Recently I purchased $200 of clothes from this site and it took over for weeks to receive. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of clothes (they don't even look like the photos on the site and they reek of gasoline or chemicals). I have since requested an address i can return the clothes too as well as a refund (via papal). Both requests have been declined what a surprise since reading some of the reviews on this site. I wish I had found this site prior to wasting my money. If any sheinside employees read this site I want a refund and a return address i have already escalated my dispute with PayPal so you better refund my money. My order number is Hbc3191.
I needed a cute but classy dress, for my boyfriends dinner party, later this month. So, I went online and went straight to SheInside. I found the Blue Halter Sleeveless Pleated Chiffon Dress, which I thought was perfect for the occasion. The dress was coincidentally on sale and it had been marked down from $47.50 to $33.83. I wasn't about to miss out this bargain, so I ordered right away. The ordering process was quick and easy. Thankfully, I received package in a timely fashion. The packaging is was great as usual. The material used to create the dress did not feel cheap at all. I felt like quality cloth. I feel I got way more than i expected for the price I payed. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I bought one of the Lace Skirt from sheinside.com and it is very lovely. Lacy and pretty layers. Comes to about mid calf. I would guess US size of 12-14-16, not much bigger. Flows nicely. Looks like it will be wash and wear type material. Very pretty nice and light weight and I am sure I will be wearing it often. This came much sooner than expected date. I'm very happy with it, and definitely recommend.
I ordered this dress for my girlfriend and she is really happy with it! She assumed it was expensive (which it wasn't), but she doesn't need to know that. The order was processed very quickly and overall the transaction went very smoothly. I would recommend SheInside, and will certainly be shopping with them again.
Just like the other reviews about the customer service. Yes it's true they're terrible I ordered a dress for a wedding I received on march 25. I paid extra for the express. Any who there was a tare in the right arm. I didn't like the dress in person and it didn't fit me. The day i received it emailed the company 4 times on how to return and get my money back. Finally on April 1 I got an email from customer service and all she asked was if I want 8 dollarss for the tare in the dress. In all of my emails I said the same thing over and over again that I would like my full amount and to return the dress. Then on the 4 of April they finally responded to my emails and asked if I would like another dress. Wtf!?! How many times do I have to say I want my money back and I want to return this dress!?! Till this day I haven't heard from this company, and no one has helped me on how to return or get my money back.
So a little old for an update but the company emailed me starring they will return my money. But if they give me my refund they wanted me to take down my review. WTH um no.

Recently I ordered a gorgeous floral dress from the Sheinside website. This is my second purchase so far and I can't express how much I love shopping from it. All of the clothes are affordable, so you don't have to break the bank to look dazzling. It is easy to order and the people who work there are very helpful. After I recieved it, I was blown away by the great quality and craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something cheap, but at the same time classy and elegant. Great service, amazing dresses, low prices!
I made two order on 3/22/2015 and 3/28/2015 the total payment is$262 and some change.
1. order # HPB3295 made on 3/22
The quality is $#*!ty. Cheap material with ill fitting. I decided to return the package. But they don't have return mailing address. After i open up a ticket and contacted them 6/7 via ticket message and emails. So far, no one reply. I figure they will never tell me the mailing address for return.
2. order # BZY3334 i paid via paypal. Since i have such a bad experience with my 3/22 order, the first order. I open a cancel the order ticket, and i have received three different messages from customer service rep, stating they will change the sizes and urge the logistic shipping company. No matter how i confirm that i would like to cancel the order. They just don't listen buz they want to keep their money without giving you a chance to take it back.
3. express shipping aint express. They ship from Asia not U. S, so its gonna be like a couple of weeks before i see your order has been shipped.
Overall, very terrible experience. With no response, no return, no refund. I have to escalate the cases to paypal and Federal Trade Commission.(FTC) if you would like to file a complaint as well, please call*******357 or go to ftc.gov to e-file a complaint.
I never thought my $262 summating order will bring me so many inconveniences.
It's such a shame that they steal some designer brands's picture to trick out customers. In reality, it's all cheaply made with wrong fitting.

