Hi! I went shopping on this site on APRIL 24, and i have not received my package STILL. I complained multiple times, and at first when i asked for a tracking number, they gave me one from a previous purchase i made, which is stupid! I am not stupid enough to fall for something like that. I complained on this site and they replied with ANOTHER TRACKING NUMBER THAT DOESNT WORK. I sent multiple emails to them on their website and they still give me the WRONG TRACKING NUMBER. They say it is in town but the tracking number says the package doesn't even exist. What i hate more than dishonesty is a company that is sketchy like this one. I asked for a refund and they say that my package is in town (which i wont believe unless i have proof from a tracking number that works). So now in order to get my money back, i have to return a missing package that i can not track and that i am sure that was not even sent. I contacted the Better Business Bureau about this "Sheinside" and have found that multiple people are having the same problem with these people. All i want is MY money back.
If they do decided to comment back it will be "Sorry", "we dont know why its coming so late" "here an (invalid) tracking number". This is their response for every complaint. So really no help.
I have previously left a review on here a little less than two weeks ago. It was really negative, so I was able to get a response promptly telling me that they are working hard to resolve the issue, and if I could so kindly update my review to something more positive. Hell no, I am most definitely not going to now. So I was told that my order was being held in customs and that they're having colleagues resolve the clearance issue to have it on it's way. Then after not hearing anything back, not seeing any updated tracking info, I left a review on here and chatted with a lot of different imbeciles, I was told that my item was returned back to thenwarehouse. I was then told (after I demanded this second shipment be sent with express shipping) that it would be reshipped. So I placed this order on 04/20/2015. Then I received correspondence back on 05/08/2015 that my order would be reshipped. First it had to be processed again. Then I received an email on 05/12/2015 telling that it's been held in customs. Then I checked my tickets on the website and was told that my order had been shipped. So all of this is $#*!ing bull$#*!. And if I don't get my stuff before 05/22/2015, I will make sure to leave negative reviews everywhere, contact the federal trade commission, the better business bureau and try to get this website shut down. :)

They will send the bad stuff to you however, all the good clothes goes out of stock even if you pay for it on time and before everybody else. There is no first come first serve basis and no respect for the customers.
Its okay if the $#*! happens for the first time, it repeated again and they are cancelling one of my order again. Its better to order from a renowned website who would not distinguish/ play so unfair.

Sheinside is a great website for fashion. This site keeps up with all the latest fashion but does it in a way that does not break your budget. Another great thing about the site is that is allows you to pay in any currency whether it is the dollar, euro, or the pound. This is great because no matter where you are in the world you can feel safe and secure that your currency will get accepted and your order will go through. With Mother`s day around the corner this would be a great time to check out the site and buy something for Mom that she will love at a price you will love!
It was my first time ordering from SheInside and I spent nearly $300. I only received 3 of my 17 items I ordered and that was it. I contacted 2 customer service agents via the Chat thing because they apparently don't offer telephone customer service and both were extraordinarily UNHELPFUL. I did not receive a tracking number or a delivery date I was only told my items cannot be tracked, SO I have no way of knowing when my "Already Shipped" items will actually be arriving. I am So Disappointed. If I do not hear anything in the next few days I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I recently ordered a mothers day gift from this site and it was an incredible experience. It had fast shipping and even had something I had been looking for for quite a while and it got here just in time. I couldn't be happier with it. I have had the most excellent response from the customer support system that answered all of my questions and concerns willingly. This store has made me a customer for life and I can say with good faith I throughly enjoyed my experience there.
UPDATE:
The Sheinside reps reached out to me and processed my order cancellation within 48 hours. I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness, and I might trust this company again and shop there again after my move.

I feel all kinds of stupid of not checking out this company's reputation, especially in terms of shipping delay, before making a purchase.
I made an order and cancelled it shortly after, as I'm moving away in 2 weeks and there's no way these items could arrive on time. I would like some confirmations that my order has been cancelled; I even tried using the online chat but there has been no response (and I'm pretty sure that this is the afternoon in China). Can any Sheinside reps confirm if my order has been cancelled, and let me know how long the refunding process will take? It is a big order for me and I would like my refund asap.

