Hello people who have experienced shopping at shein! Well, I would really love to get a response from Molly M. But I wanted to know how long it would take for it to come!
I honestly can't wait to get these clothes, my friends have also purchased from them and the clothes were gorgeous! I just placed my order and can't wait to recieve them and blog about them!
At first I was pretty sceptical about SheIn since I had never heard of it before, but I ordered a black dress from there website that was only $18, unsure of whether it was actually going to get to me on time, let alone get to me at all. After receiving the order confirmation email, it took about 6 days to get here! I never got a shipping confirmation email but I was so pleased that it had arrived! The dress fits PERFECTLY, the quality is good and now I am wearing the dress to prom! An $18 prom dress, who knew?!
Bought an outfit, and paid expedited shipping costs to ensure that it would be here in time. My shipment email came through and a few days later I checked my account and it was labeled "delivered". I still haven't received it! I left a ticket and customer service acts like I'm dumb. They said I changed it to say delivered and that I didn't pay extra for shipping. Never dealing with this awful company again. First time buying and last time.
My order was delayed for a long time. When I asked them to honor a coupon code since the order was weeks late they said maybe you can use it next time, meanwhile I still haven't even gotten my first order. Really poor business practice. Every company I've ever ordered from honors a price change within a short period, especially when they delay your order as a courtesy. Should've been more diligent in reading reviews and the better business bureau even has bad reviews and now I know why. Could honoring a coupon really be worth losing a customer who hasn't even received their order yet? I guess so.

I bought 4 items, When I received my email confirmation, unlike every other online store, they did not confirm the items bought - just the fact that I paid.
I went into chat to ask for confirmation of the items bought. I was told that everything was alright - but not given confirmation. Instead I was told to go into my account and the items would all show.
When I did, only one item was on the list (but the charge was still for all four). I went back to chat to explain what happened. I was told not to worry, everything was alright. I double checked, and still, only one item showed. All the customer service agent could do was tell me not to worry.
Every other online store sends confirmations that include the items being bought - why wont they.

Ordered a lovely white cotton shirt size large as their sizing chart showed size large is a uk size 12/14. Received the shirt last week and although it states large it is a size 6/8. So annoyed with this. And it isn't worth paying to send it back. Would never order from this company again.

I ordered from SHEIN before, i like almost everything except a pair of pants and two shirts. One of the shirts i ordered a small and double checked all my size before i hit checkout, and they sent me a medium, its really big on me but i might give it away, the other shirt was cute but was really see through and weird material. The pants werent so great, the material was very weird and like. Flimsy. (idk how else to explain it) and the metal on the ends of the strings looked like they were glued on. The rest of my clothes were great. The shipping took around 3-4 weeks. I recently just ordered from there again and hoping for the clothes and shipping to be better.

I two dresses from this site about a week ago and i an update right away saying my items have been prepared for shipment i was very excited and please but a week later the status of my shipment is till the stay " label has been created" it does not take fedex one week to pick up a shipment that has been ready for delivery a week ago. Ordered 112 dollars worth of items last Wednesday, was beyond excited to receive them! I never received an email saying anything had shipped so on Monday of this week I contacted them. They told me they hadn't even shipped anything that it would ship out with 24 to 48 hours. Was told by three different people three different things. Guess what items still haven't shipped. Woke up to an email this morning stating your items are being pushed back another 3-5 business days due to popular demand of the items. So on top of pushing back my order you also want to tell me I won't receive it for another 5-7! Nope cancel anything you buy with them and get a refund! Not even worth it! Seems like there are many bad reviews but my experience was good. I received all items in a timely fashion. I spent over $300 and received many items. The quality overall was good for the price I paid for them. I have not tried everything on but I've learned to order much larger than what I wear from China. You need to be realistic as to what you are buying from some of these sites in China. The clothes are pretty and simply made for the most part. But you are not paying a ton of money for them either. If an item does not fit me, I'm donating it to a shelter. They love getting unique new clothes for the girls. Thanks and I'll purchase from them again. Just adjust your expectations. I don't try and send items back. Not worth the hassle.
I ordered a couple of adorable sweaters two months ago, with expedited shipping. Not but two days later, they were already "shipped". One month later, I sent a ticket wondering where my sweaters were. The responder actually told me "Try to be a little more patient". Slightly offended, but okay. Another month later and they're still not here! I live in Texas, sweater weather is already over! As adorable as these sweaters are, shipping with Taobao takes less time. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
