Do not order from this site! The quality is horrible. I ordered 5 items & it took forever for me to receive them. I am working on returning the items now & will also mention that the customer service is terrible! I would rather pay more for better quality products than to order from this cheap site. You will be extremely disappointed.
I ordered a Bag for my mom for her birthday. And I was surprised when they delivered the product on the correct date (set by me). The packaging done was looking very beautiful and it didn’t seem to have any kind of breakage. When I opened the package the bag was the same as it was in the picture. I had an awesome experience ordering from SheInside. I needed a pair of zebra striped flip flops to match a dress that I had purchased. I found the perfect pair and knew that I had to order it. The site is very easy to use and maneuver, checking out was a breeze. The flip flops came within the estimated delivery date. I honestly have no complaints to say about this company; only good things. I will definitely be ordering from SheInside in the future.
So i don't have the right to have a tracking number? Just HCX3933? Why didn't you want to give me one? And now postal service in Belgium requires that tracking number you didn't and still don't want to give. My order is in Brussels, in delivery since... two days. So what? You keep repeating me that it's in Brussels... But i know, right? Now what can i do without proper tracking number? Postal services of my country can't track it without the number.

You just need to go to the post office which is the nearest from your home and fetch the order with your name, order number or your email.

I actually had a positive experience with this site. I wanted a few coats for my wife, I'm a guy and don't really like women stores so I just order online. Here the prices were GREAT, especially on coats... it seemed much better than in stores and I even saved 30% off on my first order. They also had ALOT of nice variety to choose from, so I got a few and though I was a little worried about quality, they were great, just like the pics... and arrived right on schedule, I had my items shipped in 24hrs if that helps.

I purchased one full length designer one piece from sheinside.com about a month ago.One of my friend has advised me.As I am so in love with shopping i keep on trying different websites and just order whatever i like. But many a times I had very bad experiences from some websites some times it is product quality or some times it is delivery issue. But to be very honest from this site I got it all; a piece of my choice, awesome quality, fast delivery and customer concern. People told me that if I did "Express Shipping" it would be here faster, and yeah, I fell for the "24 shipping." (which is a load of bull and just dishonest) So far, I have only received two items, and everytime I check the site an their order process, it says "Processing." I have never had this much trouble with a site. It's horrible. They told me that order was ready to be shipped, and I look- and guess what!? It's not. They lie to you and feed you the same bull over and over again. "We need 5-7 shipping days." In regards to that, it's been well over 5-7 shipping days. You have no excuse, and if they say, "Your order had been shipped already." No, it hasn't. Don't order from this site- it's honestly like they just stole my money. If I could rate this a 0/5 stars I would because 1/5 is just too nice to them.

How much will I have to pay inorder to return them to China, as I live in India?

I ordered the "Black Short Sleeve Leopard Print T-Shirt Dress" from shein.com. Ordering went very easy and shortly after ordering I received the receipt in my email. Within time I received my order. What I like most about sheinside.com is the price / quality ratio. You get pretty good quality for a low price. And by quality I don't mean only their clothing. But their customer service too. I emailed them, because I had a question about sizes etc.
After a while I received a very nice response.
So yes this is a website I order more from, I even told all my friends about this website and earned 10% on what they bought. That's pretty awesome!
I don't know why it has so many bad reviews? I had a good experience with SheInside, maybe shipping is not the fastest (I got one of my items in 10 days and another one in 11 days) but otherwise it's a great way to save on good brands. I will also recommend my friends also. If you're afraid you're going to get a bad product I suggest you google it first before purchasing it.
This is was first time ordering from SheInside.com, and I was scared because of some of the bad reviews, but it worked for me!
I bought the Beige Deep V Neck w/ Crochet Lace and it is one of my new favorites. I'm seriously in love with it. Usually dresses that are in this price range from lesser known stores, quality takes a hit, or it doesn't fit right. SheInside is the exception to this. I am so happy with how well made it is and how well it fits. Stitching is usually the best way to tell the quality of a garment, that is the biggest issue I have found with clothes that are this cheap. I am so happy that the stitching is well done with tight patterns, and no stray threads. It fits perfectly. Be sure to measure yourself first to make sure you are ordering the correct size. Also convert to metric system!

Hi, I purchased a nice vintage dress from www.shein.com for my wife to attend my company’s yearly dinner party. The dress fitted her very well as she received many compliments throughout the night which made her feel really good and made me even happier about my purchase. The ordering process was pretty easy to complete and the product was shipped on time as was stipulated when making the purchase. The dress was properly packaged and although nobody was at home to receive the product when they first arrived, they returned later in the day. I had a great experience shopping with shein.com and I will definitely be purchasing more items with them.
I ordered my 32 items on May 17,2015 with Express Shipping. It is now June 9,2015 and I still have not received my items except for two. In a chat with Kevin on June 5th, I was advised "Due to some problem in our factory, recently thousands of orders are inundating our factory, there might be some delay, sorry for that, we will urge our relevant department to send your order asap"
In a chat with Eva on June 8th, I was told that the reason for the delay of shipment was due to too many "bestsellers" in my order.
The way the representatives communicate via email and chat is ridiculous! I just want my items if it is claimed to be "too late" to cancel. There aren't anymore tickets that I can open without being completely frustrated with this company.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
