I order and dress since 25/9/2016 more than a month ago and it's still not yet delivered to my house
First, it took them more than 3 weeks to process it for the excuse that this dress is on demand and not available (which was not mentioned on their site when I purchased it) then they shipped it to the local post office (not to my house through aramex as promised) and it was returned twice
I have been complaining and it not sorted out till this moment
I will never shop on Shein website again and I highly don't recommend it
I ordered a satin jacket from shein over a month ago and to seriously get an email today regarding about my order and how because of the popularity it's not in stock anymore, its stupid! Why? The website didn't inform me they were low in stock in the first place I've been waiting for a confirmation email for a month now and it's out of stock. The email clearly said the money will be refunded but in shein wallet... which means what? I wont get it back in my card but in my shewallet? In which i do not have an account i found it unnecessary so where will my refund go?

I was horrified at the quality of the products, especially since the website provided pictures of them that made them look so beautiful. The material is thin and stretchy. Both of the shirts I ordered are comparable (in regard to quality) to a cheap Halloween costume from a party store. The shirts looked wonderful on the models, but when I tried them on, they were highly unflattering, loose and tight in places not shown in the pictures, and very small (which I couldn't have changed, since the site offers only a "one size" option). SheIn is an untrustworthy scam of an online store.

Product was OK, even if a bit slow to arrive. Problem is that they use your order to add you to their email distribution list then refuse to remove you. I have made dozens of requests to quit receiving their spam over a multi-year period without any success or even a response, other than more spam email.

Relieved this was not a scam, ordered first n then read reviews, backwards i kno! After reading reviews i instantly regretted my purchase, became very worried i jus wasted my money. Although having expectations of "expedited shipping" of recieving my purchase fast, it took 2 weeks to recieve my order, not too bad when ur not expecting to wear right away! Overall satisfied with my order n clothing. Ordered 7 shirts, only one was not what i pictured, instead of a shirt it was a half shirt, still cute tho!
I ordered 4 pieces of tops and so impressed with it. Got it so nicely packed and not crumpled up and the quality was nice too. I have some more coming my way and I hope I will be also satisfied. I will give them a 5 star.
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. Neither the picture nor the description of the product gave any indication that it was distressed to give it a vintage look. Besides not looking like the picture it is described as being a Super Plush Throw. The material is so thin it certainly does not qualify as a throw at all. It is so thin and flimsy I can't imagine what you would use it for. The return policy certainly doesn't give a customer a break from their misleading descriptions. They were going to deduct from the refund about twice what it would cost to ship it back. I told them I'd ship it back and they could issue a full credit

I bought a leather jacket and the material is horrible! It feels like a big sandwich bag and feels like one too, considering how shiny and thin it is. Last year my favorite leather jacket was from forever 21 so I expected it to be at least that quality but I was so wrong! It is very tight in the arms and fits on the shoulders very awkwardly. I am usually an extra small so there is no reason the small shouldn't have fit me. Definitely my most disappointing online shopping experience.

I ordered clothes from here. Picked express shipping, the site said it would arrive on 10/21. Its now 10/23 and my package has finally received tracking info and it says it will be here in about a month! What a bunch of crap. I asked and the response I received was the website had a glitch. Seems to be false advertising for them Do not order unless you are okay with it taking months to receive. It ridiculous they can take your money in less than 24 hours but can not get you your stuff for over two months.

