FRAUDULENT

It's a roll of the dice as to wether or not you'll even receive your purchase, but I guarantee that you will pay for it promptly. This site is fraudulent and because they ship so little product they keep the revenue to pay for people to write broken English, positive reviews to offset the honest negative ones.
Why would so many people write negative reviews about their experience? No negative reviews mention any other business; so this isn't a business tactic from a rivaling company. They all give unique details explaining their specific, albeit horrible, experience. They kept my money I wrote them and reviews about them on several sites, everyday.
Why do the vast majority of the positive reviews sound the same?

I was a little skeptic of ordering online but this site was a breeze. It has an awesome selection and great prices. Ordering was easy and it was fun maneuvering around the store. There are so many things I want now. I had a question and customer services were outstanding in answering my question and it was fast. Shipping was fast and when I tried the dress on I was thrilled and so was my husband. Thank you so much for this service and impeccable quality. I shopped on Shelnside.com to find a new dress for a party that I was going to. I didn't really have anything in my wardrobe that fit the attire needed, so I decided to look for something new. I ordered the Green Sleeveless Split Maxi Dress from Shelnside.com and I love it! It fits my body style and it makes me look great. I loved the material and found it to be comfortable to wear. I also got many compliments on it and many of my friends asked where I got it. Shipping was quick and I received it in time for the party. I would highly recommend using Shelnside.com.

Great store.

Ordered some really good knee-high boots from SheInside. The fit was good and they looked exactly as the photograph displayed, down to the pattern which sometimes looks different online than in person on some sites. Love them and the price was excellent. No signs of wear and tear yet, so I'm still very pleased.

The only issue I've found so far is that they take a while to get here. Around 30 days. I checked with their delivery times and online and it seems to be a thing? Anyhow, expect to wait 30 days to get your order through.

"I read the reviews after placing my orderfor 2 dresses. I contacted customer service to ask about changing the size of one dress and they ended up canceling the dress order completly. I have recieved the free gift (cheap earings) but nothing else. It's been 26 days - much longer than the 7-10 they promise on the web site. My advice - shop elsewhere."

Concerned

I put in an order today(kinda) It told me it wouldn't accept my debit card which had a balance that far exceeded my purchase price. So I tried again 2 more times an the same thing happened. A few moments later I received a phone call from my bank saying I had been charged three times by the website and the website was still requesting money for my order. Oh and no one is in the office for me to contact until February 25th! Its a shame I wont ever receive the cute clothes I ordered but id rather be safe then sorry! Be careful and check what your being charged!

Absolutely horrendous.

I rarely write reviews however my experience with this 'business' is absolutely terrible that I must share. I ordered a couple of items on their website two weeks ago and my order is still being 'processed'. I have placed MANY complaints on their website for many days now with NO RESPONSE. This store is ABSOLUTELY terrible, they have no customer service and I cannot give a review on my purchases seeing as I have YET to receive them and probably will never see them.

Great experience!

It was my first time ordering from Sheinside or online because I prefer to try the item before I purchase it, but their clothes are really cute and affordable so I decided to give it a try. I'm not disappointed at all! Their shipping is very fast ( I placed the order on 30 jan, it was shipped on 11 feb and i received it today, 20feb) and the quality of the clothes is really good. I didn't have any problem with customer service either. I really recommend them and I'm sure I'll order from them again soon enough. And no, I'm not paid or anything for writing this review but i'm really pleased with this purchase.

On February 8th, I placed an order for 3 dresses which just arrived today, February 19th ALL of which are being returned first thing tomorrow morning. They are all cheaply made and either completely too small or way too big. I did not expect top notch quality being that the dresses were each around $15 but it's honestly sad how poorly they were produced. One lace dress I ordered fit me like a shirt and the zipper came jammed. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Definitely not worth the hassle!

And sorry that these dresses cannot fit you well. But we have noted detailed measurement on our web. There also will be 2-3cm error because of manual measurement. Is there something wrong with these measurements? Maybe you can take some photos with clear measurement so that we can check it with our factory.
And we also noticed that you mentioned the zipper was broken. You can take photos about that too.

