White Short Sleeve Floral Crochet Bodycon Dress is beautiful in person, its good quality and looks exactly like the pictures, the only little problem is on the back but is not big deal for me. Love it. Very gorgeous.
Sheinsiders online shop launched in the US not too long ago. I used to love them but not living near one I decided to try their online shop. I did not order any clothing due to an aversion in needing to return items, but at time of review they offer free shipping in the US (with no minimum). I believe they offer free returns within 14 days as well but I did not deal with them in terms of returning items so I can't comment on how easy/hard it was. The item was shipped to me via Fed-Ex and it arrived very quickly. It was packaged very nicely and I was pleased!
There Support service is good and they have good grip on what they are doing
I received my coat last week; at first I was surprised by the golden thread in the texture (that is not visible in the product photos) yet now I like that; can be dressed up with a cute clutch and a light dress for going out on autumn nights or can be dressed down with leggings and combat boots.
Honestly horrendous service. With all the negative reviews they've been getting, I have no idea how they can still be getting sales.
Avoid this site. They take weeks to ship items that claim they will be shipped within a few days. As such, items that I'd purchased as gifts for people were no longer viable for me. Due to their false information re: shipping times, I had to purchase other gifts from other stores to give to the people I'd bought these gifts for. Due to this being their fault, I wanted a refund but was told I would need to pay for return shipping. This seems completely bizarre to me considering that it was THEIR fault and not mine that these items didn't arrive within the time frames they specified.
Quality is also horrendous. Threads hanging off the clothes and shoddy quality. Very sheer polyester like material - cheap quality, looks awful. Poor workmanship. Sizing is also very bad - they do not conform to standard sizes. Some of the dresses I bought are laughable. If I went out in what they advertise as a 'dress' I'd be getting a few stares from people because they're so short that it looks like a tshirt. Sizing on the blouses I bought are also incredibly off. When I raised this with the incredibly rude and slow to respond customer service rep online, I was told that their sizes worked for other people. This conversation took 1+ hours and nothing was resolved. They are VERY rude and have no idea how to satisfy customers. This won't work for them long term. They have NFI how to interact with customers in a polite or respectful manner and they can't even form proper sentences. Not good for a company selling on an international scale.
After this issue and the gift issue, I was very frustrated with their service and asked that they cover the return postage (FYI, the company is actually located in CHINA and this isn't referred to anywhere on the site). The shipping cost to send this back for my order ($100+ worth of clothing) is incredibly hefty and I believe it is completely unjust to expect that I pay that considering that they are the ones in the wrong.
Please read reviews carefully, I suspect that they even write their own 'positive' reviews on these sites and I know from reading other reviews, people have been asked to delete their negative feedback. Their Facebook page also hides customer comments to the left of the page and those who raise a concern are frequently asked to private message them instead.
This site needs to be reported, they can't keep providing such awful service and products and getting away with it.
Sheinside has some of the most unique outfits I have ever found online. I had a bachelorette party in Vegas and really wanted to stand out. At Sheinside they have all these really hot jumpsuits, but this white one I saw was super sexy and elegant with lace sleeves and a low cut bust. The exact look I was going for. The price was a lot less than the jumpsuit looks, plus I get a SVP discount so I got to pay even less. With tight stuff like this you have to be careful buying online, but Sheinside doesn’t just give you the sizes, it gives the measurements for each size so when I got the jumpsuit it was a perfect fit. Even in the bust and hips where I usually have trouble with sexy stuff. The jumpsuit was a big hit in Vegas with my friends, and the guys at the club.
Do NOT buy anything from them. I have been waiting almost a month for my order. When you contact them, they give you the run around. "It will ship soon. It has shipped. You ordered a best seller. It's a holiday season. It will ship soon. " they actually told me in one email that it shipped and in the next that it would ship soon. And if you get a tracking number that says a printing label has been prepared, that means nothing. It still hasn't shipped.

