I ordered $300 worth of clothing, and 15 days later, I don't have any parcel, and my order still says "Processing". Contacted customer service, and I think they lied to me, as they told me my order left the warehouse 5 days ago.
YES Sheinside, I KNOW you need 7 days to process, and you got your 7 days, but another 8 days later? You're shipping information site says:
Allow 5-7 days for processing, and to Australia, shipping is estimated between 3-7 days for express, which I have, because I spent a LOT more than the $100 US.
Sheinside, you are a bunch of idiots that probably use slave labour to make cheap products, and have the worst customer service in history. NEVER shopping with them again.
I ordered 2 dresses three weeks in advance from when I needed them and PAID for the express shipping. Called fedex to track the package as it wasn't here 3 days prior to the event I needed the dresses for and fedex informed me they sent the dresses the lowest possible shipping message NOT the EXPRESS that I paid for. When I consulted with the company about the issue the only thing they offered back was FIVE DOLLARS OFF my next order. Completely ridiculous! Never recommend or order from here. Still have yet to receive the items or any money back.

I have no idea why some people are ragging on this site, I have bought 5 items in 2 separate transactions and every single thing was delivered in a reasonable time and the merchandise was AWESOME! Seems some of the negative reviewers had unreasonable expectations. If you actually pay for your items & follow the instructions, there are no surprises. The coupon codes are amazing... best prices I've found. Last order I needed quickly for vacation and ordered expedited shipping and got it VERY quickly.

I frequently buy my wife items from SheInside, and she always loves them. The price is right for quality stuff. A while back, I got her a pair of denim shorts, and a t-shirt with wings on the back. She wears them all the time, and looks beautiful -- she's had girls asking her where she got them, and wanting to go shop at SheInside themselves when she tells them where I bought them. She also loves their jewelry and shoes, which have made great anniversary and holiday presents several times.
I spoke to a person prior to ordering and I asked if my items will be shipped out within 24 hours of ordering (the items that had the specification). They told me yes. To reiterate this I asked so the items that do not have the "shipped out within 24 hrs tag" will be shipped in a different parcel at a later date - they also said yes. Which was what I had been heavily reliant on because all the items that were supposed to be shipped within 24 hours were the ones I needed because I'm leaving to go overseas in a week and a half! I chose express shipping aswell and my items are still being "processed" for shipping. "Items shipped in 24 hrs" turned out to be not shipped 7 business days later. C'mon guys. If I had known and you were honest about processing times - I would have still ordered but not the things I needed urgently. Please fix this ASAP
Also now that I have waited the full 7 working days wait time for the order to be shipped - I seriously hope all the items will be arriving together

As soon as I placed my order, I got an email from them saying thank you and my order was getting ready to ship. By the next day my order shipped. My order arrived at my door in little to no time. So I have a confession to make, my sister-in-laws birthday came around and I forget about it. So in trying to make it up to her I told her I would buy something for her. So I had her look on the internet for some dresses. She came across this site, Sheinside and liked how the pink and yellow sleeveless dress looked. So I hopped on and starting looking for the dress. I had no problem in finding it on the website, their layout is easy to move around in. I also find the ordering process very start forward, very similar to other big name sites. However what i liked the most was the care they took in packaging the dress up. When I received the dress it was nicely wrapped and looked well protected.
I have been in search of a quality and outstanding bracelet to purchase for my wife and daughter but the ones I got were not really fashionable and my wife doesn’t like them. A friend of mine told me about this site, sheinside.com. So I decided to give it a trial and lo and behold, they have great and amazing products in sock, my wife loved and cherishes the gold bracelet I got for her because of its great uniqueness and quality. This skirt was so cute, I couldn't say no when I saw it was under $15! The biggest thing when ordering from an online store is to CHECK THE SIZE GUIDE. I've never had a problem with this or any other site because I know my measurements in inches and in centimeters.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
