I bought 10 items in a single purchase. I would like to know when my ordered goods will be shipping. It's been over 9 days since ordering and my payment has been long confirmed and status still remains on "processing". And they said will reply to all ticket within "1 working" day. It now been a day I send out, and I haven't hear anything back. And I can't earn the points I supposed to receive.

I have been waiting for my 1st purchase from Sheinside for almost 1 month. During the time, I did my 2nd purchase as I saw lots of cute clothing there and hoping to receive the stuffs within 5-7 workings days as promised. However, I still haven't received my 1st purchase though, I feel NO hope to receive my 2nd purchase on time... It's DEFINITELY a VERY DISAPPOINTED shopping experience. Isn't it a SPAM?"

Finally, I can get the full refund within 10 business days. Quick response and good customer services!

After ordering a number of items which were completely wrong sizes (They are based, made and sent from China) and in their sizes. Not great for a 6ft female! I have sent the items back after having to pester the company to get the return address and surprise surprise they are beating me around the bush at the receiving end and acting as though the package I sent a month ago hasn't been received! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They are a complete scam! I even received trousers with no button holes!

I love it! Their selection of dresses is amazing. I bought this beautiful white lace dress that compliments my body really well. I get so many compliments every time I wear it. Their shoe selection is also really good. I have bought so many beautiful flats and sandals. I have never had any problems with this company and they have always helped me with questions I've had. I definitely recommend this store.

I started to order from this company last year, and it started fine, however, since then, ive waited and waited on an order for over a month, chasing it all up with them, then having to cancel the order and then be refunded. I decided after awhile I would try them again as one bad experience doesn't mean it would be bad again, however now I placed 2 different orders... the 1st one received 2 of the tops in the items I received don't fit/sit properly so I sent in a ticket to be relied by customer service on how I go about exchanging these items. The 2nd order I received is a beautiful dress, however it is far too small and the braclet I also ordered was also far too small and chunky. Again I sent in a ticket to be emailed back that they wouldn't accept the braclet to exchange due to their return policy and instead of me sending back the dress, how about a 25% discount off the next order! Now for 1... I checked their so called return policy, and all it states is they wont do a return for jewellery etc, no reason... nothing! A policy is suppose to state facts! Being unhappy with this product and have only tried it on and put it back in its package... what is the reason for not exchanging it! Secondly, why would I keep the dress I ordered if it doesn't fit! Do they really think a 25% discount off another purchase when im so %#^$%&*%^&* at the moment would help? They're lucky if I ever purchase from them again! As far as im concerned their customer service is horrible! Now I have to wait for more responses to tickets just to get anywhere with a simple issue with a simple solution! Will not be recommending to anyone I know!

I love SHEINSIDE's blazers! I bought two of them, a royal blue one and a red one from SHEINSIDE. The colors are exactly as they appear. I typically wear an X-Large in tops/jackets/dresses, so after reading the other reviews I ordered a few sizes up. I got them both in (L size) and they fit perfectly. If you look at the measurement chart, you can pretty much figure out which size you need to order. They are really soft and flexible, but they still have great structure. You can wear these to work and look professional without your movement being restricted.
DEFINITELY, this has turned out to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. I didn't want to spend $200 or more on a blazer that I won't wear very often, and this dress is the most beautiful of any I have seen in my months of looking for a dress.

I ordered the "Coffee Belt Buckle Vintage Shoulder Bag" and when it arrived it looked way better than I expected. The Pu leather is very convincing and the weave on the front pocket looks sooo good in person. Most bags I get in the sub $50 range lack stricture and quality but I can tell this satchel will last a while, especially considering the price point! The shipping was fast and customer service was on point. This was my first order from she inside, the site was easy to use and the selections was superb. Ill definitely be ordering again! :)

When I found this site I was a bit unsure as I had never used them before but as I was searching through the items they have I came across a pair of Black Buckle Strap High Heeled Sandals and I just have to have them! So I placed my order, I got confirmation almost straight away, and when they arrived I was surprise that for the cheap price they are really good quality just as shown in the picture, they are perfect and I cant wait to wear them tonight. I love Sheinside. They're a very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. I really love their selection of dresses and skirts, but they have awesome accessories too!

