Where's my clothes?

I ordered a new item 3 weeks ago & I still haven't received it. It says my label was created and it's still pending. The package isn't even being shipped yet! I'm tracking it & it says the package is being moved to the FedEx location but it's not even being shipped yet. It also says delivered but it's not even being shipped.

Shipping problems

I had ordered 4 shirts and a belt and they just recentley sent me confirming that my item has shipped but only 2 of the shirts shipped and I don't know if they are out of stock on the 2 shirts but they could at least LET ME KNOW! I didn't pay for those shirts and not ending up getting them. In my last purchase they ran out of pair of socks I ordered and it's been over 3 weeks and I still have not got my money back from that as well.It's only $2 so I'm not gonna make a huge deal but I really don't want it to be like that with these 2 shirts that I paid more than $2 for. Please let me know if it is out of stock or why they didn't ship with my other items. I would like my money back in that case.

When they received my returned, i did got an email that it will be credits back to my account. I did logged in but for some reason I couldn't see the amount they returned to me so i wrote a review about not seeing my return but a few days later i saw it n so i withdraw it from my account n it went straight back to my credit card. Overall, i had a good expetience with Shein for the 1 time. The shipping took 7 working business days, the returned was over a week. All of the items i ordered was correct n good material.

Shipping Delay

I ordered a two-piece set off of this website on Sunday and have been tracking the shipment everyday. It has said label created for 3 days now, so I just want to make sure it's going to arrive on time. I was hoping it would get here within 6-8 days from the day I ordered it.

I ordered from this website, it has been almost 3 weeks and I NEVER got my package yet, everyone I talk to someone over the computer about my package it all different stories, then you tell you to go track for package but nothing has changed since the day I ordered. On my FED-X tracking just says "creating shipping label" it has said that for 3 weeks now. They WON't even give a straight answer... Don't waste your time, I just I'm out money and now have to waste more on getting other dress for my cruise since I leave in 2 weeks and I have a feeling my order isn't coming.

Terrible

I ordered a couple of shirts and upon receiving them the sizing is off so I want to return a couple. When I went back to login to issue a return notice, it kept saying login failed so I tried to reset my password and it did not let me and kept saying please try again later so I am literally locked out of my account and am stuck with shirts that i don't even want! There isn't even contact information to email them because you must be logged into your account which i am locked out of!?

My biggest pet peeve about this site is their unreliable shipping times. Do not bother purchasing expedited or express shipping because it's not going to expedite the shipping process any further. They will ship out your item whenever they see fit, and it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order since they're shipping it from their warehouse overseas. I feel like this is a very unacceptable way to run a business since sometimes the shipping time can exceed the estimated arrival date. If you're going to tell a customer that their package is going to arrive before a certain date, it needs to be on time.

The quality of the clothes itself is okay, on par with stores like Forever 21. Some of their items will tend to run on the smaller side so I'd recommend looking at the measurements that they provide for your respective sizing.

They sent me a FedEx tracking number within two days, which was great! But... it's been "pending" and on "Label Created" for a week. Super frustrating. Shouldn't take this long to send the package to FedEx to ship to me.

Don´t buy anything to these guy, the deliver service sucks. I ordered clothes back in July 2016 and I still don´t know where my order is. I openened at least 10 tickets and they sure answer within 24 hours but just saying "Have patience" or "Your package will soon arrive" and when I got damned tired of waiting and finally asked for my refund then they told me to check with my country Post, which i did and it turned out that the package was presuntedly delivered in december 21st (trust me, it was not! I was at home those days because it was christmas vacations) but returned because no one received it. When i contacted my country´s Post, they told me only SHEIN could open a ticket to see where the package is. And I told them but they didn´t did anything, so they won´t give me my refund nor help me get my clothes... The worst mystake i´ve ever made.

I've ordered a few times off this site, items that came were not bad for the price, a few dresses and tops, spent over hundred bucks and must say shipping was very fast from China to canada

Believe I received within four days, customer web site however only displayed a portion of order, for some reason got double of same dress and same size so that was weird.

Recently ordered one dress paid a lot about forty us, came within two weeks, shipping was detailed could track, dress was very very pretty nicest purchase ever from them and I would buy from them again.

Bought from rosegal and rosegal wholesale their awful do not k ow if related but sbein at least delivers.

Bought a shirt

Purchased a shirt for my bridal shower. I am a pretty small girl but my arms barley fit in the sleeves! I felt I couldn't move, but it was big everywhere else and didn't look like the picture at all. I would say cheap quality, but you get what you pay for. Also did not receive an invoice with package so I have no idea how to return it, plus its a $5.00 charge for returns anyways...
They tell you on their website to "log into your account to return an item" But I don't have an account! I checked out with paypal. Guess I am just screwed out of my money.

Reliable company

I was a little afraid this company will be like others I have bought from before, but so far I have had a great experience with Sheln. I started to order one thing, ten two and then a bunch. Clothing is quality and very fashionable, different from the usual stores. I do not give it a five because it takes a while for the product to be shipped and received, but again, it is worth the wait =)

There is this blouse: https://www.shein.com/White-V-Neck-With-Pocket-Chiffon-Blouse-p-*******-cat-1733.html that costs $15 (which is expensive in this site. After getting it I wrote an honest review and they DIDN'T approved it, maybe they dont want future buyers to see the real truth of the product instead of fixing it.
This is what I wrote:"Looks cheap. It is see throught, has no shape and has threads out. A Waste. I havent even worn it"

DON'T BUY that blouse, has no shape, looks cheap and it's too big.

-She in, you thought the world was't gonna see it. Huh?

I won't order again

Clothing took a long time to get, quality is not good.
But, the price is right for sure. You get what you pay for in this case.
No return or even shipping label with the purchase.
No telephone number for customer service.

I had paid for my order tuesday and i badly need it by friday the latest, at least at the post office so i can pick it up in a jiffy before i board my cruise. Products are bad quality. Coupons are deceptive. Charge you 1.99 for insurance if you want to get "free" returns which is already not free. They also made me pay for shipping back, and than did not refund for two dresses saying they did not receive them, which is another lie. Customer service is in China, so they are not helpful at all. Awful experience. Wish I never found them.

It's Alright, I suppose

I discovered Shein through watching a youtube video of someone doing a fashion haul. I bought one of the pieces she wore in the vid and then 2 others. Their stuff is cute and I honestly didn't have any problems but I would only give them a 3 because their "coupons" are deceptive. I couldn't actually use one because they don't apply to sale items, but when I search the site, every single thing is listed as having some percentage of discount. And I don't trust companies that deceptively try to get you to buy with bait and switch techniques. Also, in my opinion, for the thinness of the fabric, I think the price point is just a little high. The quality isn't disastrous or anything, but I feel like you could get similar quality at a local store for a little less. But I did like the free shipping.

Returns are impossible!

I bought 3 items and need to return 2 items because they're too small; website pictures don't really do a good job of reflecting actual fit and/or look. I have tried multiple times to get a return label and the Shein return website keeps stating "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later." I am very frustrated and wouldn't recommend this site in future.

Shein attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
