Ordered items for Christmas for grandaughters. But items were not recieved even though it was down as delivered.I've been trying to get a response from shein. Sent a few messages of concern. But doesn't seem to be important enough for them to respond.
I placed an order in September for she Camouflage Classic High Split Ruffle Skirt for 47.99 that I never received. I also purchased a denim patchwork grey sweatsuit that looked nothing like the picture. I wasn't satisfied so I threw it away. I would to be refunded for the high slit rifle skirt. Attached is the postal tracking number as well as the pictures of the items

Atrocious.
Ordered almoat a month ago now and have been chasing my order consistently. Every time I ask for an update I'm met with a copy-and-paste response with zero information and no care. It was obvious my parcel had been lost by them as it never arrived at the post Office Depot, however they insisted that I had to continue waiting to see if it shows up.
I have been asking for my order to be resent with express delivery to make up for the month of waiting. Finally they have responded and are trying to send it out. First I get a message to say there's an item out of stock so I have to send back another item to replace it with - this takes 24 hours to get a response. Then another message to say something else is no longer available - and more time wasted. If they'd have sent them all out when I initially requested we wouldn't have had a problem.
Over a month later and I'm still unsure if I'll receive any of it.
The entire service from start to finish has been stressful and I regret placing the order in the first place. It's not the first issue I've had with them and I should have known better.
The customer service is AWFUL - they do not care about customers.

Absolute scum with pathetic and criminal 'business practices'. Ordered a soldering iron the other day and was promised delivery in 5-8 businesses days. I accepted and purchased only for them to IMMEDIATELY send an email indicating that shipping was delayed. I then go to cancel the order, being that should be simple and straightforward considering that is is nowhere near being shipped, and I am unable to since they slapped a tracking number on it. Criminals, and the representative at USAA informed me that there is an open and very public boycott against this company for this exact reason. I've already gotten my funds back. Hope attempting to steal from me was worth yet another 1* review and further social media lashing

I placed my order on 11/1/23 and was scheduled to be delivered between 11/9-11/12/23. Today is 11/22/23 and I've yet to receive my packages. Received an email stating my items had been delivered but that was false! Can't get in contact with anyone in customer service because it says the number isn't a working number and the live chat they have is a joke! I've ordered plenty of times from this company and never had an issues but I know I won't be purchasing any more items from this company.

I am highly disappointed with the courier services that SHEIN works with.I have been skeptical when to comes to doing orders online however a friend advised me to try SHEIN she has ordered a few times never had an issues.I placed my very first order n I received an email from them stating that the courier company has issues delivering my order.
I called the courier company only to find that I won't be getting my order Cs the guy who came to deliver was hijacked.How convince that a guy get hijacked doesn't the company have tracker, the Lady said I shouldn't ask her nay questions I needed to claim from Baffalo who didn't inform me that what transpired. I am still in the dark and I doubt I will ever get my money.
My gut feeling tells me that these courier drivers open our parcels to see whether they can deliver or take those things home.
I am highly disappointed I even had a lot of items I was to order for Black Friend and I do see myself buying from them again

I ordered 6 bras (they aren't even finished and SO cheaply made- garbage!), 3 shirts for myself and 3 for my husband (they are OK, but probably won't last long), 1 pair of earrings (which the post broke off as soon as I tried them on), and a tube of lipstick (to get a discount on the order). NEVER AGAIN FROM SHEIN! The old adage "you get what you pay for" is so true.

There are lots of detective items that I had to return and no compensated from them. It was their faults but I had to waste my time and gas fee. It is hard to find bad reviews because they get rid of them.

This company is nothing but a big scam. They owe me 2 large orders, amounting to almost $300.
They have had so much fun messing me around. They'd say they couldn't find the orders, then that it had been shipped, then back to we're tracking your order. (There was no shipping information, other than one in Chinese.). I have had 40+ different correspondence with them and still have nothing. The only thing they did get right was stop sending me their scamming emails, when I told them to.
These are the kind of companies that put people off buying online.
Facebook should do everything to stop these thieving companies.
WORST COMPANY EVER!

I saw a fantastic (supposedly) sale with Shein and I placed 2 very large orders and 1 small, on September 5th. This was to make sure if one went missing, I'd still have the others. I ended up with 3 items. It is now October 26th and I have written to Shein dozens of times and they have sent me the same false shipping information, every time, which I have to pay a company to look at, or I get a notice to say that there is no such number.
I am duped out of over $200, and I even paid extra for 3-5 day shipping on both orders.
If you want to save you're money, don't give it to these Thieves and Scammers.
If anything changes I will update my review.
Very low quality. Super bad return policy. Do not want to buy any more. All pictures look good but details and materials are so bad. Waste my time.

I was charged for an order I didn't receive and was unable to communicate with Shein about it. I could not find the tracking number. Their website is deliberately confusing. I did receive one order from them and was reimbursed for an item I didn't want.

I order a jump suit and it was delivered to the wrong address. The picture that was taken was not my apartment. Please don't try to contact customer service the PHONE NUMBER doesn't work. How can a company go around scaming people. I am telling EVERYBODY Please read the reviews before you place AN order. Shein is the worst! I haven't received my order and it's been two weeks already without being asked to pay for customs while their policy says it 9-12 days instead. I have been trying to call but nobody bothers to answer and some of the numbers provided don't work anymore, automatically that leaves me no choice but to email them and they take hours to reply to your emails. I had requested an urgent delivery but instead they told me that my package was delayed by 5-7 days and instead of being informed about this earlier they only updated me a few days before I had to move out from where I currently reside. Till this day nobody is willing to help.

Try to contact them--you get caught in endless loops of non-information. In one day, I was charged $92.05 twice, $102.92 twice, and $164.67. Didn't make any of those purchases. After several "chats" they refunded the two $92 charges and one $102 charge. The remaining charges remain. I now have to get a new credit card and file a fraud report. If I could have talked to a real person just once I could have avoided all that.

Customer service was awful. Would not allow returns within their stated policy. I would avoid purchasing items from this company. Because they sell clothing, you need to be able to return items that do not fit as expected.
I followed the instructions that Shein provided in the response, but there is no way to reach a real person. It's just an automated system. It appears that this is a scripted response that Shein uses to make it look like they are responsive to customer concerns. Please be aware that they are not responsive and do not be fooled.
Shein - if you really want to resolve the issue, I would be happy to speak or chat with a representative, but so far you have not provided that option to resolve the issue.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
