I wanted a few coats for my wife, I'm a guy and don't really like women stores so I just order online. Here the prices were GREAT, especially on coats... it seemed much better than in stores and I even saved 30% off on my first order. The site is very easy to use and maneuver, checking out was a breeze. The flip flops came within the estimated delivery date. I will definitely be ordering from SheInside in the future.
I have had a terrible experience and it's still not over. When I first contacted customer service about exchanging an item, they responded immediately to all of my questions. They said I had to pay to send the items back for an exchange or return. It's 2015, almost all online shopping has free returns or exchanges, or at least a pre-paid return label that charges a decent flat fee. I didn't want to pay their $8.99 fee to return the item and then maybe have to pay it again if the exchanged item still didn't work out, so I said I was just going to make a return. And guess what? They stopped responding to emails. I would have to email multiple times and when they did respond they wouldn't even answer my questions. I specifically asked them to send me a return label - no response. I asked a second time, they said I had to go weigh my package. (Who has ever had to go weigh their package for a return?) I emailed back with the weight and said I needed my return label sent immediately. (You only have 30 days from delivery to return an item and my time was almost up.) NO RESPONSE. I emailed again saying I don't understand how they can ignore me know that I am returning product. DEAD SILENCE. I am sure they were waiting out their time so that they wouldn't have to accept my return and refund my money. I mailed the package myself and emailed the company one last time with my tracking number explaining that I would not buy from them again for their blatant scamming. Still zero response. Originally I received responses same day but now it's been days of them ignoring me. Who knows if they will try to scam me out of my refund too. PLEASE don't buy from this company, *maybe* you'll luck out and get a decent product but based on my experience (and so many others) you will just be throwing your money away.
I'm very pleased with the vintage skirt that I bought! It arrived on time and in excellent condition. It also fit very well and looked exactly like the picture online! Sheinside.com is the perfect website for someone looking for fashionable and affordable clothes, and accessories! Would definitely shop with sheinside again!

I ordered some cute dresses and accessories for my wife and I received them exactly as advertised a few weeks later. The dress I ordered was delivered right on time and was in perfect condition. I received lots of compliments that night :) I would recommend SheInside to anyone who loves nice looking clothes at a discounted price.
I ordered 3 midi skirts and one bracelet. The processing time said 5-7 days. This means BUSINESS DAYS guys! DO NOT count the weekend. All of the bad reviews are saying the processing time is far too long. This is not true. They claim 5-7 business days, then wait 5-7 business days guys! The delivery time to Australia is 5-28 days (not including the processing time). Mine took THREE days! The quality of the skirts are far better than I had expected. The black skirt I received does have a smell to it and feels a bit rough. The other two skirts are of a silk quality. These skirts cost me $16AUD each and the quality feels similar to $60-80AUD skirts! I am impressed! However, the packaging of the skirts says "Sheinside.com"... I assume that means both of these websites are run by the same company.

As of late I finished my second buy from sheinside.com. I have been stunned at the nature of the things that I have ordered. I was initially told about sheinside.com from a companion who purchases a decent parcel of her apparel from here too. I thought that it was anything but difficult to submit my order online through the site. I like that I can purchase my dress and accessories all at one time on the sheinside.com site.
My most loved buy so far has been the Vertical Stripe Bow Blouse. I cherish the delicateness of the fabric and unique design.
Both of my orders have been delivered on time and they were pretty well package insuring quality and good handling. I will be prescribing the sheinside.com site to the greater part of my family and companions for their quality and dependability.
Received my kimono about two days before my birthday; which was a relief. But the material was so thin and the kimono was poorly made. Yes, it looks cute and surprisingly like the picture but it ripped in two places within one hour of me wearing it. The size "large" ran really small and did not cover my chest area. It just rested on my sides, right by my arm pits. I didn't have anything else to wear. Clothing was very thin/delicate So I tossed it away cause I can't wear it again.

I ordered a Gold Long Sleeve Vintage Crop Sweater from sheinside.com. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. The dress was exactly what we expected, and wanted. The quality is very good and it arrived in a very short amount of time. I got a couple of cute necklaces and it was delivered and it looks nice! I waited a little while to receive them but I expected a longer wait time for delivery. I didn't pay extra for anything and I like the costume jewelry they have. My experience was good.
This is not my first time of buying my stuffs from shelnside, and they have always been the best for my orders. I received an amazing order i have been waiting for, for sometimes now, i ordered three of this materials and i was really looking forward to receiving the orders, but to my surprise when i received the order with number CBH3247, the materials were three different colors, i wanted to put it on with my girl friends, though its not an issue, i just wished they were all the same color. But my order arrived one day late than i expected it but in a very good condition, my girl friends love the other colors and i love the materials, they are really of high quality, i will definately come back to buy again.

This company is a scam. Like many of the reviews I see here I bought my clothes, was promised 24 hour shipping, which was a big lie because my clothes did not ship until 7 days later. As I was emailing back and forth with their costumer service I was told that it took 5 to 7 days to prepare the clothes for shipment, even though the site promised 24 hour shipping. I even selected the expedited shipping. After 3 weeks of waiting I threatened them with emails of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and then and only then did my clothes come 3 days after this email.
This however, is not the most insidious aspect of Sheinside or Shein as they now call themselves. As soon as I got my clothes, almost 4 weeks later. I returned the clothes because I did not want anything to do with the company. Online it says that you will get refunded if you return the clothes. When I emailed they said that they would refund me. I sent in the clothes to their warehouse in New Jersey (the items got there in 2 days- now that's actually expedited shipping) and I get an email from them 3 days after the articles of clothing arrived saying that I would be refunded 24-48 hours to my paypal. That was 4 days ago. This company is quick to take your money and then is trying to steal it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also, I am going to report this company to the governmental internet crime complaint center and show all the emails of this fraud if I do not receive my money by tomorrow.
Key Points:
-They lie about the speed of shipping and I suspect that a lot of the good reviews that they have are actually robots. If you look closely at the spelling of most of the 5 star reviews you will notice a pattern also.
- The costumer service is terrible and basically and not accessible.
- They lie about the speed of returns, and may in fact try to keep your money as I have yet to see my money refunded.

I ordered 2 dresses! One of them it's made from the most god awful, cheap material I have ever seen. I have better quality rags to clean the house than this. Also very poorly sewn, so it doesn't stay right on the body, picture did not match at all, color did not match; it said it was made from cotton -that was a lie. The other one, again very poorly sewn, bad material, nothing like the picture... and you can just dream about refund. They don't care.

I placed a fairly large order with them and have yet to receive a confirmation email. When I log into my account it shows 1 previous order I placed with them a year ago - not the current one. My bank has processed the amount but there is no record of my order! Customer service will not get back to me.

They were able to get in touch with me and find my order. They were on holiday when I was trying to get in touch. Definitely google chinese holidays when you are lacking response. They all may be out of work for 1 week-1 month.

I am super impressed with the dress that I purchased from Sheinside. They make is so easy to shop for quality products online and I'm so grateful I found them. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