I have ordered from these guys quite a few times now, and I have never had a bad experience with them! I love these guys! I use them everytime I order something for lady in my life, Lol. Seriously though, they are professional, I've never had any problems with shipping, and their ordering process is simple and smooth. I will definitely be back to order from these guys again!
The first time I made a purchase on Sheinside, I ordered 2 dresses. The second time, I ordered 2 cardigan jackets and 1 bracelet. Both orders came in within 2 weeks from China to Canada. Since I've gotten so many compliments on the clothing, I will continue to purchase from SheInside. The quality and shipping were fantastic!
Please note: Because the site is shipped from China and the deals are way below retail, asking for a returns and refunds are brutal. You're better off reselling the clothing than the hassle of returning.
It took me a long time to receive my item but I was happy with the quality and price. I'd be weary of this company since they didn't email me when they said they were going to and there is no phone number to contact. If you're willing to wait a long time for your item then go for it.

I like party dresses, I use to buy from SheInside collection. Lately I bought a blue dress from Sheinside store for which I was so impatient and it was so much astonishing that I received my shipment before the expected period. I would like to thumb up for their extra fast delivery and quick services where quality is concerned there is no doubt in there. First of all, the wait time to get your order is looong. Like slowly taking a dinghy from China slow. Second, the clothes are super cheap and way too small and short. Definitely not meant for anyone who is 5'9". Third, nobody will get back to you about how to handle the return of an item. The site is not at all user friendly and the "chat depratment" does not respond. Here it is a week later and 3 angry posts to them and nothing. Save yourself the headache and the money. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME! Never, never again.

I placed an order on 04/19 and my order is still processing! They say it takes 7 days to process but it has been way more than 7 days! The customer service replied to me once saying that one of the dresses I ordered was in high demand (? I have nothing to do with that, they should not take orders if they can`t compromise delivering it) but that they had the rest of the stuff ready to ship and that they would ship separately. I said OK, what can I do? I ordered one of the dresses to wear on my graduation day on 05/10 and I did way in advance, so I wanted it as quick as possible. Since then my order STILL have not shipped, I have not received any e-mail, but of course my credit card was charged next day I placed the order. I tried to contact the customer service about 3 or 4 times again and they just decided not to answer me anymore. SO FRUSTRATED!

I order from this place 2 weeks ago hoping I would get my order before may 6 because I have to travel and according to them they offer express shipping that will take from 5-7 days. That's a lie! And when I asked why it was taking so long to process more than 7 days! They said it was because I bought a best seller item and they had to make it again:/
I went and saw the best seller items and my items weren't best sellers. Then they told me they would fix it and they only changed my status from processing to shipped and I don't have ANY tracking info. I hope this isn't an scam!

First of all, out of the three items I bought only two of them actually shipped within 24 hours. I have a tracking number for that and am praying that it will actually arrive. Second, my order is supposed to be expedited shipping yet the third item that is supposed to be shipped within 24 hours is STILL processing after nearly 5 days. I have now submitted two tickets and an email asking customer service when they will ship that last item out, because I am moving in 10 days. Not only have I gotten no response, I am starting to wonder if all these "great" reviews are their employees because everyone seems to think the material is cheap along with the service quality. My experience with sheinside.com has been really well. I found what I was searching for and there is nothing better than that. Light blue classic slim ripped denim pant was on sale. It's a great denim pant which I got on good price. Fitting is also really nice for me. They have a lot more pants for varying sizes so almost anyone might find their size. I saw some great collections for other things though I was searching for a denim pant. I think it will go really well with most of my dresses and my drawer is thirsty for some denim.
Although I didn't receive my package yet, I feel totally disappointed. My items had the "shipping in 24 h" tag. Still, needed 4 days to process. The tracking shows "waiting for shipment" since 2 weeks. My emails got ignored, same as chat messages. This is ridiculous. Never again.
Edit: after contacting the company 3 times, I finally got the answer! Actually, mostly thanks to my review, I guess. Anyawy, I have changed the rating to "ok (but very average) mostly due to:
1. For my 3 emails I got 4 responses. Sure, holiday happen (that was the explanation), but still you have to work on customer service.
2. I got my order. And except of the fact, that half of my butt is out (too short underskirt), everything is as described (but if you are expecting HIGH FASHION, you will get disappointed)
3. After long loong time, I got another email, that the status of my order has beed checked again, it is delivered, and if everything is fine (non-sarcastic WOW!)
Still, what should be changed, is the shipping info. How am I supposed to ask if my parcel wasn't lost, if I am not able to say which company is supposed to deliver it?
Not cool thing is also that if you order things that are supposed to be shipped within 24h and, let's call it 'regular time' ones, EVERYTHING will wait (call me stupid, I was expecting 2 packages.)

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
