Okay so I'm always one to read reviews before buying from unfamiliar online retailers so I always try to give an honest one, no matter how brutal. When I came across Shein I was sceptical. Firstly, there was so much to choose from, secondly, the prices were far too cheap even for online prices. Then I read the reviews and I've gotta admit I wasn't convinced. Things from delivery right down to the quality was named and shamed.
However, I still wanted to give it a go. I ended up spending about £130 thats the equivalent to $162. Yes. I bought about 10 pieces of clothing. For a first time buyer I knew it's madness but I done it anyway.
Here's what I thought of the whole thing.
Delivery- came within 2-3 weeks and I live in Scotland. I was so sceptical of it that I went online twice during the delivery to check the status of the package by speaking to someone on live chat on the website. They were very helpful. Zoe and Irene told me exactly where it was, (customs and when the package landed to the UK.) On the day they said it landed to UK, it was delivered to my door 8 hours later.
Quality & Size- I chose my items carefully by reading the reviews on each item. (Hence why I like to write reviews in detail for people like me) I am a size 10 in the UK and most of the things I bought on Shein was a size M.
In terms of the quality- I love every item. It is fantastic quality and fits wonderfully. It would easily pass for things you would by at Zara
It's not very often I bulk buy and love every single one.
Warning- If you want to buy something for a party next weekend, this probably isn't for you but if you plan ahead for a holiday, wedding or generally have about 3 weeks to plan your outfit ahead then go for it. Shein is great. Read the reviews on each item, obviously you will get an idea of the best sellers VS the not so great items by seeing what other people scored.
But y'know what? I thought Shein was GREAT. I'm going to crete in 2 weeks and I'm gonna look like a greek goddess thanks to Shein.

ABA******* this is my order and the tracking says it's stuck in New York for a week, The customer care people keep giving stupid pre typed template responses. After pestering for weeks they told they'll refund me. But I'm worried they'll rob me of money and not send the clothes too. I think this website is a scam. Be very careful. Do not order here
Its been over 15 days since I place my order and I have not received my items. I've tracked it almost everyday and weeks ago it said it was getting off a plane at JFK and theres been NO other recent updates since then. I have no idea where my package is and I still haven't heard back from customer service. Don't know if I would recommend this site.

Okay so I placed a order last week I order 6 items and out of the 6 they only send me one item until now. Now they have sent me only 4 items after bunch of complaints but when I check the tracking I get nothing and as far as the sixth item that's item I guess is still in limbo Never again will I give them my hard earned coins! My package arrived with no invoice or return instructions in spite of me paying extra for return insured shipping. Upon contacting Paypal to step in and dispute I was given a return address to China at my expense... almost $70 to provide shipping. No thanks. So I'm stuck with all the merchandise that's sized to fit a 12 year old rather than an adult.

Instead of returning your money to your credit it puts it in your "shein wallet". Sorry but after the experience I had where I returned almost 90% of the things I ordered I'm never gonna order something from there again because the quality is absolute trash.

To start off, I love that they have so many choices of all kinds of clothing. From sweaters, tops and shoes. The price are unbelievable, at first I actually could believe how cheap they were. I evem compared it with another website and yeah, BIG differnce and better. And the FREE SHIPPING. Aye, not all websites offer free shipping. I love shopping here. Shipment was faster than i was expecting since the things that i got are from Singapore. I was disappointed about the shoes that i got size 40, even if i usually wear euro size 39, i couldnt fit my feet to the shoes. They are way smaller than how it supposed to be. I bought what was described as a sweatshirt but was more like a thin T- shirt. The size was supposed to be XL (bust 108cm) but was more like S (bust 96cm). I will have to find a child to give it to. Very disappointing.

It was a pleasant surprise to receive clothes that fit nicely and of OK quality at that price! Surely you wouldn't wear them for more than one season but even that is more than most!
I have not gotten my items from this site yet, but I'm immediately questioning things when their website states that items are shipped from the closest proximity, to your location, warehouse (New Jersey in my case) and that shipping should take from 4-7 days. It is now day 7 and when I go to the site to track it... It shipped from CHINA and is not even in the US yet. I'm glad I didn't need it by any specific date.

I thought I read on their website this company was within the US, the response from online chat acknowledged most everything comes from China, so you can expect long wait time for shipments. Also had I known things coming from China I would have ordered much larger sizes, They should indicate what size their models are wearing in the particular item pictured not the models "size", I feel this is false advertising. Merchandise sizing is that of China, tooo small. Tell your customers where the stuff is coming from, would probably save alot of frustration.

1. Express shipping was fast, it took 4 business to arrive form China to México City.
2. Excellent customer service with fast response
3. Almost every piece of clothing looked like the picture (I ordered 13 pieces, so 11/13)
4. Their webpage said that taxes and tariffs didn't apply but I had to pay 42 UDS when my clothed arrived :(. ... SheIn only refunded me 22USD
I absolutely love this site I buy a lot of there clothes for everyday wear. Their customer is prompt when you get a ticket. I lover their app and I also like the reviews, it helps with my purchases.
I was EXTREMELY hesitant to purchase from this outlet. I had read the reviews and took a chance. I decided not to spend to much on my first order.
