Hi, I had ordered several pieces of clothing on August 12th and I still have not received my clothes. I chose expedited shipping and I understand that that is 4-7 business days. I also believe that customers are to get an email about tracking information. I just received mine today and none of the links worked to get my tracking number or more delivery information. You have amazing clothes and I would really like to order more but I will no longer do that if shipping will take this long. I also really need my clothes before school starts. Thanks.
Ordered a 24 hr ship item with expedited shipping on August 3rd. It was shipped 8-16 and still not arrived. I had to spend 4x the price to get anotjer rehearsal dinner dress elsewhere on time and now they are arguing about refunding!

I have to agree with all these comments. The online customer service particularly the agent call Noe is rude one of the comments they came back with was 'calm down & what do you know!' Shein split my order it was suppose to be express shipping and they sent it by post and in the UAE post is not delivered to an address only PO Box and they didn't ask for a PO Box number as the order was FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. I made one order paid once now they have split the order and apparently it is my fault!

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on August 4th and waited days for my order to be shipped before finally deciding to contact them. Days had passed and my orders still stated "processing". When contacted, customer service assured me that my items had been shipped and were on there way. Five days later i received an email stating that my item is out of stock. This is ridiculous as there were more than one of this item available when ordered and customer service had assured me that my items were shipped, on top of that I waited days for processing. Not a good experience.

So i searched up some reviews and now looking at them, im honestly terrified. I always get some kind of heads up on the clothes that i got and have never been scammed. I've placed an order on 12 August, and the shipping type is Express shipping which it takes based on whats written in the description from 2-3 days. And I haven't receive any updates about my order. I'm so disappointed. I'm traveling next Tuesday and I really need to have this order with me while traveling. I paid more money just to get the Express shipping service. And to get my items in maximum 3 days based on whats written! Now its been 5 days and the status of my order is still "Processing". I got a 40% off discount code for signing up, but when I tried the code during check-out, it only took off like $1. Most of the items are already 35% off or "on sale" which they ALWAYS are. What it does is bring the prices back to their retail price then take off the 40% off from those prices so in the end, you only get about a 3-5% discount. Items which are again "on sale" for more than 40% are not included in the discount. What a ripoff! I ordered an item yesterday just to see if their product can make up for this scam, and have yet to receive an email regarding shipping. Will be adding a separate review for that, but with regards to their so-called discount, I'm warning you to NOT believe in it.

However I ordered on the 14th and got an email saying that my clothes shipped earlier today but there was no tracking number? Even though the email stated that I had been given one. Also my clothes still say processing and not shipped. Im holding out hope but I think I'm going to end up in the same boat as everyone else :/ really sucks

I have ordered from this website since 2014, I usually have an amazing experience and get fast shipping. No problems whatsoever. But, this time it is totally different. I don't know what has happened/changed. I made a huge order for back to school clothes over a hundred dollars. I made this order on August 1, it is now August 16 and the only thing that is stated for tracking is that the "shipment information has been received." Not that it has left or anything. I also had to ride their asses to get it shipped and not in the processing state. It would have been a totally different situation if they would have stated in the beginning it will take up to a month for you to get your clothing. If I knew this I would have regrouped and ordered else where. But the dishonesty is disgusting. I loved their clothes and would not have minded waiting, but don't make promises you can't keep. I will not be ordering from the store every again nor referring anyone to this store, as i am a very popular fashion blogger.
A hint to shein: let people know the honest shipping time, that way people can purchase ahead of time. People like your clothes, they just don't like the dishonesty.

Clothes are cute. Price is right. Processing and shipping absolutely terrible. Ordered on a Monday. Never received a confirmation. Only saw funds deducted from my account. Fed Ex just received my order today the following Tuesday. It's been 6 business days plus the weekend. So 8 days total just to get to Fed Ex. Now my order is traveling from NJ to me in FL. By the time I get this order it will be at least 2 weeks if not more from the day I placed the order. Ridiculous. If there is a delay in certain items perhaps you should let the customer know. At this point, I'm not even sure all my items even shipped together. Who knows?! I could have driven to your distribution center and back by now. This will be my first and last order with this company which sucks because it's cute clothing.

I received my package today so this review will be my overall thoughts on this company.
I'll start with the good. The clothing is different but also trendy. There are many beautiful pieces that cannot be found in regular American retail stores and also includes pieces that are often featured on fashion bloggers for a much more affordable price. The general price point overall is fair, ranging from $10 to over $100. The quality is better than I expected and true to size (for me, I wear an XS). Keep in mind this company is based in Asia though so perhaps some sizes are tailored towards Asian body frames (generally a bit smaller) for those who need help deciding on sizes. I saw several comments below complaining about the sizes.
Okay, now the not so good...
First off, the false advertising of discounts. I don't know how legit that is but on the website, I was a first time buyer. I received an email with a code for 40% - tried that and it did not go through. Again, I tried the codes listed on the website and that did not go through either. It's not the best way to attract customers with fake discounts. If anything, that will cause your company to lose potential customers because they feel scammed (as shown by other comments below.)
Next, the shipping and tracking process...
I placed my order on 8/12 and received it today. So in total, that is 12 days which I consider reasonable since it's shipping from overseas. However, in the future, I think the tracking system needs alot of work. For the first week or so, I had no idea where it was and had to contact customer service on here and via the chat box on the website for them to find out for me.
I understand it's shipping worldwide and there must be many orders but the tracking and delivery process needs to be improved. Especially with other competitors like Chic Wish, which I ordered two items from around the same time and each one got delivered separately with organized tracking before my package today. If you can take away the false advertisements of discounts and work on the tracking part, your company will be five stars.

Due to the fact that the 1 item i ordered is still in processing on today 8/16/16 i am disappointed that they had the nerve to tell me if i paid $10 extra i could have the order at my home by the 19th. When customer service responded to my email they apologized and said processing normally take 1-3 days. When i emailed them on the 4th day of procesing. I have yet receive an order confirmation, I even checked my spam and junk mail. All I received was a receipt from PayPal. All my items ordered were labeled ships within 24 hours. I was hoping to receive them by the end of the week it looks very doubtful. I had selected express delivery since my order was over a $100.

My only strong recommendation is to sort out their clothing size charts for XS size so petite ppl like I could enjoy even more of fantastic specials on their site which at times I can't buy due to their huge XS size!
Typically the measurements for it are easy to find on any European website. Here is one that I came across for a well balanced size XS.
Bust: 78/80cm
Waist: 62cm/64cm
Hips: 83/85cm

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
