I ordered last Sept 3 and delivered last Sept 15 before my event. This is my first online shopping and I was scared after reading all the negative reviews in this site. I ordered 7 dresses and I loved it. Customer service were very helpful and professional. Thank you :)
I ordered some things for my daughter on 9/5/2016. The money came out of my account the next day but I have not received an email about my order being received and I have not received my order. It is 9/15/2016. It has been 10 days and no communication. But I have already paid for the items. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service about this. There is no number to call. Only instructions about submitting a ticket. I assume I did not register when I ordered because I can't even log in to find my order. Will not order here again..
I absolutely loved everything I ordered! I'll start with that.
FIRST of all, if you read everything they have on their site regarding their order processing, you will not have incorrect expectations as some of you have mentioned. The Express shipping for anything over $100 is accurate. It doesn't say Express Processing. It is literally referring to the shipping, only. I just placed an order maybe a week and a half ago, and received my package yesterday. I spent more than $100 and once I received my email that my package had shipped, it took 3 business days to get to me (which is what the website says).
Second, the clothing details and model information should help you decipher the size clothing you should order. So again, if you just read, you should be all good.

Nevermind that the site and promotions are misleading, as most people have mentioned here the shipping is ridiculous. If you spend a certain dollar amount you get free "express" shipping. It is not "express" since they wait a week to even ship it! Even clothes marked "ships within 24 hours"... And that was only after I opened a complaint ticket on their site. Then, the clothes arrive. Now you get what you pay for, but the some of the hems are sewn very messily. One dress was so see thru that you could see the tags. Biggest issue, one of the cutest items had stains all over it. To add insult to injury, when you go to "rate" how they handled your ticket, the rating changes from 1 star, back to 5 stars and you CANNOT change it! So deceptive.

First I'll say I buy something offline every week so I'm usually one to not leave any bad reviews but I just had to for this website... I ordered only two shirts, three weeks ago, and I still haven't received them. Expedited shipping is a joke, it will not get here when it says it will. (4-7 days) The order took a week to process, then i got an email saying it shipped, that was two weeks ago. So I emailed them and they said to be patient it was on its way! Well, after a week went by (I assumed it would be here in the 4-7 days since I PAID for that) I emailed again to cancel my order and get my money back, they responded with "sorry" and that when I got the package I could send it back, and then after I would get a refund. What kind of customer service is this?!? I should've read reviews clearly this whole website is a rip off and they do not care if you are upset about their service. When I asked why they would even offer faster shipping, they replied with "well we can't control the logistics" Then you should obviously not offer the shipping! Just let your customers know it will take a while, that would solve a lot of problems with your customers. This is the absolute worst website to buy anything off of and I would not reccommend it to anyone even with the cheap prices. I wouldn't have been upset if I were informed of the pro longed shipping. The Least you could do is refund the shipping people paid extra for. Any other website would do that. Long story short; terrible service, terrible website. Beware.

I ordered one item over 4 weeks ago now and my item had been pending shipping for the past 25 days. I have called fedex and they have not received the package from SHEIN and the customer service will not answer my tickets asking where my package is. I have ordered from this site in the past and never had an issue... extremely disappointed and will never be ordering from this website again.

I placed an order on August 28th. It is now September 6th and I have not received an email saying my order has shipped. I'm usually very cautious about where I buy stuff from but I seen so many ads I decided to try it out. The prices are cheap but that doesn't mean anything when my order never comes. I either want my order or I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I tried getting customer service but the email system no longer works and when I clicked on the link to get customer service elsewhere, it would not work. Very disappointed and need to find someone from SheInside to discuss this with.

I ordered a total of six items and out of that I returned four. I sent it three days priority but happened to lose my tracking number. It's been two weeks and I keep asking them if they received it and they just kept asking for a tracking number when I told them I lost it. I'm out $80 plus return shipping and they want to close the ticket now. Very unhappy with this website. I normally wear a small to extra small at times and their one size is ridiculous. I can barely put it on or my arm through. Please guys, be careful with these websites.