I recently ordered from sheinside and let me tell you, the experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the shopping cart options were simple and very similar to other websites I am used to using. Even my not-so-tech-savvy girlfriend figured it out! After I ordered, the shipping process was pretty seamless. I was up to date with all of the necessary information to anticipate my order on time. I'd gladly use this company again and recommend it to others! I normally do not write reviews, but when I do it is for a really good service and I am overall happy with the outcome of this transaction.
This was my first time ordering from them and I ordered a dress for my fiance. She really loved it! It was a yellow sundress. We ordered and got the dress a few days later. The dress fit great and has held up. All in all, we had a pretty good experience!

I have never been through such a mess with trying to do a simple return. Which is suppose to be easy with free return shipping. I will never again order anything from this company again. I will not recommend this site to anyone. They are not clear on the sizing unless you are a 0 or 2. Returning or exchanging is out of the question. The quality of the merchandise is good, but that doesn't mean anything if it is too small. With all the negative reports I have found on the internet about this company I don't understand why they have not try to improve, word of mouth is one of the best way to advertise. Unless stealing is the basic principle behind this company.

I've bought a number of things on Sheinside.com and never had an issue with the site. The prices are very reasonable, delivery is fast and the items are always high quality and as described. I'll definitely continue shopping with them and I'd recommend the site to anyone.
I ordered clothes from sheinside because on each of my clothes descriptions it says ships in "24 hours." I leave for Florida on Thursday and I need all the clothes I bought from here for my vacation. I ordered from here because the clothes are supposed to come in quick. I ordered my clothes 12 days ago and they still arent here. Not to mention that when you try to talk to the customer service you have to write a "ticket" because they dont have a phone number for you to call. Also they have to take at least 24 hours to reply to each "ticket". Talk about godawful customer service.

I purchased the Navy Sleeveless Pockets Flare Dress on sheinside.com. I bought the dress on sale for $14.99. The dress fit me perfectly when it arrived. The color was nice and vibrant. I loved that the dress had pockets, so few dresses have pockets, and a purse is not always convenient. I especially liked the way the dress was styled so that the pockets we not obvious when nothing is inside of them. I would definitely buy from sheinside.com again.
Great website to find cheap and well made clothes. I ordered two sweaters from Sheinside and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off (hence the four stars), but other than that shopping with Sheinside was a great experience! Shipping times are fast in case of express delivery, otherwise, choosing the standard one, you should wait for some day more (even if the standard delivery is often free, so it is affordable).
Once I've ordered a wrong size and I wanted to change it with the correct one, having 30 days time to make the return, and also in this case I had a positive experience.
I bought the multicolor bead mesh earrings for my sweetheart. She loves the way they jingle. She learned to wear her hair up when wearing this earrings. I have had good service from this site. I guess clothing sizes cause some people trouble. That is why I stick to jewelry for gifts. That way I never get the wrong size and upset my lady.

Over a month ago I ordered a skirt from here that I needed by April 22nd, and the skirt never came due to an issue with the post office and it was sent back to their warehouse across the country. First of all, they have no phone number available so the only way to contact them is via message. I've messaged their customer service multiple times trying to resolve the issue of it being sent back, but the only response I've gotten is:

Pls contact your local post and pick it up
Nice day"
Not only is this response extremely unprofessional, it's absolutely no help since I had already contacted the post office, which I've mentioned in my messages multiple times, and they told me it was sent back to the company.
As I mentioned before I needed the skirt by the 22nd, and so I had to go to a different store last minute to buy a different one. Now, since I no longer need the skirt I ordered from sheinside, I tried messaging them again the 21st to try to either return the skirt and get a refund or cancel the order. It's been almost a week and I haven't gotten a response to this request, even though their site says it should only take one business day. I'm extremely disappointed with this store and its absolutely $#*!ty customer service, and since I can't even get a response now I lost about $20 too.
Tl; dr don't ever order from this site, spend your money somewhere else

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
