I ordered a dress from this company last week for a formal event I have coming up next weekend. I got priority shipping because of course, i need it quick. If I felt like i wouldn't get it in time, i would have never made the purchase through them because I know plenty of other sites who actually keep their word and provide great service. I believe I have a fake tracking number because I have tried it everywhere and it DOES NOT WORK! Ive tried to put in a ticket, and try the online chat but I got nothing. I clearly should have read the reviews first because If i do not get my dress in time or my money back there will be major issues between me and this company.
My question is how long it will take to receive a confirmation on my cancelled order and also a refund. I'd also like to know how long it will take to get my money back. I feel very nervous about being fooled by this site. My only wish is to cancel the order and get my refund.

I was excited to find a large variety of skirt shorts on the site, and am very happy with the sizing and quality of the skorts. These can be so hard to find in stores! I did not have any problems with ordering or shipping, and my shipping was free because I live in the U.S. I am baffled by some of the reviews here and would guess that maybe the site is fine-tuning its shipping, but geez, it is international and you do have the advantage of finding products that you can't find anywhere else. People should expect some shipping time when ordering from an international seller. I had no problems with shipping and am happy overall with my whole experience. I will shop at sheinside again.

Staff here are normally very friendly! I absolutely love this store and its employee! Simply said, if i didn't like this store there is no way i'd come back. But i am a faithful and regular shopper! Shopping online can offer you a great experience, especially if you will shop at SheInside. I purchased White Sleeveless Floral Print Dress as my present to my lovely sister. The ordering process at this online store is amazing. Everything is easy and if you have some concerns, its customer service is always available to answer all your queries. In terms of shipping, I think it is a bit longer than I expected, but it did not matter to me at all when I got the item I ordered. I like its quality and design. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service of SheInside.
What they don't tell you is that they sell replicas of what the supposedly sell. They present images of original clothes (they even blur out the brand in case it shows on the label) sell it to you a bit overpriced and it is not always what you expect.
-The materials are just OK, borderline of very cheap ones.
-Sometimes, items will come not sewed from a few places.
-They don't always stick to the measurements they show.
-Take ages to process order.
-Takes even more to get to you.
-If you pay more for a better shipping service it will be the same as the "free one." (Not my case but the case of a lot of people I know.)
-Customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't really help you, they just try to make you settle for what they say, either because you have to "wait more for it because sometimes it takes longer," or "you should sew it yourself."
It's a hit or miss, though 85% more miss than anything else. Don't really recommend this site unless you can take all that was written above. It's stressful and not really worth as the items are just OK. (Even if some pants i ordered were totally the wrong size.)
The site isn't really CHEAP but they charge as if they sold better quality things.
UPDATE: the customer service will contact you and demand to change the review. They say things like "sorry for the negative experience. 3 stars are fine." Ask you to give them a second chance, either buying from them again with your own money or blindly changing the review just because they ask nicely. I don't see them being nice and giving me a refund. JUST AVOID IT!

I ordered the "Black Spaghetti Strap Sequined Backless Maxi Dress", knowing that it is a popular dress. I NEED it by May 16, or it will be pointless to even buy the dress and I will be incredibly upset. I have had a decent experience before ordering a dress but the processing and shipping time is very slow. After reading countless reviews on how in stock dresses that say "ships in 24hrs" do not actually finish processing in that time, I am upset and worried. I asked the online chat help if it is in stock and how long it will process, but was given the sheinside website chart on how long shipping and processing usually takes. I already knew that! Another time, I asked "does the Black Spaghetti Strap Sequined Backless Maxi Dress have stock in US?" and then I saw "Operator Anthony has left the chat. The chat is ended." I gave the service a 1 star rating. UNACCEPTABLE. I asked a question and the operator just left. It is very frustrating to know that the online help could not help me answer my question about my specific dress. Hopefully I get it in time, if not I am filing for a refund.

I am constantly looking around for sites that aren't super complicated and also have actual sales and variety. Thankfully I found it here. Shopping has just become a bit easier for me (especially since it's not exactly my favorite thing to do).

Though you have been using any shopping sites for years, but you only really know if a company is good when something goes wrong, and you have to use their customer service. I can honestly say that, in my experience Sheinside.com customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. The first problem was I wanted a lightning deal, accidentally cancelled my order, then the site wouldn't let me place a new order. I contacted them, told them what happened, and they allowed me to place another order and honoured the lightning deal price.
Customer service responds extremely quickly (for customer service!) I've always had a reply the same day, even when I've emailed at 8pm in the night.
I've purchased a ton of great items here for myself and my wife and we have not yet been dissapointed. The customer service is great and I have never once had an issue with anything!

I bought clothes at Sheinside a couple of times before and I was very satisfied! I never had a a problem with them even when I ordered during the holiday season last year, and the selection is one of the largest I have seen in one shop, so I just find it easy to get stuff for everybody there. It's easy to pay and keep track of the shipment and the orders always arrived with no problem. My items were nicely packaged and I think the quality of the products were beyond expected for the prices I paid… Overall I do recommend, I will definitely order again soon.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
