I ordered 5 items - only one dress (the only good thing that happened!) had a brand tag on it. Rest never had a tag! Material for the rest items I bought were seemingly cheap type and not worth the price! Negative reviews are not published on this website only good ones seem to be published! They have a glossy website but unfortunately the clothes seem to be simply inferior so everyone don't be fooled!
At first I was very positive about their website and clothing. I saw that my parcel would be shipped whitin 1-3 business days and it would take 5-7 days to be delivered at my house. That sounded ok to me, but now it's been a week since I placed my order and I still haven't got any shipping confirm e-mail yet. I sent them an e-mail and they said the item I ordered was "out of stock" and it would take a little while longer. But this wasn't even mentioned on their website?! I also have read reviews from other people, and mostly of them were about their shipping delay! SheIn should really sort this problem out.

Ordered 2 dresses and 2 bikinis at the beginning of April, never received a confirmation email to say my items had been shipped so live chatted with their 'customer service' with 2 people that could barely speak English. Couldn't get a straight answer as to when my items would be shipped after 2 weeks so I cancelled the order, which seems to be their only solution to the problem. Got an email saying it would take 10-20 days for a refund. Yeah, that makes sense? Unless they're sending someone to the bank near my house to manually put cash into my account I don't see how on Earth it would take that long. Site is very strange and a complete shod. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered 13 items of clothing for our daughter for Christmas. Website shows 1 week max shipping, which would've allowed plenty of time for Christmas arrival. They only shipped two items and said the rest were shipping from overseas and had no idea when they'd arrive. Requested a refund, they temporarily put $ in an online wallet with them (don't want to do business with them any longer). They straight up lied to my credit card company and said everything was delivered. They don't have a customer service #, you have to wait and wait for them to finally respond via their online message center. Bunch of crooks.

I placed my order on 4/17/2017 for my birthday. There was no expedited shipping option, just an order option while making the booking. After 7 days I started getting impatient as SHEIN withdrew the money instantly but the status was still PROCESSING. I logged a ticket with them, this is their reply:
"Happy Birthday to you in advance.
Please kindly note that after you make an order, we usually need about 3-7 working days to prepare the package before shipping.
We will ship out the package with express shipping for free this time, ok?"
After this, it has been around 3 days and no change in the shipping status. It still says processing.
They should advertise the shipment time more than they advertise clothes so people can make a judgement call if they want to wait that long.
I don't think it's worth it!

I would rate lower than a star, if there's available! It takes forever to have my parcel... I've spent over $80 dollars on my order, which was placed on April 19th, after serveral times complain on emails and I only received 1 piece of my order... where are the rest of my clothes? Very bad customer service, but they take your money very promptly! I never recommand anyone to buy from their net!

They charged my Acct 4/19 same day I ordered it and I have yet to recieve it. They keep asking me to be patient. FedEx label was finally created 5/3 but that's it. Just a label was created. No shipment has actually occurred still

Shein has great clothes but I ordered a dress labeled priority processing on March 26th. I needed it for May 2nd so I didn't really care that it told me I'd still have to wait 17 business days but on April 2nd, I received an email telling me there would be a 3-5 day delay in processing and they'd contact me about it in 5 days. I contacted them 5 days later.
It is April 27th and I still have no dress. The tracking information is not helpful in the slightest and is rarely updated. The representatives just keep telling me about more and more delays. Just yesterday they told me it would be another 10 days until they either reprocess my order, refund me, or resend the order.
Will NEVER order from Shein again.
Update: the package arrived on May 3rd. Good thing I needed it on the 2nd!

I placed my first order with Sheln. One of the items I received was not the item I ordered. Returned the item. Received message from Sheln that they were going to refund the item I was keeping. (the less expensive item) I said no. I was keeping that item. Had to send photos of the item that was incorrect, and had to send photos of the item I was keeping to straighten it out.
The item I returned was $27.00. I received a refund of $16.50 today. Now, I have been communicating with them for 14 days. FOURTEEN DAYS! I just sent a message to them, and asked to speak to a manager. I want to know how they calculated the $16.50. Asked the rep I was communicating with, but won't tell me. If they are charging me for return shipping, that would be horrible customer service, as they sent the wrong item, and why should I have to pay to return it?
Also, used a $3 coupon for the order. No requirements to use the coupon, such as a minimum order. Now I am being told that the $3 will be deducted from my order. I disagree with this. The coupon should be applied to the item I am keeping. Once again, I want to point out that I was sent the wrong item.
I am so frustrated with this company, that I want to tell everyone to beware of this company.
Fourteen days I have been communicating with them to resolve this issue. What company in the US would take 14 days to resolve a problem?
Sent them a message today asking to speak to a manager. Wonder if I will receive a response?

Well there must be some kind of international trade law that makes this illegal! They charge my credit card immediately, don't ship my order. Don't tell me until 16 days after my order was placed that their warehouse system is not working and you don't when it will be. And then ask me if I want to cancel my order and they will give me a store credit!?
Not to mention they have products online that are out of stock but they don't have their website updated to show that little piece of very important information, so they email me a week after I have purchased an item to tell me "It Is out of Stock"! And then give me a store credit!? Then I'm told if I want my money put back on my credit card it will take up to 20 days to receive it!? It sure as heck doesn't take that long for them to charge me credit card!
I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, the International Trade Administration and World Trade Organization.
Trust me you do not want to purchase from this company! It should be shut down!

This is the worst company on Earth you can't actually speak to a person I purchased items April 10/2017. It is now April 26th and I still don't have my items. The money was withdrawn on the 10th. I spent enough to get express shipping which is listed on their site as 3-5 business days. It's been 12 business days and they are still in "processing"
I've reached out to support and they promised it would be shipped. Then suddenly they tell me they are "moving their warehouse" and all orders are delayed, contradicting what the support agent told me the day before that it would ship out soon. "Sorry for the inconvinience but this is an exception for shipping that we decided to move the warehouse in few days." -- As if you suddenly decide to move your warehouse without any notice to your staff! There are ways to prepare for that sort of thing. Some people say they've gotten their items within 2 weeks, but I'm feeling like it might take me a month to get the items. I have shopped through SheIn a lot, and I really mean it. They have some amazing stuff out there and a lot of times they put their items on sale and the prices are incredible. There are things that I look for in the mall but I can't find, and it'll pop up on my newsfeed somewhere through SheIn and I'll purchase it. One down side to it is the sizing. Often, I feel like things will fit me, but then I get them and they're too small. The sizing also gets confusing especially with the should/arm length part because it differs for each item and I can't tell what it really means. You also have to pay attention to the material of the item, because it may look like one thing in the picture, but if you didn't read what kind of material it was made out of, it will be below your expectation. Overall though, they've been really great with having me return items that don't fit. I have a lot of clothes from them that people consistent compliment me on, so despite the few flaws, I would definitely continue shopping with them! :)

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
