I've ordered a lot from SheIn over the past year and I've been very pleased. If you pay attention to the sizing and customer reviews it makes it easy to shop and get what will fit. Quality is great for the price. The Style Gallery is a fun way to shop too because you get to see what it looks like on different people. Returns are easy- especially through PayPal! Customer service is also helpful if you need it- normally get a response within hours. I was hesitant at first but after the first couple orders it's my go to now.
Good selection of clothes at affordable prices, though workmanship can sometimes be better. Responsible and responsive customer service which I highly rated!
I have not got my custom made DIY orders in like 3 weeks. They don't email you back. An I want to sue because I want my money back an no one gets back to me. Scam scam scam an I'm not having it.
Reading your reviews highlights your one and only problem, well maybe two. I love your clothes and I love the prices and I love they are all plastic wrapped (please use ziploc type if possible I keep my clothes in these bags as our home is pretty rustic), they almost ALWAYS fit! Your service is super the SHIPPING IS NOT. From what I can figure you send your packages to be dumped at some site possibly for cost, usually Post Offices, to be picked up by UPS and FedEx. Does it cost more to take out that middle man? USPS is awful, bad attitude. You do not want P. O. Box delivery yet all is delivered to our Post Office and if our P. O. box is not on the package it gets sent back to you. I am heart broken to lose a few items that just are no more. It is obviously not your fault, it is USPS. But your company is getting the blame. I've finally gotten my P. O. box # on my address and I am now receiving my purchases quickly... although they aren't delivered by UPS or FedEx. Weird. The second thing is inventory control. If the item is available and we pay for it we should never be told that all of a sudden that item is not available anymore. I'd also like to see an easier way to check off items that were delivered to show you what hasn't been. I've not received my wallet bucks for a pair of boots OR a cute dress, one or the other not sure which... that all of a sudden wasn't available any more... I'll do a ticket thingy but it is tough to look up the orders, find the proper numbers. A new streamlined communication between client and SheIn would benefit BOTH of us! Not to mention getting around USPS and mailing directly with UPS or FEDEX. All other packages from other companies make it here and on time. You are getting bad marks for USPS crap. No box number and they send the item (s) back to you. Can you not send them AGAIN? Any way, hope this helps... I've thrown out all my old clothes and just wear SheIn... I LOVE THE CLOTHES!
The blouses I purchased are beautiful... I understand some items run small and all the reviews helped me order. I truly wish there were more items for older women and working women. I look forward to the order I just placed today.

Horrible company, they advertise 40% off your first purchase. When you go to check out and use the 40% off code it says (-40%). You input your credit card and click "continue check out" and it automatically charges your card without any discount! When I wrote to customer service they said anything that is on sale does not count for the discount. That was NOT in their advertisement so I'm sure many people get conned into purchasing items they believe will be discounted. The entire site is "on sale" so they don't ever take 40% off, it's just to get you to think you are getting a deal! What a terrible, misleading company- so disappointed and will never buy from them again no matter how great their clothes are.

Although Shein got back to me when I complained, I'm still confused about the returns system. I was told not to bother sending over 100 worth of products back because the postage would cost so much. I would be better off to buy more as they were giving me a 40% reduction (that code doesn't work!). They said "To save your time and return shipping fee, we can give you a 40% off coupon code using toward your future order, then you do not need to return back us". I really don't get this business at all. The ticket system is confusing and I think I just have to suck it up and realise I've been done. The clothes are so badly designed and so ill-fitting, I needed help to get them off. They will end up going to a charity shop or something. I'm so annoyed. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is...

Fast shipping and i loved the shorts i got, i also got a shirt that was one size fits all and it fit me perfect even when i have large breast, very good material too!
It took about 3.5 weeks to get my items (we are not used to waiting that long for anything in the US!) but the items were super cute, and fit like the size guide suggested. I did have one item that smelled sort of funny (sour?) but soaked it and it's fine now. I purchased a dress for my wedding shower and it didn't get here in time so I had to go with something else. Up front shipping expectations would be nice.

Placed the order on July 20th and received most of what I ordered after two weeks. However, I NEVER RECEIVED a confirmation email for the order or that it was shipping and when I looked up my account online it shows nothing under the My Orders tab. So I have no way to confirm what I did order and what I am missing. I can't enter an order ID because I never received one. There also was no packing slip in the package that I did receive and on the package there is no company information. Just a non-descript return address. I had to review my online history to find the website again. Most companies would have their name and website all over everything and be sending junk email to entice you back. They seem like they don't want you to be able to find them. Be wary of this site.

I purchased my items last Monday. I got a confirmation email along with a tracking number for FedEx. For the past several days it says a label hasn't even been created and that it's stuck in New Jersey?
I'm hoping you guys don't give me the same automated reply that you have given everyone else that it takes several days to prepare the shipment if it is a popular item simply because the tracking number listed the weight of the package, etc meaning the package with the clothing has to be floating around somewhere. In this instance, I would like to assume Fedex is the problem but seeing the reputation your company has built on reliability I presume it's not their fault. I haven't gone shopping in over a year, I was really excited to freshen up my wardrobe before school starts up again. It has been a week and no update, I project I won't get my clothing for a month.
If this doesn't go well I'm spreading the word not to buy from here! This is extremely frustrating, which is really disappointing because the clothes are so cute. Please fix this ASAP! I was hoping to be a long term customer but your site is extremely misleading with the "coupons" and the "ships in 24 hours". And I wish I could convey tone in this message because those were extremely sarcastic air quotes.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
