first order with company. Never again and I keep telling them that is unacceptable. I never received anything. The send same email over and over. Really tired of the lies and they do not care. They got money, thats all they want! Beware do not order from them! One is too much of a rating. How are you suppose to prove it wasn't delivered.

A complete scam.I did ordered Hawaian T-shirt from thwm. Never got an item. Mean while after the expected delivery range got an email saying my address was wrong, nobody was there to sign the package Bull$#*!. I am working to get my money back. You can't talk to nobody and if you respond them via email it will opt you out. Be aware!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
