I have bought swimwear and a lingerie recently from this company. I really appreciated it. I got exactly what I wanted. The customer service was professional and friendly. I am really confused because i ordered three items, two of them already arrived. I was aware that the third item was going to be recieved after. But when I tracked where my third was on USPS it said they couldn't find my second package that was supposed to have a tracking number on it already. A Side this problem service was good! Shipping was wuite fast for my first package.
Although my other review was quite harsh when I received my dress it was beautiful.it look exactly like the picture no scams but it came two days late.the people responded well. Make sure you order ahead of time.the quality is great! The gold sequin dress is lovely. I am adding on to it to where it to prom and I will email the website pictures it's beautiful
Don't even bother with this company. Their return policy is terrible. What the hell am I going to do with swimwear and a lingerie top that does not fit? They don't even have an option to choose different sizes for the tops and bottoms of the swimwear. And don't even get me started on the other item, its quality was so low, it felt like putting plastic on my body. Honestly, I think I just lost $50 because they won't let me return or exchange the products. At least their customer service gets back to you right away, but just the quality of the clothing that I received, the amount of time it actually took to get my order (A MONTH! I WAITED A MONTH FOR CLOTHING I COULD NOT EVEN FIT) and their idiotic return policy, I will not be shopping on this site again, and I hope no one else is on here will too. I mean, the swimwear items and the lingerie are fine. It's not like my body tainted their horrendous clothing. There is a slew of words I would like to release right now, but I'll refrain, because this is a family site.

I have made 3 separate orders on this site, each time ordering multiple items and I have to say I am very impressed! The value for money is incomparable! I have bought dresses, jackets and blouses all of a very high quality given the price! Some threads may come loose or a button needs to be re-sewn but I never have any issue amending these items!
I live in Ireland and it generally takes about 4 weeks for my orders to arrive but they always do arrive, I have no issue with my orders taking 4 weeks as customs in Hong Kong can take ages.
I would definitely recommend this site if you like fashion but don't have much of a budget and have more patience than a small child!
I was so excited to see that this website had such gorgeous items for cheap. SO i ordered some items for my vacation. I go to this site to look for unique items to fill my wardrobe. Yes, the shipping takes longer than expected, but well worth it. If you are concerned about fit and how it will actually look, read the review and see the pictures of that item. That is how I normally order. If it doesn't have a review, or even pictures of real people wearing it, I do not buy. People are so fast to judge this website. But all in all, they do not take the extra 2 minutes to read the reviews of an item they wish to purchase!
Go use this website, just take the time and read about what you are planning on buying before you buy. Simple as that.
I got the perfect birthday present for my sister on Sheinside. She is a colossal Disney fan so I got her a pair of denim pants with characters printed on it to go with a shirt she has with even more characters on it and she absolutely loves them! She's so happy her set is complete. It wasn't expensive and they were shipped out and delivered in only a few days, left me with plenty of time to wrap it up as a present. Very happy with my order.

WORST customer service in the whole world. They promise "30% off" and you can apply "she inside points" on your first purchase. When completing my purchase, the area to apply the promotions were greyed out. Figuring they would show up later in the order, I continued. They didn't. I emailed immediately after I completed my order asking them to apply the coupons and/or points. Several days later, I got a terribly written email asking me to "please keep my purchase, but that she would not be applying my coupon." I told her I would be returning the purchase, and forwarded her message to corporate. Again, several days later and several poorly written emails, THIS is the email response I get. I doubt I will ever get my money back.

I had placed an Order and paid for the express shipping because i needed the item in 3-7 days before leaving town. I then got an email stating the processing will take 5-7 days?!? So i immediately got on chat to cancel BEFORE any funds were taken from my account. The person i chatted with assured me it was canceled and no money would be taken since it takes 5-7 days to process anyways right? WRONG because the very next day they took the money from my account. So i got back on chat only to be told: "You know this is a online store there are so many issue to arrange a refund." and that i have to wait 20days! This is completely unacceptable and on top of this I'm told i cannot speak to an actual human being about my money being taken?!?! I am starting to think this we site is a SCAM and this site should be reported and taken down.

I placed my order on 24th Feb, currently 15 days after I have ordered this is still under "processing", customer service is a joke - copy and paste answers and not answering my question: "it takes 5-7 days for processing". I want a full refund before even receiving the items as by the sound of it they will be awful quality and fit! But I cant do that until I have received them apparently!(no idea when this will be). They have taken the funds already out of my account too. Wish I had read reviews before buying. Stay away people.
Update: day 21 still no parcel received. They are unable to tell me when I will receive my parcel, as I quote "not be able to give an exact delivery date because of some reason like weather and something else." They have also sent me a tracking number which says on the website that it doesn't exist as apparently "The tracking information needs few business days for updating. Maybe you can check it later". Having worked in a company that sends items all over the world, if the parcel has been sent, then the tracking number should be live. Fact. Beyond annoyed at myself for buying from this website.

It's a freakin' scam! So I purchased some items on January 19th, 2015 and received them a few weeks later. They were not like the picture at all and the fit was horrible. I decided to return them and it's been over a month and a half and I still have not gotten my refund! I tried to contact them and they said the tracking number doesn't work and said, "pls check." WTF?! How am I going to check? It's not like I save a piece of receipt or took a picture of the tracking number that's over a month old! There was no effort in them trying to help. So I decided to do the chat room hoping that I'd get an answer and a complete refund. NOPE. All they said was that the system was "down" and that I should check back in 2 weeks. 2 more weeks?! Are you freakin kidding me? It's a total scam. I don't have the items and I got scammed my money. I JUST WANT A REFUND! SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW! So coming from experience, don't buy from this site! It's like throwing your money in the trash!

I should have done my research but I guess I was captivated by the low prices and the fact that one of my favorite bloggers uses their site so frequently. I made a purchase 7 days ago and it still has not shipped. There is really no information regarding the status of the order on the website besides that it is "processing" which is incredibly frustrating. (Most websites, which sell items that are much more popular than those on sheinside can at least process and ship an order in 2-3 days). There are an outrageous number of terrible reviews of this website and I'm kicking myself for not looking at them prior to making my order. I just hope that my items work because at this point it will not be worth the effort to attempt to make returns.
My experience with this brand has been great. They were professional, fast, and helpful when I had a problem. I am so excited to shop there again.
Shipping: Took well over a month to arrive, tracking never worked as advertised, "processing" was several weeks when it was advertised as "fast shipping".
Quality: Non-existent. I bought a faux-leather jacket, I had to saw holes that formed on the lining the first week I wore it, but the fabric was so cheap, it keep ripping. I had to saw in a whole new lining. And no, this wasn't A $4 thing, I paid almost $40 for that piece of $#*!. I also bought a couple of shirts and the seams came apart (had to throw away), a couple of earrings that look sooo cheaply made, and one came broken. Bought a rose ring and it broke as soon as I touched it.
Customer service: lots of excuses, broken English emails, fake apologies of the type "we are so sorry, but we won't do anything to help you, be patient" and the worst part?
They still e-mail me, insisting so shamelessly that I change my negative reviews in resellerratings. I hope they don't do that here too. I'm beyond annoyed by these scammers..

I must share my review with you regarding my experience with this business. The ordering on Shelnsides website was very easy. I made my selection and their site let me know the amount needed to make free shipping, very nice! I add another short sleeve dress to my order to get the free shipping. Their site has an easy to read section describing their shipping details. Also, if you have any questions they make it easy to contact them. After I received my order everything was exactly how I ordered. I told my mother about the store. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase again soon.

I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
