UPDATE 12/30. Two of the three items ordered finally arrived. Quality is fine. Sized WAYYYY too small. Large shirt would fit an average 14-15 year old. Still waiting for the third short to arrive. Returns not so easy as I can't figure out where to get the return tracking number from. Since they have free returns I assume they provide the numbers. I am guessing it will take another week for someone to get back to me about this as well.

We placed our order on 12/5. I checked it on 12/12 to get a tracking number and it said the order was "processing". Took customer service 3 days to get back to me and let me know:
" Your order been shipped out. But the tracking number still have not been updated for now. So we cant stop it when it is in transit
If you are our register customer, please login your account and find MY ORDERS to check your tracking information. If you can not find the information on the website, please check later because the shipping company needs time to update the information. Or you can email us about the tracking number few days later. "

This sounds like they just shipped it out yesterday! When I check the tracking now there is an added button call URGING SHIPMENT so it sounds like this is an issue for them. This whole process seems fishy to me. I needed this order by a certain date and now it looks like there is no telling when it will reach me. I will NOT be ordering from this site again."

UPDATE 12/18 - CUST SERV got back to me giving me a tracking number - but when I checked the tracking number it doesn't even show that the shipment has been sent yet - still PROCESSING! STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING WITH THIS COMPANY! IF I DO NOT RECEIVE NOTICE THAT SHIPMENT HAS BEEN SENTWITHIN THE NEXT WEEK I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE US BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. These shipments are coming from China - BUYER BEWARE

I'm 100% satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the products and the bargain prices that SheInside offers! They have such nice styles to offer on their site - styles that you rarely find at these prices. I needed help with sizing and sent customer service a message, expecting a reply in a week or so. I am a nurse who works 12hr. Shifts, so I expect style AND comfort in my clothing. I'm happy to say that the material is good quality and this product delivers both!
Note: I'm tall and athletic as it would be long on an averaged height woman.

Overall I enjoyed the site and think that the speed of service and the overall quality of the order was on par with some of the more upscale shoppes online.

I ordered the Green Long Sleeve Slim Lace Dress for a special occasion. A friend had previously told me about Sheinside as she had bought a couple sweaters at a great price from their site. The clothes looked good quality from what I could tell, so I decided to order my green lace dress just to see. First of all, the price simply cannot be beat. Under $22 for a fancy dress is unheard of in my opinion. The shipping was super fast (ordered on the 14th, at my house 3 days later if I remember correctly... This was shipped to the USA by the way). When I actually received my dress, I was surprised at the quality considering the price. It looked good online, but there's only so much you can expect from a $22 dress. The fabric used was great, and it was very flattering on. There were no problems with the packaging or dress at all when I received it. No problems for me with Sheinside, and I would most definitely recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward to making more purchases from Sheinside, because the prices cannot be beat anywhere else.

My friend actually recommended the site to me after she ordered numerous items and loved pretty much everything she ordered. I found all of their items to be really well priced and actually had to refrain from buying 80% of the stuff on the site ahah!
I ordered a few items but the piece that I literally can't take off is the 'green long sleeve faux fur lapel woollen coat'- it is seriously so comfy and definitely necessary in this dreary english weather. I'm shocked at how reasonable the prices are for the items and will definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered a swimsuit on sheinside.com. I was very pleased with the product, in fact I was looking for this specific suit for ages because I already own one. The sales person on the phone actually checked the product details out for me because I wanted to be sure that it was exactly the same one I had already purchased. I had a very specific reason for ordering this exact suit. I had weight loss surgery 6 months ago, and I am dealing with some seriously flabby skin in my abdomen area, (but I like my waist), so this bathing suit covers exactly my problem spot but shows off the part I like. And I love black, it is my go to color. All and all it was a very nice transaction.

I am very pleased with the outfits I ordered from this company. My experience with them was extremely pleasant. I actually received my order the day before I expected it and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the outfits. Since the price was so good, I was concerned that the quality might not be real good but fortunately the quality is great! A Definite 5 stars in my experience.

I have never had a worse experience with any of online shopping site in my life! I made an order and 5 days after my order, they emailed me and told me that my items were no longer in stock. Because I ordered the item before it was sold out, I should receive that item. As I told this to a customer service representative, he did not listen to a word I said and took ten minutes to respond to each thing I said. He then became extremely rude and sarcastic. When I told him that I would be reporting this incident, he challenged me by saying "if you can find a number". I am not giving up and I will not put up with this. This site has no way to contact management about issues like this so I may be taking it further up the line.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. First, I go through so much trouble to actually receive my clothes, even though my money was taken out immediately after I placed the order. It took over 2 months for my clothes to arrive. After they finally did, I returned almost the entire order. This was over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get my money back. After talking to online service and the *******@sheinside.com, they continue to tell me that they have not received my order, but I looked up my tracking number and it was delivered on the 1st of December. It is now the 18th... Joke of a company.

I have been looking for the perfect high heel shoes and finally found it -- very stylish and fits my legs perfect.
They are pretty comfy too--bought two pairs!

I have tried many online e-commerce websites but no one have come close to SheInside. Yes, even Amazon. I then realized that companies like Amazon can never compete with niche concentrated businesses like SheInside because of the way they provide experience to their consumers.
On SheInside, you have a mindset of only shopping for clothes and nothing else. You can never buy books on SheInside. While on Amazon, you are just scouring everywhere and happen to stumble on something really great, and that's where the problem lies.
I did my Christmas clothes shopping on SheInside and I literally saved 3x more compared to what I did on Amazon previous year. And not only just savings, the whole experience was mind blowing and felt like I'm in the future. There were some issues, like I received the wrong sized skirt (hence the 4 stars), but the replacement process was super easy and I received another size in just 48 hours along with a discount coupon for my next purchase as an apology. What is better than that?

I found some very nice deals here when shopping for my desirable product and service. I've already received several compliments. I am happy to save on shipping by purchasing a couple of pieces at once.

I've never had a problem with this site and use it often. As per usual my item (a very snazzy vintage dress) came swiftly and was exactly as I expected from the picture on the site. I also found the quality to be great and am getting regular compliments when out and wearing it. My only regret is that I didn't use this site to get all my friends Christmas presents from this year as now I think about it, it's the perfect place to shop for them!

If all sites were like this one I think it'd make online shopping a whole lot easier... And more affordable.

I've ordered from Sheinside in the past and I feel like they have improved their service over the few years greatly. The shipping is fast and I love the quality and price of the products. I ordered a thick geometric print cardigan and a leather jacket and I'm glad I've spent reasonable money on a product I love. Definitely one of my main online stores to order from.

Necessary Clothing is the second place I went shopping for my niece. They really have some unbelievable deals and my niece liked the styles I picked out. My only skepticism is the quality of the fabric. I think it may be a bit like Zara in the sense that you can find lovely looking trendy tops but they only last for one season before they fall apart. But I guess that is the price you pay for a deal. Really great.
