Cant process return!

No phone number!. Worked with online chat. Still cant process return. Then site said... oops, try later. I want to make return. I paid insurance for free return ability. Horrible company

Shipping is a disaster!

I placed my order on Jan 23rd. On Jan 25th I got a shipping confirmation email. It has been 12 days since that and on the FEDEX site it still says label created and nothing else. This is ridiculous! My credit card was charged the day I placed the order.

I contacted Costumer Service a few days ago (through a ticket on their website) and they said that the package was stuck on customs from China; then I got an email saying that the delay was FEDEX fault and they offered me a $3 discount on a future order for the inconvenience (what a deal, huh?!). The fact of the matter is that I was charged for an order that I have no idea where it is.

I can't believe they sent me a shipping confirmation when there is no package to deliver. It seems like a total scam.

Ordered a beautiful dress with great reviews from this website and was told that my item was in demand and would take 3-5 extra days to prepare. Totally normal right? WRONG. I filed a ticket claim before I got that message and received a response saying it's going to take SIXTEEN days for my item to be made in the factory?! Why was this item even being sold on the website if it wasn't made yet? I really loved the dress and am willing to wait, but will I receive the same item that is for sale on the website?

Horrible company

I ordered a lot of stuff from there, yet they sent out only 2 things from my whole order. And they separated the packages and now I can't get hold with any of the customer services. Honestly, it's really a scam!

The overall website is cute. Nice clothes, cheap, and just overall kind of like 2 steps above Forever21. BUT Customer Service doesn't have a phone number? I have to submit a "ticket" and wait an entire day for someone to get back to me. That is ridiculous. Id rather be put on hold and wait to speak to a HUMAN than wait for an email. Now w the shipping, okay in my case there was a "snowstorm" that was holding my package, but on 1/23 I got an email that my order said "shipped". For a full week it said shipped and when i check the tracking it did even leave the warehouse. Now Shein, Do Not mark the item shipped if it never left your damn place. OR since you're soooo into F-ucking emails, SEND YOUR CUSTOMER AN EMAIL ABOUT WHAT S GOING ON. It's a Huge inconvenience to let your customer know that the tem has been shipped and nothing has really been shipped. IT SHOULD SAY SHIPPING LABEL MADE. Also snowstorms don't mean $#*! to NY, we work and do what we have to do, rain or shine, snow or BLIZZARD. So get off your $#*! and walk to the post office to send everyone's orders if you have to.

I have been on-line for over 3 hours and cannot figure out how I'm supposed to print a label to return an item. I paid $1.99 for free return shipping also. There is not an option to print a label. Would you please explain clearly how to print a label. Your instructions are VERY misleading. PLEASE HELP!

I wish I had read all reviews before I shopped in SHEIN!
No 1, poor quality, I don't expect much because the prize is not high, but when I received the products, I was so disappointed, the quality is really cheap like you can find it in the street market, it doesn't deserve the prize!
No 2, poor return systems, if you return or exchange the products, you have to send it back to china, yes, its china not Hong Kong! And you have to pay for the double way shipping cost again, the cost is already equal to the products!
Never shop in SHEIN again!

I ordered my tickets on Dec 7th to see 21 Pilots, the site said my tickets would be available for download before January 19th, concert was on the twenty first. We got the tickets emailed to us on Dec 20, a month before I was expecting them. The concert was amazing and had absolutely no issues with the tickets at the venue. The only advice I would have is that there was an 85$ processing fee per ticket, that would have been nice to know upfront.

Hi! I was honestly really skeptical at the beginning on whether or not I should purchase anything from shein, and that was because of the several negative reviews that I've read. However, I ordered 2 dresses, and they are great - the fabric is of good quality and they look exactly as in the presentation! My order fot here (I live in the U.S.) after a week and a half, and I am really satisfied. I am looking further to purchasing more items from them. Thank you Shein! :)

It is such a pain if you want to return sth. First, they don't have a call number, you have to open a ticket and wait for 1 business day for them to reply. I ordered sth are competely different from the pics and smell awful, when I was trying to return it(I paid 1.99$ shipping insurance to get free returns), the website won't let me go through, then I left a ticket, waited for one day, customer service replied to ask me try again. Then I tried again, still fail, I opened another ticket, then customer service said ok, I will email you the return label. After a day, I didn't receive the return label, then I opened a ticket 3rd time, after another day, customer service replied, ok, the labe was emailed it to you again. Now I finally got that!. Then I shipped it back, waited for a week, no refund. I opened a ticket to ask for the refund, and waited another day, customer service replied, we are processing it now as a merchant credit! WTF? I don't need your credit, give my money back. On my order or your website, you never says the return will be the credit. Now, after 2 weeks of hassle, I still didn't get my money back. I will never purchase from them again.

Can't process a return

The website is so bad that although they provide you details on how to return an item, you can't actually do it. When you click on the buttons, they don't respond to process. You can't call them, the only way to get help it so submit a ticket, but if you can't submit a ticket b/c the website is not working, then how can you find out how to move forward and return an item. I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, CONTACT ME TO PROCESS MY RETURN. SO FRUSTRATED! I want to return the shirt and the skirt. Please e-mail me a return label as I paid the 1.99 for return insurance!

I have ordered from shein twice I was skeptical at first but I ordered anyway. Everyone with bad reviews are complaining about how long they take to get here YES they take about 3WEEKS but you do get what you ordered. People also complain about the materials/ quality but with such low prices the clothes are obviously not going to be perfect. The dresses, shirts, skirt and necklaces I have ordered have been great! One shirt I ordered I didn't wear because it looked cheap but the majority of everything I have ordered has been what i expected cute, VERY GOOD BUT NOT GREAT QUALITY. The bad reviews really are just people that don't understand you get what you pay for low price, lower quality. I personally really like shein

In terms of customer service, you did very well. Your website SheIn.com is easy to use and the whole experience was great. The most admirable part was quick delivery. I would definitely order again from this website. The quality of this shirt was amazing, exactly what I ordered. Color and fabric as advertised, very well constructed. But I'm not 100% pleased with the measurements. I would say it is a quality shirt at reasonable price.
I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Everything was really smooth. I have ordered this shirt and love the process and the results. Very much appreciated.

My order would have arrived on time if they hadn't waited 6 days to ship it. Once it shipped it seemed to travel as expected. It shouldn't take a company 6 days to ship a product that shows as in stock.
