I LOVE this website! All the things I purchased came in GREAT condition. When I had a problem with one dress end up being out of stock they told me I could reordered it and wait for it or have my money credit it to my wallet so I may use it towards another purchase. I have not had a bad experience with them yet. I have ordered so many different things I can not keep count.
I bought some clothe I placed the orde the 4/14/2017 I asked for the tracking number and is always something I'm really regreting the decision to shop with them, I ask for the order to be cancel.
I ordered a pair of shoes that I NEED by May 1st. I received a confirmation e-mail right away. I ordered the shoes on April 18th, and now it is the 24th and I still have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail. I need to know exactly when the shoes will be shipped to my house! HELP!

Processing orders takes patience to wait for but they're quick to ship once that part is done. I've always received my package earlier than estimated arrival time which is awesome and received all items purchased, never missing any items. Merchandise is cute and good quality. I like that they have an app which is easier for browsing and or shopping on the go.
I will never order from anyone again as long as the ship through DHL. Lived at my address for 10+ years never had a prob with Fed ex, UPS or the postal service however DHL "delivers" a package that i never recieved. Customer service dont investigate. They told me the driver said he delivered it to the right address like im supposed take his word. He either delivered it to the wrong address or was too incompatant to leave it somewhere discretely! And now im out of $100!

Ive ordered twice in this site already and all my purchases are legit and good quality! It fits me very well and true to its picture shown in their site! I love it so much. Yes it takes a while for the order to arrive but once you received it, all worth the wait i dont know why they say its a scam? Well i give them 5 stars for great service! Ill keep ordering for more cant get enough of the cute dresses
All of my orders came on time. Quality wise is not the best but considering the price is very good value.
Their return policy is not true.
You will NOT get a full refund they have an excuse for everything.

They make it nearly impossible to find the return method, then when you do, they charge 5.98 for each item returned --- after charging for delivery --- very, very slooooow delivery.
They seem to want to give you a shein credit instead of a credit to your payment source - will fight that because I don't want to order any more of their sleazy clothes which look like nothing pictured.
Stick with zulily, they state if it can't be returned and go overboard trying to satisfy their customers.

Since purchasing, I have read various negative reviews about Shein and one fairly old newspaper article calling it a 'scam', which I do not agree with based on my own recent order. Yes, the order takes a while to arrive and, hence, this retailer doesn't fit the bill if you urgently need a garment for the coming weekend. Yes, returns are not straightforward and cost money. However, the clothes are cheap as chips, the quality of the items I bought is more than acceptable, and my only main grumble was that some leggings were described as "cotton" when they are - in fact - made of a synthetic fabric. And I was able to track the progress of the order online, no probs. Shein is clearly a good place to buy staple items at low cost but to be avoided if you want to buy bundles of clothes to try at home, because you cannot make your mind up, and then send them back! I will definitely order again.
I just placed my order on the 12th and while I'm not worried about when my items arrive, I am worried about the fact that it was deferred. Does this mean there is no way for my items to get to me or will it just take much longer than originally scheduled. When customer service emailed me, they said there was a short supply but on the website all of my items I ordered are still in stock. I spent over £100 on this website because the clothes looked fantastic but I was so disappointed when they started to arrive. The website said quick delivery but it has taken over 2 weeks for everything to arrive. The quality was really really poor and some items unwearable. I know that they are cheap prices but we have high street shops that charge a similar amount and they are much better quality. One large size cardigan I bought had it's arms so tightly knitted that only my 3 year old could fit into them.
They don't make it particularly easy to return either, I've had to submit a question with reasons as to why I want to return each item, that's 8 items, I'm only keeping the jewellery because I can't return them. It would be much easier if it was like other sites where you either have a return slip with the package or a printable form on the website.
I can't say I'll use them again and it's put me off buying clothes from shops I'm not familiar with.

Just received my order from SheIn. I was impressed. If you order, make sure you pay attention to the measurements. They run true to size(maybe a little smaller). I would definitely order again! Shipping took two weeks, but I was aware of the wait.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
