I just order something from shein and they said it will take 24 hours for processing but i looking at all these reviews and i hope i dont need a refund cause i will be pissed. And when you guys say 40% off first order, please say it correctly because i just wanted to try this out and then you guys said i couldnt be able to get that coupon, you have to understand that many of your stuff are sale items. Plus i think to help your site a bit, i think everytime you guys fail at something, you should give the customer a free gift. It shouldnt take more than 3 days if you say 24 hours.

I had seen Youtubers order from this website so I thought it'd be a good idea to order some things from here. I checked out the website and fell in love with pictures which after realizing these pictures may be deceiving. I spent extra money to get expedited shipped. Number one, the dishonesty is disgusting and saddening. Us as customers should get quick service especially if we are paying extra for the products! Number two, the tracking or email notification to let you know when your stuff have a shipped is horrible. I ordered my things on 8/27/16. Yes I know it is 3 days after and that Sunday is not a business day but Monday is a business day. You can do a lot in 24 hours. If not, either tell the truth so us customers don't expect the clothes to come sooner or just shut down your business because this is ridiculous having to write a review and reading the others of this horrible service. And of course if we request for a refund and or for our money back pretty sure it'll take months right? I want updates today or this week or I will be contacting this company even further. You guys just want the money. Also do not mark items saying "24 hr ships" if you guys know it will be delayed due to other items. Send them desperately what's stopping you?

I ordered three shirts 3 weeks ago! It said 3-7 receive days but i wanted it before school and i'm a week into school and haven't received a package yet! I am very disappointed and i want my disappointed back if the package does not come in a least a week and a half!
I have waited for 2 weeks then finally got all my items today. The quality is better than I expected. I was worried when I read many reviews telling people to stop shopping on Shein. But now it seems everything goes well! That surprise me!
I ordered five shirts from SheIn and they confirmed my order on 8/21/16 and I chose the 1 week shipping order and I have yet to know the whereabouts of my order. I saw that the package has been shipped and tried to track my order with the tracking number **************060 and it linked me to the FedEx website where I can track where my order is but for one whole week it has been still stuck on the "FINISHED LABEL"' option and it hasn't changed the status on my order in ONE WHOLE WEEK. It says it supposed to ship to NJ, but my package has yet to move for a week now and still on the finished label option. I am very disappointed that we are lied to about the shipping time because this ridiculous that my order has not changed in one week. There is no set time on when it will arrive in NJ or anywhere. I am really hoping that I get my order in at some point and will be really upset if they don't get anything in the mail at all and this company just steals my

Initially I ordered and things were okay. Now I am being charged with undisclosed taxes and duties. I am not sure if they decided to change they way they ship or what but it added over $20 on my bill. I Also, they do not except negative user reviews. For example I really liked a dress but it was so small I gave it 4/5 stars but mentioned that it was two sizes too small. They denied my review. They denied all my reviews that had anything remotely negative and only excepted the positive reviews. Shop at your own risk

My order split into two shipments: one supposedly sent on 8/16, and the second one sent on 8/20. When I go online to FedEx to track the packages, neither has even been SENT TO THE FACILITY TO SHIP! This is the message on the FedEx site: 'Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel.' WHAT? My order was placed on 8/7 - 16 days ago. What's going on?

I like the website collection and I ordered a lot from it but my last three orders delivery time was a nightmare and two of them completed one month now or more and not yet received although I sent many complaints.

I have read other reviews saying shipping is terrible. I had ordered one shirt about 7 days ago and it says it shipped on my order. But when I actually go onto the fed ex website and enter my tracking number, it said that only the shipping label has been created. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