I am still waiting for dress to arrive. Shein sent me a small instead of medium and it is their error they said they will compensate me by sending me the correct size they gave me a link to a tracking number but it is the tracking number for the OLD order that I already did receive with the dress which is small size. There are no new details or dates when I click on the LINK. I didn an order for my honeymoon last August and out of nowhere the CS asked me to cancel the order and get refund with is so wired from online selling website and cause am stupid customer I did another bulk deal for 14 pieces and I expect you treat the bulk deals way different cause I worked my whole life in sales and I know how the CS should be. First they shipped one item cause it's already in the US warehouse and informed me there's one item not ready and gave me the choice either to cancel or send the other items right away and wait for this to be ready and done. I asked to send the rest of items right away cause am going back home by end of October for like 4 months and depending on my shopping through you gain cause am so stupid and now they are telling me oops it's another item not ready do you want to cancel! And my order is divided into 3.1st package the one not ready. 2nd the one that is shipped already and 3rd one with the 12 pieces and processing. Guess what your smart CS is telling me that the 1st one is ready and waiting to be shipped and the 2nd one shipped and the 3rd one which is the biggest amount is under processing and not ready now. And he's asking me to cancel if I want while another ticket is like I heard you wanna cancel. What's wrong with your company as long as you aren't qualified to shop on time and to the Us or even not qualified to satisfy your customer to an extent the best solution you have is to cancel the orders which failure big time. My items has to be sent on time and I only accept one item not prepared no more cause actually these aren't my mistakes and your company has to take care of it not me...

I ordered a skirt on monday the 3rd. And got my tracking number on Tuesday the 4th. But when i go to the tracking information it says, "label created" and it has been saying that everyday and never telling me when it has been shipped. I got the expedited shipping, which is only supposed to take 3-6 days i believe, because i needed the skirt for the 15th of this month and i thought it would get here on time especially because i ordered it 2 weeks before the date i needed it, now i might have to go out and buy something else if it doesn't get here on time.

I placed an order on 9/14 and I ordered a pair of boots, a pair of shoes, a dress, and 2 body suits. It took over a week for them to get the package together and all of my items were still not ready! They told me that the dress I ordered and the other body suit will take longer to ship because it wasn't ready due to the manufacturer! So I asked for a refund on 9/22 and it's taking forever for them to put the money back on my card! I got a tracking confirmation on the shoes and then another separate tracking number on the boots and 1 of the bodysuits 9/20. The shoes came yesterday 9/26, and they didn't even fit! I asked the representative when the second package was coming they told me 10/3, which is ridiculous. If they don't have their merchandise in stock, they need to take it off their website! What makes it so bad they don't even have a phone number to speak to anyone, you have to create a new ticket for each issue that you have! Do not shop here!

I placed an order for two items on August 23th with expedited shipping and I paid $1.99 shipping insurance, a week after that it was still processing and I asked them if they thought it would be here by September 3 and they said no because one item is taking longer than the other. Great service so far! Nothing bad yet but wait for it. Around the 16th or 17th of September (1 month after placing the order) it was still processing! I asked them why and was told it was on hold because they were waiting for me to cancel my order(?!) and they were sorry and are shipping now. I got the shipping confirmation that day and this is where I expected the expedited shipping part to kick in but nope still waiting. I feel like an idiot waiting so long for an order that wasn't even processing to finish processing all because of a lack of communication. Who does that without telling someone! They took my money, thought I wanted a refund even though they didn't give me my money back AND they would've "processed" my order forever if I didn't say something. Very disappointed. I use makemechic regularly so i'm familiar with longer than average shipping times and generally know what to expect(don't order something you need for an event next weekend). Noticed this site that offers many of the same products for around the same price. Decided to give it a try. Added about 6 things in my cart, total came to around $150 so i tried to use the 45% off code offered for $105 and over... nope. I was forced to use my "first time" 40% off coupon. Ok, fine. Tried to use that and wasn't allowed because i was "already enjoying a higher discount" before my coupon. I wasn't. Although yes, most items were "discounted" around 35%. So i checked the site again, and yes, sure enough. Even Just In items are discounted at that rate already. EVERYTHING is discounted at that rate. So just forget about the coupon, that' doesn't really exist. Unloaded my cart and sending these emails to spam. BYE.

I read a lot of people's reviews saying their clothes never arrived or took months to do so, weren't the right size, looked different than pictured, etc. Not only did I receive all my order in about a week and a half but everything was exactly as I ordered. Some things fit a little different than I hoped but it is discount clothing and you get what you pay for. Not bad for 12 products for $100 bucks!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
