I recently went to sheinside.com to find summer shoes for my wife. As we scrolled through the site together she found many great shoes that she thought were "cute" and also cheaper than in a store! She ended up choosing the Apricot Pearl Flip Flat sandals, and is eager to use this site again for her clothing needs (and wants!)
The fact that i have waited for my package for almost a month is ridiculous! This used to be my favorite shop to by from but they have managed to ruin that. I did email customer service & they have failed to get back to me! Never again will i buy from this company horrible horrible horrible save yourself the headache people!
I've used sheinside several times and have had no issues whatsoever. I bought three t-shirts and a top and the ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was on time and the items were of good quality and very original designs. I would have no hesitation in shopping there again.

My friend orders from this store all the time and I always love what she has on. So I recently decided to test it out for myself. I went online and bought this really cute vintage chiffon dress. I figured ordering one item to test it out wouldn't hurt. Placing the order on their website was really easy to do and didn't take long at all. I was so excited when the dress came in the mail. When I opened it up, I loved it instantly. It ended up to be a great quality dress for such a low cost. I plan on restocking my entire closet with this site!

I ordered my clothes on April 30th. Even with Express Shipping they cannot guarantee it will arrive on the 22nd of May... So I'm in the process of going back & forth, sending & responding to "tickets" to get my card refunded.
Also, if you reverse image search their photos A LOT of them are from different sites with better reputations. Simply type in images.google.com into your browser, save their image on your desktop, and then search it in that link. Someone from reddit taught me that.

I have been waiting for days for two dresses that I ordered about two weeks ago for my graduation and baccalaureate, I have yet to receive them & when I go through my app & track it, it has said it's been at the same place for the past twos days. I try too track through my tracking number and it says that it couldn't be found! First & worst experience!

I ordered two items on May 3rd, to which I haven't received. The two dresses were both stamped with a 24hr shipping time so I got mad excited and ordered. My package was tagged to be shipped but after using countless tracking sites, including sheinside, no information could be found. I have contacted customer service 4 times to no response. This is not a good site

I have shopped on this site several times without any problems. I had 03 items shipped to my home and some I have use site to store. The great thing about site to store is that they notify you by email when your item has arrived. I like the sheinside.com for lot's of quality product are available in one place and anyone can get the desire items delivered to home without any hassle. I have never had a problem with sheinside.com and definitely recommended the store!
I purchased a necklace that said it shipped within 24 hours. I purchased on 5/1/15 It took about 4 days to say "shipped" on it. I just rechecked the shipping status after purchasing expedited shipping and it is still in China JUST BEING PROCESSED ON THE 13TH (today). I am livid. I sent an email to them about the order the day before it was marked shipped and let them know I needed it by the 20th and if that wouldn't happen I needed to cancel my order. If this necklace is not delivered by the middle of next week then I will be filling with my bank for a reversal of charges. Whoever checks this site and responds, I need a confirmation my order will be here by the 20th. Which is much longer of a time frame I should give since it was supposed to ship with 24 hours. And was under "expedited shipping."

After some time and emails I am re-writing my review for she inside and would order from them again. The initial process of receiving my package was slow but as promised tracking was uploaded and it was delivered straight to my door. I ended up exchanging 4 pieces because the material was way too thin and the dresses were too short on me but the exchange process was very smooth. I sent the exchange items to a domestic address and had my exchange items within the week, which I am very happy with. Overall you can get some cute items for very cheap but know that some of the material may be too thin for your liking it just depends what it is made of. I have 3 rompers I got from my order that I have ended up loving!
Very very unhappy! I placed an order 10 days ago with many of my items saying they will ship in 24 hours and nothing has shipped and i have received no updates on my order. I finally emailed "she inside" myself and on the first message was told the items had already shipped and I would receive a tracking number soon. I waited a day and no tracking so I emailed again and was told my package would ship soon to be patient. A FLAT LIE! They told me it had shipped when it had not! DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! I ordered two items from this site, both of which were promised to be shipped in 24 hours. I also ordered them with expedited shipping, and a week later, they have finally announced that the items were shipped. However, they have not given me a tracking number, even after I have asked multiple times. I have no idea when my item is coming, and I am outraged by their customer service. I used their online chatting system, and the person who was responding to me even said "You have been cheated. Ask for a refund." I have screenshots proving this, in case anyone wants proof of this. I will never shop here again.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. They falsely advertised that my purchase would ship in 24 hours, and then after I ordered, it took TWO WEEKS for them to say it shipped. In that time I sent several tickets asking for someone to actually talk to me and explain what was going on, I just got form-letter type responses that didn't answer even one concern.
When I finally did get a tracking number, it didn't work. I have now asked four time to have a phone call from them to resolve this issue, and I have been ignored every time. This is the absolute worst costumer service I've ever even heard of. And it has now been 15 days since I placed my order and its not even available to track, when originally they advertised that it would ship in 24 hours, and I paid for 6-8 day shipping.

When I first found this website a couple weeks ago, I was super excited to find everything at a reasonable price for good material. But since it still states my shipment is being processed even though I ordered over a week ago. This is the first and last time I buy from this site. You don't provide tracking numbers and the customer service is lousy. I purchased my items Order #AYK3650 on 5/4/15 it's now 5/11/2015 & my order is still "processing". Give me a break, I went through the process of submitting a ticket & haven't heard anything since. I bought a dress on this site for my girlfriend and she loved it! It was the White Spaghetti Strap with Lace dress. She usually is really picky with dresses, and has a certain look she likes. WHen I browsed through the site, there were a lot of styles that looked good, and it was quite easy to find one that I thought my girl woudl like.
Everything from selection to checkout was easy to use. I received the shipment on time, and now my girlfriend is always on the site instead of going out to shop, which is better for me b/c I won't get dragged to go shopping at the mall now.
This is my second purchase with Sheinside, and all has gone well. My first purchase was for my girlfriend's birthday. This time I decided to step it up a bit and get a few nice things for my sister's birthday. Normally I just give her a gift card or something like that. This year I didn't break my bank, and I was able to get her a lot of really nice clothing. Everything feels great quality with no picks or rips, and it all fit her well. She said this year's gift was the best so far. It was perfect!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