I've ordered from Sheinside twice now, and both times the orders went smoothly, without any snags in shipping or ordering. The site is pretty fun to look through!

However, downside to plus sized girls - a lot of the clothing goes by Asian sizing, so if you're looking to order clothing, be sure to have your measurements ready and converted to centimeters. It'll make searching and ordering so much easier!

I highly recommend sheinside if you're looking for some unique and hard-to-find fashion.

Since its now getting to be Summer again soon I found myself looking for some Maxi dresses online. I stumbled across sheinside.com. And after a quick look on the site I found what I was looking for. The site has a very intuitive design and it makes shopping very easy and fast. I found a White Cross Back Striped Maxi Dress and instantly ordered it. The back of it is so beautiful and it looked like a dress that would flow around the body nicely. It has a very nice fit and is made out of a soft an flowing fabric which is perfect for the summer. I will wear this dress so much! The customer service is nice and very responsive! I would order again from them in a heartbeat!

The staff on the online chat is very friendly, but the company picks and chooses review to post for the items sold on the website. I bought 7 items in a single purchase, most of them received good reviews from me, except for 2 (all of them got approved and posted except for these 2 bad reviews).

I asked why did those 2 reviews didn't get approved and they said and I quote "not enough stars and bad reviews may lead to posts being unpublished". Oh wow! That is like lying to the customers!

*updated June 2015* So yeah, they replied me, and posted one of the two that received bad reviews. But this should have been done after speaking to the customer service, not after I posted poor reviews of this site on 3 different forums. And they emailed me like 3 times to change/update this review, until I told them to stop pestering me. And now they have change their site name to Shein.com

My experience with Sheinside was excellent! The product that I ordered (white long sleeve loose shirt dress) was exactly like in the picture and fit very well. Ordering was very easy on their website and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is great and is always on chat when you need them. They have a wide selection of super cute clothes and I rarely see something that is over $20. Highly recommend ordering from this site!

I ordered the 'Khaki Long Sleeve Cotton Street Jumpsuit Pant' and its absolutely fantastic! Its perfect for my curvy figure (I'm a UK 14 and ordered large) and you can wear this to many occasions. What I love so much about this jumpsuit is the Khaki colour and the fact that you can really dress it up or down with accessories depending on the occasion. It compliments my curvy figure amazingly and that is something rare to find! I will be definitely be ordering from Shelnside again! The only reason for the 4 stars is because it arrived a little later than I was hoping for (But I am from the UK) but apart from that... A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!:-)

I ordered the Black Floral Loose Chiffon Kimono and I have to say it was worth the money I spent and the time waited for it. It's my new favorite clothing piece to wear with everyday wear. My friends are really trying to figure out where I got this and it's fun to watch them guess. I love their selection of shirts too and it matches my personality just right and for a great price! Sheinside.com has the best deals ever, I ordered a Navy Spaghetti Strap V-cut Striped Asymmetrical Dress and it looked absolutely stunning if I do say so myself. This dress is a real head turner, I cannot wait until the summer time. The item shipped way faster than other clothing websites I have previously ordered from in the past. The quality of the item was really good as well, my friends thought it was a designer dress worth $500+. The price was so cheap at just $31.50 and it was 28% off so I got it for $22.67. What a steal.

Their vintage dresses are amazing. I bought five of them and they fit surprisingly well, considering the fact that my breast size is fairly large, and cheap clothes usually don't fit me very well. They also had a sale on a lot of the dresses, which made my purchase even more fantastic! SheInside was overall pretty great to buy from, and I would definitely buy from them again. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't buy more, and that the shipping seemed to take a bit. But it was well worth the wait. I can't wait to buy from SheInside again.
