My SmartPost parcel has been stuck on "Label Created" for almost a week. It's such a bummer it may not get here in time for the wedding. On top of dealing with buying a new dress in a store somewhere (ugh!), I'm now likely going to be dealing with returning this order. It's sad because the dresses and jewelry looked really cute, but unfortunately, I probably won't shop here again, nor recommend it to anyone, unless the issue is promptly resolved. Still waiting to hear back about the two "tickets" I submitted contesting my order :( So sad! Not a good experience!

I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas present. The ordered color was "Coffee" which is brown and I received them yesterday afternoon in Grey. There was no order form or a return / exchange slip included. I have a feeling my daughter is going to get stuck with a color she doesn't like.

This website is the best, I only started shopping there recently but it's amazing. Their sizes are accurate and quality of the clothing is great and they deliver through aramex which is perfect because you track where your clothes are.
I ordered a few pieces of clothing for the cyber Monday deals and was excited to see my new clothes. When they arrived (a little under a month) the clothes were dirty, the embroidery was falling out, and it was covered in what looked like animal hair. I will never use Shein again.

I have not yet tried any pieces from SheIn. I have seen good and bad reviews. I would like to say to anyone who is reading this. This comes from China so you should expect to get your items quite late. Yes The prices are cheaper than most, so some of the clothing material might not feel the greatest. By looking at the pictures of the clothes, they are really cute. I'd say be adventurous and try it out.
I ordered a dress 12/09/16. I am trying to have it here as soon as possible. I tried to track it it says error. But it says the item has shipping. It says FedEx has received the information but i called FedEx and they said they haven't received anything.

I wish there is a negative star for this company. I ordered several pieces worth over $190 about 20 days ago and today one representative told me that my parcel is lost in the warehouse. First, I have filed so many tickets regarding shipping of my order. Every time, and I mean every single time, the respond would be "your order will be shipped in two days". After about waiting a week and still see no sign of my parcel being shipped. I filed another ticket today, and ridiculously, they told me that my parcel is lost in warehouse. I am amazed by the working process of this website and how could they lose a customer's parcel in warehouse? I am positive that they will not tell me my parcel is lost if I do not submit a ticket. Also, all representatives of this website are constantly lying to me and giving excuses about not shipping my order. Oh, one of them told me there are some "unpredictable reasons". I have not idea what this means and this whole thing is a f*** joke.
I am so mad about them and this is such a bad online shopping experience. I would never shop on this website again and I recommend NOT SHOPPING ON THIS SITE.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying... I received 1/3 of my clothes today, and it's honestly amazing how small the clothing is. Whenever I shop online (I do it pretty frequently), I tend to up the sizes on my first order just to be safe. I read a couple of reviews before purchasing from Shein, and decided that this would definitely be a store that I up my sizes for.
For each item purchased, I carefully looked over the size reference guide. Some of the sizing doesn't make much sense (who's waist is larger than their hips?), but again, I thought I thoroughly went through and did the correct translations (I am from the U.S.).
I ended up ordering a M shirt, L dress and XL jeggings. The M shirt is a little awkward, but size-wise fits. The dress honestly should be a S instead of a L. And the XL jeggings honestly should be an XS. I wrote this in my review on SheIn (which they probably won't post), but these clothes are better fit for a lifesize Barbie doll.
Don't buy from this store, despite the "good deals". The shipping is slow, the grammar and spelling of the site is confusing and inaccurate, and their Instagram isn't much help, either.
Shameless plug- buy your clothes online from Necessary Clothing (located in NY). Their clothes are slightly more expensive (barely) but they have true-to-size clothing and transparent customer service and shipping practices. Do. Not. Buy. From. SheIn.

I have placed my order a few weeks ago and received an email asking for a picture of my ID and Credit Card. If I don't get back to them in 1 week, my order will be cancelled. I really cannot think of one single reason a legit merchant would ask to do this. There is no way I will want my information to be leaked in such a way. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The clothes were nothing like they looked in the pictures, they look a lot cheaper and the fabric is even cheaper. To let you get a sense of how bad the quality is, its like getting apparel from the Chinese website Taobao and reselling it on the shein website at 10x the price. I was so disappointed when I recieved my package I wanted a refund immediately. But it took them 15+ days to refund my order plus I had to pay to ship it back to them. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE EVER, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Everything I ordered came in the wrong sizes not looking like the pictures. The material was thin, cheap, and itchy. Took 3+ weeks to deliver as well. This site obviously has cheap prices which means the material won't be that great. BUT some of the items are not bad for the price and have been worth my my money (around $7 a piece). So far I've bought 4 items and I'm in love with two of the items (material and fit). The other item is decent material, cheap price, but I personally don't like how it looks on me. The fourth item I paid $15 and it looks and feels cheap, but what else could I expect? I knew I was expecting this but I still like the item. I can make it work and get a cute outfit. I'm overall satisfied. I just ordered a few more items so I'll see how that goes. But I never spend more than $35 on one order cause I don't want to risk a huge amount of money. I suggest to anyone to order by two items per order at first to get a feel for the company and so your potential disappointment won't hurt your wallet too much. My first order was only two items and it was around $15, it did take like 3 weeks to come but I get what I pay for. Plus some of the items aren't that different from clothes from cheap mall clothes like F21, charlotte rousse, and RUE. If you're familiar with the store Discovery, that's what I compare SHEIN to.

When I contact the support they only give me standard answer with no solution or no clue.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
