I ordered clothes at the beginning of June. They arrived on time, didn't fit so I contacted the "Ticket" to give me a return label. They said it had to be returned and received in 30 days or I will not get a refund. Because they took so long to get back to me for the return label I had to go get one on my own at the UPS store. Which cost me $26.00 to return their clothes. I am STILL dealing with them NOT REFUNING my money yet I have returned their clothes? They say to contact them directly but when I asked for a phone number, they don't have one? And I have to use the ticket reply? It has been two months and I am currently still being ripped off by the SUPER SHADY AND INCONVEINENT COMPANY. NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE.
They have very beautiful products, and a lot similar to very expensive products

Since they were both on discount, I didn't expect too much.
They turn out pretty good quality, so I am wearing them a lot. The only thing that I don't like is that you have to pay for the return if the clothes don't fit.

I feel so cheated! All of my items say 24 hour and it took so long to just get one item out of 17. I ordered on the 6th of August and it's now the 14th. Only my denim overalls were shipped out and came yesterday when I was supposed to have express shipping. The rest of my order started 'shipping' today after my review minus one of my pieces which is still processing but they gave me a fake shipping number. I can't track my order at all and I'm very scared that I have been cheated based on previous reviews of others. I just want my order! My overalls were beautiful and if it wasn't for this and the unreliable shipping I'd order again but for now waste of time and money! I'll never pay 200 dollars or even order anything from here again unless my clothes i recieve come by next week and are great quality which I doubt by previous reviews. I don't normally buy clothes from online sites, but I tried SheIn and it works perfectly! They have a large selection of really cute clothes for ladies and it's very affordable. The size and description is also very detailed and accurate. And you always get FREE shipping for ALL orders! Shipping time is reasonable and if you have any problems with your product, the customer service team respond to you very fast. Highly recommended!
After waiting for 16 days without my express order shipping I contacted SheIn through their ticket contact. I was replied to within the 24 hour time frame and told that the reason my order had not shipped was due to waiting on one tee (a 12 item order). I was asked to wait another week so all my items could be shipped together. I replied to their response letting them know I had already waited too long for my order and to take the tee off my order if it was the only hold up, as I will be leaving for vacation next Friday and wanted the clothing for my trip. I never received a reply to that response, only an email saying my items had been shipped and to go to my orders to view tracking info. Unfortunately my order is still processing and does not show it has shipped or that there is any tracking number. The email also says it could take up to 20 days for me to receive my order depending on the shipping method. I should have received free express delivery. That is what I expect. If my order is not delivered by Thursday of next week I will be forced to dispute the charges with my credit card, as I should have recieved this order last week. I am very disappointed with customer service since the email I received only contradicts the websites information. I feel that I have been mislead on how long shipping really takes with this company, and now feel I am only being lied to more.

I'm so happy to see that they use their own models and photography now, whereas they previously had a reputation for using photos from other retailers which lead to misleading items. It's great to see a company that actually listens to its customers' feedback! Love the prices and quality, I always get compliments when I wear Shein clothing because it's always on trend while not looking like typical clothes found at the mall!
But the mobile app is laid out beautifully, the clothes are super cute and I guess relatively inexpensive.
This is the worst store ever! I had to cancell an item because it wouldnt arrive on time. Of course the items didnt arrive on time anyway. When I realise it wasnt going to arrive to my hotel on time I tried to contact the costume service of the store. Of course, as my intention was to cabcell my order, they never answer me (I still write them once a day for them to answer me), its UNBELIEVABLE. The items arrived 1 month and a half later. The items are in the hotel right now and they will be there forever and ever (cause I was on a trip). Now I dont want an "Im sorry" from the store. I want you to run while you can! Its the worst store ever! If you buy here you would make the worst mistake ever!

Clothes are super cute and affordable, reading these reviews I am worried I won't get my order before school starts on September 1st or at least sometime during that week. 3 weeks should be plenty of time.
Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
