The amazing experience! I ordered an amazing, sexy-maybe a little sleazy dress at sheinside.com that I love. The prices are surprisingly affordable. The store has a well chosen selection of clothes and accessories. They have moderate prices, and stay very up to date with trends. Thank you for a great first impression.

I placed an order for a few items. One of my items was out of stock, so I quickly picked a replacement and responded to the ticket within the same day. Then my order sat for 7 business days and finally I receive my shipping confirmation message. So, I check on the track a few days later, it hasn't moved. A few more days, it still hasn't moved. They processed the shipment and sat on the package for 7 more days. Finally it moves and eventually I get my package. When I opened my first item, a pair of jeans, they were damaged. The belt loops weren't even fully sewn on, they were just lose hanging straps. So, I sent a ticket with pictures asking to return it. The first response was to keep it and they will give me $5. What? After a few tickets, I'm finally getting someone to understand that I am returning it because of their error but they want me to pay for the return shipping. I should not be responsible for return shipping fees when the reason for my return is because the company sent me something damaged. I understand that whomever is on the other line doesn't speak English which is making this situation far more complicated than it has to be.

Poor material
June 12, 2015

I ordered a tribal print dress from sheinside.com. The dress took about 3 weeks to arrive, which isn't a problem. The dress was delivered without a packing slip so there really isn't a way to easily return it. The material of the dress is similar to the material a Halloween costume is made of. Cheap, cheap, cheap!
I won't buy anything else from this site. The prices may seem like a great deal but for the quality of the product, it's not worth it.

You are forewarned about these products by this review and others. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. It's really not worth the money.

Horrible

So I ordered 6 items all had shipped withing 24 hours, 3 were shipped after 2 weeks and arrived separately 3 are not here yet and it has been a month. The tracking number provided shows NO information. Every time I contact them I get the same response to WAIT with no information in how long. I am leaving on a trip that I wanted the 3 other items for. I feel very disappointed amd once I googled reviews on their website I found a lot had the same issue. I just wish I had reviewed it before ordering.

I placed my order for a dress I was going to wear for my cousins grad party. I ordered on May 29 I believe. I read that it takes 5-7 days for processing it tools about 5 which I thought was alright cool it's going to be here. I keep checking to see if there is movement but my item still says "shipping information" was sent to NJ. It's been 5-6 more days and it still says that! I'm trying to give this site a chance because of all the cute clothes that are my style and ( I didn't want to be one of the negative reviews) so I was taking my chances. I want my package to move from Jersey already. Hopefully I can wear by next week or two for my other cousins grad dance.

I bought a white dress from SheInside. After 11 days of "processing," my order had still not been shipped. My ticket was not resolved until 4 days later. Once they finally shipped out my package, which was 23 days ago, I finally received my package. The dress was stiff and inflexible. Even though the sizing was correct, the fit was awful. (Sidenote, Why on earth are the Large sizes on this site essentially the same as an XS in America?). I am now returning my package, only to learn that the return will only be accepted if received by their office with 30 days of when the dress was shipped. It has now been shipped 23 days ago, and I just got it and decided to return. I will have to pay for expedited shipping in order to get it to their warehouse in time to receive my return.

Not to mention: there is NO phone number or actual live person I can call to talk to about it. You submit a ticket and you wait a day or two for someone to send a pat response. I can't even ship it yet, because I have to wait for a Customer service ticket to respond before I can print my shipping label!

I ordered the White Sleeveless Floral Split Bodycon Dress to wear to a friend’s dinner. The checkout was quick and simple to complete. Usually I’m scared of ordering items offline that I need by a certain date but I gave it a shot and I’m so happy I did! The dressed arrived days before I needed it which allowed me to try it on and get shoes to go perfectly with it. The dress fit perfectly and I received several compliments!

Great Experience

I stumbled upon this website when searching for a dress and it has so many adorable clothes. I absolutely love the clothing options offered here and they arrive quickly and exactly as shown. I have bought numerous items from sheinside.com and keep coming back for more. It’s addicting because every thing I purchase gets so much attention and everyone wants to know where I got the dress, shirt, coat, etc. The options are so unique compared to the big box stores. My most recent purchase was of the Beige Batwing Shot Sleeve Birds Print Shift Dress. I purchased it to wear to a summer wedding. Everything went well from the moment I ordered the dress until I received it. Shipping was exactly as described, in fact I got it one day sooner than expected, so that was an added bonus. When I wore this dress to the wedding, I got so many compliments and I told everyone about the great experience I had with the site. Thanks sheinside.com for great service and great products!

