While the quality of the undergarments were good, they were too small. I usually wear a large. I cannot get the large past my knees.

Yes, I received the order and told not to send back due to they have issued a refund of $47 dollars but continue to take the money out of back account. The I had a reduce amount of $9.10 to spend. I am unsure of what's going on, I would like to use the full credit and the $47 dollars and for you to stop taking additional money out of my account.

Still navigating the return process all week. Bot loops you through a web page. Submitting a ticket gets you no where. Emailing about ticket status gets you looped back to website to start over again.
