I read some nasty reviews about this company. I received my items in a timely matter and I loved each piece. The quality was great, especially for the price. I was very happy with the service I received.
I'm sad to read all of the bad reviews about the site and products. I thought I found a gem and have ordered over 4 times from them within the last 2 months because I love the products and pricing. I started off with just a couple of blouses for work which were cute and trendy I spent around $70. I'm 5'2 125 lbs and ordered medium in everything it all fit perfectly. After receiving my products in less than 2 weeks and totally satisfied with the way everything looked I decided to buy some coats and jackets since winter was around the corner spent about $80 on these and again was completely satisfied with every item. I then decided I also needed some long sleeve blouses for work so I ordered for the thirds time and received two separate packages one sooner than the other because apparently one item was a little more popular but still satisfied! Now I'm waiting on another order that I placed this week with a couple of dresses I thought were priced great and looked great! If this is my 4th order in two months that should speak to how satisfied I am with my purchases. Everything is wrapped nice and neat and looks great when opened. I hardly leave reviews but with all the negative reviews thought I should give my input to encourage others to at least give it a try!
I booked for the first time and it cost me $ 146.11. It said I will receive the item from 3 -7 business days. I booked on 14th and the item is still in Hong Kong! I had plans of gifting my friend all of that on thanks giving. I highly doubt if I will be receiving them before my thanks giving party.
I ordered over 200 euro from Shein and just received my package today, nearly 3 week. Even not the full package because they shared my pack into 3 parts and sent it in 3 times. The products' quality is very bad, the fabric is terrible. I am too disappointed and angry with what I received here. Dont shop with Shein! Seriously!

I will admit I have gotten some orders from this site that I was disappointed with but I've also gotten orders from American eagle I was disappointed with and spent double maybe triple than SHEIN! I always wait to buy until someone makes a review of the product. If the review said it's cheaply made I just don't buy that item, easy as that! Every item that has had a great review I've loved! It does take longer to ship than American stores, simply because I think it comes from China? I think it's one of my favorite shops to be honest! I'm 5 feet even 120 pounds and the clothes fit me great!
The customer service has been beyond great! It does take time to hear back but usually not longer than 24 hours and I'm sure that's the time change!

I received my clothes in the timeframe as promised. I had read the reviews after my purchase so immediately contact them and changed my mediums to large. They made the switch immediately upon my notification, prior to shipment. I wear a US 10 but I needed a large in their clothing. My only major complaint is the large bra looked like the size a little larger than a training bra. I would not suggest purchasing a bra the picture was very misleading. Overall I had a pleasant experience. Oops just realized I am missing a bra.

To be honest, I don't think people should order from this store. Took a long time, spent a 120 dollars initially and had to pay extra 25 dollars to DHL. Next, three out of the four things I ordered looked nothing like the pictures, one smelled wierd. To ship it back, I would have to pay again which is just plain ridiculous. I just wish they could give me back my money or at least I could go back in time and not order. Damn! Why didn't I just go to winners and buy some sweaters. I LOVE BARGAINS and unique styles so after thorough research on reviews for this international clothing website, I decided to go ahead and purchase a large order from them. I made sure to buy clothes which contained good reviews, etc.
However, after placing my order, I did not hear from them for ten days so I messaged them and asked whats going on with me order. I gave them two stars because they messaged me back pretty quickly. They told me they needed a copy of my I.D. and a copy of my bank card which I thought was kind of weird and sketchy since they took the money out of my bank account already.
As a result, I asked for a refund since the clothes didn't even get shipped and I assume I won't get my order for another month if I am lucky and now I am expected to wait 10-20 business days for the money to appear in my bank -_-.
This will be the END of my attempt to purchase from Asia. I'd rather just go to F21.

I have been waiting for my delivery to be shipped. Tracking the package is nice but it was supposed to be sent out on 11/6 and now four days later it has still not been moving. I was expecting 6-10 day delivery and I am not confident that I will receive my clothes by then. It took over a week for my order to be put together and It would've taken longer if I didn't open a ticket on it. When my items finally arrived I had to pay a duty which was not stated on the website anywhere. This website has really cute clothes that fit well, BUT I did order 3 sweaters and two of the three didn't match the picture they showed, it was like they were half done, and they both were super itchy I can't even wear one of them, I gave it away because I heard refunds were basically impossible so I didn't want to bother. The gray patch sweater was missing patches that were supposed to come with it and the star sweater had extra fabric on the shoulders so it made it look manly. I was really disappointing so I contacted customer service and they completely IGNORED me, I messaged them every possible way, I even used facebook, they read my message and didn't reply. I didn't even send angry messages... BUT the shirts and bathing suits I ordered are close to perfect.

I ordered over $100 worth of clothes from shein.com thinking I would be receiving free express shipping because that is what I was told upon checkout. I was happy I was about to get so many sweaters so quickly (3-5 days is what the website said). Two weeks later and I have an email saying my order has JUST shipped out. And only half of my clothes had been sent. I still have not received the other items I ordered and it has been about a month. When I got the first package of clothes I found that the materials were cheap and none of my items look as they did online. I have expressed my disappointment with them through "tickets" on their website and practically get the same unhelpful response every time. I was excited about this site, placed a few orders with them and maybe two items were kept. I I decided to return the items because the material was horrible! They take so long to deliver and just to be disappointed. I received my money on my "wallet" and decided to withdraw the total, despite the fact that it doesn't give you instructions or tells you it'll go straight to the cats you paid with. Well one of my cards was closed and re issued. For months, I have been trying to get my last refund back, even if it's back to my wallet so that I can I guess purchase something else, $17.86! $17.86 is the amount that they refuse to refund. They keep asking me to call my bank to get my money, my bank doesn't have it! My account is closed! They are rude& disrespectful in their emails to me so of course I fight back. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