I recently ordered a beautiful red and blue tribal print dress with a knotted collar. Online, the dress looked stunning. It was advertised as having a loose fit. I'm on the shorter side so I wasn't worried about length or anything, either. Shipping was no hassle and it arrived quickly and in great condition! Tight packaging held the dress. Airy material, and the fit was just right for me! All my worries were for naught. Great quality at nearly a fraction of the cost of other sites, so I’d say it is well worth it to take a shot at discovering your next favorite piece in your wardrobe!

I ordered 3 dresses 3 weeks in advance for a dance I had I was going to pick the one I liked best... 2 and half months later the dresses still aren't here I tried contacting customer service and all they can say is wait. Complete waste of money hopefully my dresses eventually show up?

Quality for Less

I visited Sheinside.com recently to search for a bag for my everyday purpose that is big enough to hold my stuff plus that of my two sons as I was tired of carrying multiple bags around. There was a wide variety of selection and I was able to find the perfect bag in no time. The order process was simple, with their user friendly website. I was pleased when I received my purchase. The bag is well made and looks so gorgeous and incredibly durable while being attractive and feminine at the same time. The material doesn’t look cheap; it looks more expensive than it is. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone who is looking for quality at a great price.

I am really glad I stumbled upon sheinside.com! I found this trendy dress at an unbeatable price. Sheinside.com's layout made it easy for me to sort through the various styles and color. I did have to use the centimeters to measure myself and choose a size larger than what I usually order. They processed my order and shipped it out quickly after I received my confirmation email. My dress arrived earlier than expected and I was able to wear it out to a family function. I just ordered a necklace set and will be recommending this to all my girlfriends.

This site tries to bribe you with discounts to have you remove bad reviews if that isn't shady business practices then I wouldn't know any better. Mind you, I have written a review a few months ago and they continue to send emails bothering you about the review. I'm not going to change my review if my problem wasn't solved and I didn't get what I wanted (as rude as that sounds). Just a warning, they will continue to email you with their broken English asking you to change your review in exchange for a coupon code (if you're wondering, its 25% off).

I hesitantly ordered from them after all the negative reviews because the prices are great. Many complained about shipping & how cheaply made the items are. I ordered on May 17,2015. I got my item June 2,2015. They DO say it takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and THEN ship. I ordered a blazer & two necklaces. The quality is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. I love the way the blazer feels- not "cheap" at all. The quality is that of clothes you would get at any mall store. You can't order a Wal-Mart item & expect Gucci quality. I will order from them again!

Bad communication

I have shopped on she inside multiple times before and never really had a problem until my last order. I ordered a few things including this great jacket. However when my package arrived there was no jacket at all. I immediately went online to look when my jacket would arrive, however I found out that the jacket was out of stock and was not being sent. Now this would be okay if they had emailed me a month ago when I ordered it, or even emailed before I received my package. But I never got an email or my money back for the item. When I contacted them they were just as useless. I believe it is not my responsibility to contact them if they were out of stock and the website let me order anyway. They should have contacted me to inform me that there was no jacket and of my options. It seemed like they did not want to give me a refund and were trying to ignore the fact I was not getting what I paid for. Since writing a bad review of them they have now tried to fix the problem which they were useless at fixing prior to this. They have told me they are trying to fix it which I hope id true because all my clothes I have received from them have been great. Please work on your communication Sheinside.

Great Experience!

I am a huge Sheinside fan! My ordering experience was quick and painless, especially considering that I barely scratched the surface of my summer clothing budget in doing so. Their prices are great, and I received the items just as described quicker than they projected! I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. Their lace dresses are to die for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves looking stylish while staying in budget.

I just visited this site looking for a dress. I found so beautiful dress for half the price when preordering. So i ordered two. No much hassle when ordering. Easy payment method. The shipped product arrived in the expected time. When i first open the box. I was in heaven seeing them :D Yah, So coool. Sheinside is best. I can tell that they knows the heart of girl.
I recommend. If you want to buy clothes or jewellery don't think twice. This is the place.

I ordered two dresses from Sheinside. Both were tiny in size, very poor quality and had a horrible odor to them! I immediately returned the items (at my expense) for a refund. That was MONTHS ago. I have yet to receive a refund. There is no way to contact customer service on the website. There are links for how to contact them that go no where. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Total sham! Guess I paid for this lesson.

Update: After I posted this review, the company followed through with my return and refunded my money. I appreciate the help SiteJabber.
