I placed an ordee July 17 expecting it to get here for August 6st because It's my country (Jamaica) independence day and I'd like something nice to wear.It took 10 days to ship (shipped July 27) and when i try to check up on my order I can't or postal service tells me my package is unavailable, what does that mean
They shipped my order to a different address and when I wrote to them about it, they insisted that I went to my neighbor's place to look for it. I explained that I couldn't because I had moved out so it was just my former roommate in the house, but they kept insisting that I went to look for my order to my negihbor's house. Watch out, these people don't acknowledge their mistakes.

I placed an order almost a MONTH ago, took about 2 weeks to process then finally got shipped. It was suppose to arrive 2 days ago but failed because apparently it was the incorrect address, which is completely wrong. I had the correct address, I don't understand why it was shipped back & I definitely don't appreciate the time it's taken for my clothes to be shipped & delivered. Very disappointed...

For the longest time my package says it's labeled but hasn't been shipped. It's been over 3 days and it's said the same thing and hasn't shipped yet. It does not say "expired" it says shipped and I even have a tracking number. Everything has been paid for.

Ordered some items about three weeks ago, did the free shipping and figured it would be about a week to receive... Nope still nothing. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I need to contact FedEx because the shipment was sent to them... But clearly FedEx never did receive it because it still said that the label was created.
Asked customer service to look in to it, and what do you know? They said the package was lost and asked if I wanted a refund. I sent them a message asking them to expedite the items without charging me additional, as I still wanted them... But have not gotten a single response from anyone and it has been over 2 days. Go figure...
I will never ever order from them again. It is true that you get what you pay for!

Cute clothes with very affordable/reasonable price. Double check the sizing on each item, they actually tell you each items measurement with different sizes.
They service is very good, they answered me all my questions and gave me the information i needed in livechat service, i expected a little bit more in the ticket reply.
I ordered 4 items on July 10th and still have not received them. When i try and track my package it doesnt work. It says it has indeed shipped but i have not received anything yet.

I have recieved my products as of 2:13 on August 4th. Quality is okay certain products in the images on the site that were provided definitly look ALOT longer than the actual product. The rest of the items fit in the other places. The length is the matter.

I ordered Sunday 7/24/16 I didn't getting any tracking info any emails etc. My order still says that it's processing. And 7 hours after I sent a ticket, I see that I it says to allow up to 7 days to prepare shipment. I also paid for expedited shipping thinking I would get it this week. I only ordered two things and I even took the chance with ordering from the site after asking my friend about it. At this point I just want to cancel and order the same thing somewhere else.
I have been trying to get you guys to ship my order for a week now and I haven't gotten a response from anyone stating that they can cancel the item that's holding up the order and ship the order off. I placed an order on the 18th. I specifically addressed that I needed it expedited because I am going on vacation on the 29th and I will have nothing to wear! I could understand if I irresponsibility placed the order late and am expecting it to be here on time but no I placed my order in on time so I could get it before I leave. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
