I had some questions regarding an order I placed, and the customer service rep was really knowledgeable. Their prices are good and the selection is nice.
Here I was angry that I hadn't recieved my 40% off discount promised to new members. But then thanks to the awesome customer service at SHEIN, I was able to refund my purchase within 12 hours max and also recieved another chance at the 40% offer. The service was awesome! Thank you Phil.
Tonight I went to use a 40% off code and purposefully ordered $55+ so I could use it. I got to check-out and applied the code. The site said I had used the code successfully, but NO money was deducted from my total. Nowhere on the site does it say that the code is on full price items only. I have to assume the 40% was off the original price which was shown at the top of the charge display. This is deceptive and I suspect it is illegal. I went to find customer service and couldn't find a link or a phone number. This is dishonest.
And as I read these shipping complaints, I feel like I am lucky.
I ordered my items on July 28th and with how great the prices are i was afraid there would be a catch. I looked at all of the reviews and they said that the shipping took a couple weeks and some even a month! I never got an email saying my items have been shipped so i am very very worried... i bought them to wear to school but it's already started so thats a huge bummer... i am so excited about the things i got so i am really hoping i can get them soon.

I have yet to receive my confirmation email over my purchase of three items on July 30th! I clicked the tracking button and the dates don't even correspond to my purchasing date or to real time! Extremely disappointing, I wish I could cancel my order entirely! What is the purpose of paying extra for the shipping if it never comes in!

I have been a long time customer. I am aware that the clothes run small. So, I got a proper measurement from a tailor to make sure that I but the right size. The problem is that some of the clothes run smaller than what they are supposed to.
Recently I bought a cute designer inspired piece and it would not fit over my backside. Sorry, I'm 29 inch waist and 40 inch backside. It's not easy enough but this was not good.
I wrote customer service and told them of my dilemma and they essentially asked me to pay to have it shipped back to the warehouse.
So I wrote back, No... you did not display the proper sizing chart. So, you send me a return label. Right? Well, they passively told me no and after a few emails they changed their mind.
So, I told them I wanted a refund on to my card. They said they would put it in my "online wallet".
SO I wrote back, No, AGAIN, you did not display the correct sizing chart and I want my money back for the cost of the dress. They said that they would issue the refund and said it would take no more than 20 business days to get it back. They also said to contact my bank if I didn't see the money.
On day 23 there was still no sign of my money. So, yes, I called my bank. They said that they would have to create a dispute to make sure that I got my money.
So, in the end, this is what I think. They are a cheap company. They do not want to refund any money like any normal company and just LOVE to tell their customers NO. Even if it's not a direct "no" it's still a no regardless.
I love some of the things that they have but the person that is inputting the data for the sizing chart is mostly off on the size. Also, the customer service is just a plain pain in the
A$$! So, even though I have been shopping with them I'm going to have to say, no more. You can get the same quality of clothing from other online stores. There's not such a huge variety but at least you don't have to wait for a month or longer and you don't have to deal with a customer service issue.

The customer Support is very vague about tracking your order/checking the status. I paid for expedited shipping and it has been already over a week since i ordered and three days since they shipped it, however lack to give an estimated time of arrival for my package. Do not ever purchase anything from this website! There is no customer service number you can call. The only thing you can do is online chat. I purchased two dresses and on THREE different occasions they promised over online chat they would send a mailing label to my email address so I could return them. NEVER HAPPENED. If you want poor quality dresses that you can never return, then definitely shop at SheIn.

Please, before you make any plans for clothes you might decide to purchase from SheInside or Shein, or any of the other names they are now using, really read the negative reviews on this site and many others. Shein has been posting fake positive reviews to get their ratings up. It's not hard to tell - they all read almost exactly the same. Hard to figure how a company could have mostly 1-2 star reviews, or 5 stars. Believe the negative side and go into any order with your eyes open - I've experienced the way this company treats its customers. I had to donate all the things I ordered to thrift shops because they were such poor quality I wouldn't wear them - not one of them (one order only, learned my lesson).
I am a verified buyer, and posted an earlier review of my experience. Be aware that:
1) if you are buying clothes for a trip or special occasion, you need to expect that they will not be delivered for months.
2) the quality and cloth is extremely shoddy, and the clothes are not the beautiful pieces in the online ads or on their website.
3) the "customer service" is absolutely awful and you have no recourse because the company is in, and shipping from, China.
4) there is an undisclosed foreign transaction fee that most banks will add to your credit card charge, that does not show up on the final tally when you pay will show up on your bank statement.

I personally have not found a store as good as this shop. I believe that they provide a variety of clothing and accessories for all of us that have different tastes in clothing. I love their customer service, always on time and make it their priority to help out as much as they can.
I'm not 100% sure if this was taken off for shipping purchases, but earlier I checked my credit card and it said 1,20$ was taken off my card... When I ordered off the website it said the final total would be $39.89, with no warning it would be drawing out 1.20, I know it's just $1.20 but I had no warnings that would be drawn out when I placed my order... I'm irritated by this because what if I had 1$ left on my card, and they just drew that out, 20 cents would overdraft my credit card! I'd like to know if extra money will be drawn out?!?!

So as you can see, right when you go to the website, it says 24 hour shipping. NO PART OF IT IS 24 HOURS! I ordered something llike a month ago and have been waiting for it and im losing my patience. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