I came upon the Shein website and decided to give it a try. The page I was on said if I ordered over a certain amount, I would get 40% off. As soon as I placed the order I realized I did not get a discount. I immediately tried to cancel it. I realized they were not going to cancel. I did talk to a guy on the phone who told me I didn' t get the discount because the prices already reflected a huge discount. I tried to talk to customer service, but they have no customer service. You have to make a ticket. I did, but months later my refund went into some other account they have. Now I have to try to get them to let me get the money out of their account.

Okay so school is coming up(sept 6) and i ordered some items from Sheinside and it told me 4 to 7 buisness days. I believe i ordered my things on August 30th. I'm getting nervous because some reviews are saying it takes a long time for your things to actually come!?!?! My status is still saying processing... like it hasn't even shipped yet and school is in 3 days! I don't have clothes to wear; so i'm really worried. Do you think it will get here soon? Why does it still processing... i only have 6 items idk whats wrong?
I've seen a lot of bad reviews in here and tbh if y'all want something right away then go buy it at the mall cuz it comes from very far away (using myself as an example) and the quality is really good for the cheap prices (in my opinion) so far I've gotten a lot of things from this website and i do not complain about the shipping time because everything else is good so at least something a bit bad had to slip in. It's ONLINE SERVICE, i bet they try hard to ship fast but y'all want your $#*! in 3 days when it comes from another country. If you have a bit of patience and understand that like you, a whole lot of other ppl are ordering at the same time, you'll be good and love this website for its good prices. And btw the costumer service is really good, i honestly do not understand the complaints about that. My point is that i love this app and will keep using till I'm broke.
I ordered on August 21st. When i try to check on my order my account doesn't even show i ordered anything, but my bank sure says i spent $88. I feel completely ripped off. I was told to check my account for updates, but still no order shows up on my account. Im about to call my bank and report fraud. I knew, when the site kept wiping out my cart five different attempts at checkout, i shouldn't be ordering from here. I had to re-shop 5 different times. This has all around been a horrible experience. I just wrote to them again and have gotten no answer. I know i will never order from here again even if these clothes are outstanding, which now im afraid the quality is going to be about as good as the service. I'm so mad right now I almost just want to call my bank now and get my money back so i can get some clothes for my kid from somewhere that will really give me what I paid for instead of lame excuses.

The cheap prices and cute clothes aren't worth it I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this awful website. I ordered something about a week ago and they send out 2 out of the 11 shirts I had ordered, I spent over $99 for the faster shipping and the rest of my order is still processing A WEEK LATER! I messaged them and they told me one of my items was im high demand and it would take a while to ship out and gave me the choice to cancel that one item, I agreed, but there customer service is so $#*!ty that they haven't done ANYTHING.

Normally I only buy from trusted sites but these guys ads kept popping up and they looked really good.

I am going on holiday and needed all this stuff so figured with express it would get here in time.
But the tickets just error. They ignore Facebook.

I made my purchase two days ago, and this is the third day that I am waiting for it to ship! This may not seem like a big deal, but I could've sworn that at least one of these items said "Ships in 24 hours,' at the time of my purchase, which is the main reason that I bought them, because I wanted to receive them in time for back to school (Which as of now, is in 6 days). Now that I checked, none of the things that I have purchased are labeled as items that will ship in 24 hours anymore, and they are still marked as "processing." All I ordered was a pair of jeans and a small purse, so they wouldn't require any extra hassle in the process of handling and preparing to ship. I have read many other reviews, many of them being negative and displeased with the shipping, and now I am worried that my items will arrive much, much later than expected at the time of purchase, which is highly inconvenient because I need then ASAP. If SheIn was more honest about the shipping time, or maybe gave a shipping estimate like done so on other online stores such as eBay, I would've tried to purchase these items at an earlier time, or i would've attempted to find another alternative to this store that ships sooner (and is more honest...) I know that I am probably going to get a response from the SheIn representative saying that "this time of year is busy" or "processing is a lengthy process that is unpredictable," but that doesn't account for the dishonesty of shipping time and deception for not informing customers that processing takes a few days, to a few weeks. Overall, I am disappointed and hoping to be receiving my items soon.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