The selection on this website is amazing. I have never seen a better selection of kimonos in my life. The website is easy to navigate around, and I think that it is fantastic. I ordered the Purple Long Sleeve Sheer Embroidered Lace Outerwear. I have yet to receive it, but it looks super comfortable. I'm currently looking at shoes to order for my mom. I am thrilled to receive my purchases, because we don't do much online shopping in my house. But this store is the best! I cant say it enough! I cant wait to receive what I ordered!
I absolutely love the grey v-neck long sleeve shirt. I have recently gained a lot of weight because of pregnancy and child birth but they carry my size and have stylish clothes. I even browsed the shoes and love that they have bigger shoe sizes…. My feet aren't exactly small so now I have another store to buy my shoes from!
I ordered clothes from this website in October, it took awhile to get the clothes but I was very happy with what I got. Upon having a good experience I then decided to place a pretty hefty order in November hoping I would have these clothes for Christmas. This is when things took a negative turn... I got one of my orders but my other order totaling up to 215.62 did not come. I contacted the DHL service twice to find the error was not from them but from Sheinside. When I contacted sheinside I spoke to a person online for over three hours, and got no where at all. I sent multiple pictures to the person I was talking to and still got no where. I was even told by this person that I did not place the order on November 29, so I decided to send a picture of my order stating that I did place an order on said date. Still I got no where, yet I decided to still try and work things out with the person online. Rather then get any answers my online chat was terminated, and I still have not gotten the email that the online person told me I would get. To summarize my experience I do not have the clothes I ordered, or my money back.

I haven't even bought anything from this store yet and 90 percent of the reviews I have read are absolutely terrible. This store supposedly offers wonderful high-quality products and from what I see it is all very cute and stylish! I literally had like twenty items In my cart in no time. I found it very hard to let go of most of it. After reading all of the terrible reviews im afraid to confirm my order! This place is an Asian company, no offense, and from what I keep hearing about Asian companies selling clothes and such is that not only does the order take a very long time to arrive but that the customer service is terrible and so it the quality of the fabric. The styles are cute the quality is suposidly terrible. Does anyone have anything nice to say about his place. Does it really take a month to receive items. I want my stuff now and I want to make sure ill be taken care of as a customer after all I plan on spending over a hundred dollars. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! A complete let down. I was absolutely messed around and given several email all with conflicting advice. One email stated that the order was delayed due tot eh busy time of year, another said it was just waiting on one more dress, another said it was printed and ready to ship then customer service told me they had to print the postage address and that printing it would take 2 days. I ordered it all on the 29th of November and currently all I have is a two different tracking number and neither of them work for anything. I have been blatantly lied to and they even have had the disrespect to ask me to remove an earlier complaint before the issue is resolved. I wish no stars was an option. DISGUSTING! SCAM!

I consider myself a patient person. However, this site has pressed me beyond my limits. I placed an order for one item on 11/30. It took them 12 whole business days to process that order, and when I received the e-mail regarding my updated shipment/tracking information, the link didn't work and no tracking data was shown.
I've since worked with three different online help operators, and the last two I've worked with only succeeded in frustrating me even more. Firstly, they offer little to no reassurance that they are working to resolve my concern. Secondly, they communicate with so few words and they all just seem to be reading from a script. Even when I repeatedly mentioned my growing frustration that I could not find any estimated delivery date, all they kept saying was "5-7 days, please be patient." To add insult to injury, they all skirted around the answer when I asked 5-7 days from when. It is coming up on a month now and I think I deserve to be irked that my one measly shirt which was meant to be a present has yet to make an appearance at my doorstep.

I am so disappointed with SheInside. After waiting almost a MONTH for my order, I had an item completely missing, a broken necklace, a sweater with a hole, a coat that wouldn't zip & poorly poorly constructed items.
I have been going in circles with them in regards to refunds. Their communication is extremely poor and their desire to make it right with the customer is disgusting. Save your time and annoyance! Do. Not. Buy. From. Here!

If you want to have the latest in fashion and get it with the best materials, this shelnside is for you. I was extremely impressed with the variety of fashions and the quality of fabrics. They also fit true to size! Don't forget to look up their accessories. They have the perfect accessories to fit any outfit!
I purchased a dress item from SheInside for my sister's christmas present. When I realized that I bought the wrong size I kinda freaked - but the SheInside's customer service was great - they didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me resolve the issue pretty quickly.
I can see why my sister loves this site, I'm going to order myself a few items and see if the products are as great as she says they are (they are a really good price point).

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