Wrong item on purpose

I placed an order earlier this month with the promise that it would be delivered within 5-7 business days. I got part of the order a couple of weeks ago and the reminder today (15 days after the initial order was placed). I ordered two of the same dress (one for me and one for a friend) in orange. I was sent two dresses in RED. I looked at the package to see if they just sent the wrong item but no. They put the orange dress label on the red dress and sent it. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Then I went onto the website to check the item number and saw that it was sold out.
Awhile ago I inquired about another dress that I wanted but was sold out I was told by customer service that they do not restock when things are no longer available. So now I am stuck with two dresses I did not order. I would try to send them back but based on the reviews I have been reading. Keeping it may just be easier. I am BEYOND LIVID about this and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered three items and two of the three items are good and I am keeping them. The quality is not amazing, but for what I paid I am happy.
However, the third (and most expensive-$55) item does not fit and it took several weeks of emails and a bad review to get a refund. It is clear that SheInside can deliver good (enough) items for what customers are paying but management needs to work on training the customer service staff in how to handle complaints.
Although I was frustrated and the customer service reps attempted to help, there was clearly a disconnect; their replies did not address my concerns. I hope that management will look into this (and other similar complaints) to make their service more customer focused.

At first I'm a bit hesitant to make another purchase as I'm kinda like in emergency (with all the news of scams and fraud all over) and their dress is the one for me, but thank goodness the service is what I expect them to be. sheinside.com offers astounding services (pre and post purchase) with a lot of variety for their products. Truly I'm happy to use their service and can't wait to purchase again!
Two thumbs up.
Can I get a coupon next time I'm ordering? :P

I don't know what the review from "Guy S" is meant to mean or what he expects from the free version of the site? It is what it is - it's free - what more does he want? The PRO (paid) option opens up so many more features on the site - full speed downloads, full forum profile and much more. I signed up back in 2006 and have recently started flying simulators again after a long break. I renewed my membership so I could grab all of the aircraft I wanted. I'm running the new Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition. All of the freeware aircraft I've downloaded from Fly Away work without any problems at all - as long as you know how to install them. There are tutorials and videos on Fly Away demonstrating how - very useful. I'm glad to be back flying again!

I ordered a yellow lace dress about a month ago and just got it delivered. I am so happy with my experience. Amazing, amazing service and in time delivery i wanted it to surprise my darling by wearing it on Valentine 's Day. It fitted me so well and i looked ravishing in it just exactly the thing i wanted to take away his breath ;) my valentines went amazing bundle of thanks to Sheinside for making my day awsome. Love to shop here. I just want the world to know their Service was far beyond 100% they deal with everything from shipping to import tax and sorted everything out and what I got is beautiful gold jewellery. The other great part is that the prices are SO reasonable! In time delievery, amazing products and great quality. Im a completely satisfied customer.

I bought a Black White Round Neck Striped Crop Sweater from this website.
In the beginning, I was a little worried as I was ordering first time from this website but it was really beyond my expectation. Their services and delivery is really smooth and fast.
Although their normal shipping time is 30 days but I did not had to wait too long. I am really satisfied with the simple ordering procedure, their quick shipping and with the product I have received. This site has the best clothing for the best pricing. I was a little skeptical about how the quality would be because of the super low prices, but I can't tell the difference between their clothes and clothes that cost 5 times more. What's even better than that is I got free shipping on my order just for living in the US. Will definitely be shopping here a lot more in the future.

I recently stumbled upon the SheInside website. Wow! These guys have so many great clothing options to choose from! I needed a dress for an upcoming event, something classy. I found so many options, but settled on the yellow and black lace Bodycon dress. This website makes it so easy to order clothing online. They had a very clear sizing chart in the dress details, which is not always the case. There was no second guessing myself about what size to order; I often struggle with this when ordering clothing online. (By having these measurements displayed, it cuts down on my chances of having to return an item for not fitting.) My dress arrived exactly when they estimated it would and it fit PERFECT! I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can't recommend this site enough. They have such great, stylish clothes for an affordable price. I will definitely be ordering again.

Even though the shipping does take a little bit, when I recieved the item it was totally worth it! It was nicely packed and it came in absolute p-e-r-f-e-c-t condition! No less of what you would expect from a company. I got the "beige long sleeve casual coat", which is like a very flowy cardigan-like coat, and I can tell you with all honesty, it is A-mah-zing. It fits in my wardrobe so well and it works as a layering piece aswell as just a throw-on coat for breezier days and you wouldn't think you'd get such a nice quality from how little you pay, but this coat really feels very high-fashion, and the fabric is very very soft... In terms of my experience with support and service, it was smooth, everything went well and no other crazy problem like getting a different color or different size happened. Overall, my experience with buying from this shop has been pleasant, and I currently have my eye on some booties from their shop, so I'll definitely buy from them again! :)
