I seen a lot of ads on Instagram and looked at all the reviews and seen everyone who brought shape wear loved it and felt more confident in it. So i gave it a try and feel in love with the product as well. Shipping and handling went well.

I need to change the style and size. It isn't what I thought it would be but I have no clue how to exchange or return it. I paid over $100 for this amd cant even use it, which is ridiculous actually.

Service!... would have given a 5 but one item that was strong and nearly puncture resistant was not true. As soon as I put it on my dull square nail pierced it. A bummer!

Honestly it was a waste of money because it did not fit right I didn't know about the return policy and then I signed into my account and I don't even have any discount or rewards for a future order which is not right

I previously purchased you waisted briefs and they do snatch you in but I wasn't warned about the back fat that spills over the top of the high waisted briefs.

One of the best shapewear I've ever purchased. Very comfortable - wore it all day with no issues. It stayed up with no problems and showed no lines. It did take some time and effort to put on (I purchased the pull up style with no zipper)... Chile, the lycra was lycra-ing. I'm not sure if this will get easier over time and as I wear it more. But once on I had no issues and my husband loved it. Very sexy! For reference, I am 38B - 32 waist - 43 hips. I typically wear a medium (8/10). I purchased the size large and it snatched and tucked my fupa (aka,. Mom pouch) right up.

I Love my purchase. It says strong hold, and it's just that; but without feeling uncomfortable. I wear it all day while working and it doesn't roll, or too tight where you can breathe. It holds firmly and accents your figure!

I love my product, but I need a bigger size but unfortunately I didn't know it until after I've worn it. I love the way it makes my butt appear bigger and juicy! Apple bottom for sure.

When the item first came in i thought there is no way my body can fit into this, However, when i say it snatched me all the way up but i was still comfortable. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend this brand to anyone!

The product came apart while trying it on. It was upsetting because of the commercials showing it was basically indestructible.

Please design for long waisted women. I like the security and the comfy design. I have a long torso maybe I should have tried the one that pulls up just under the breast.

Package arrived on time. It's been a long time since I have worn such a girdle like garment. But boy do I look hot in it.

Since it is capri length it does not cut into my legs or thighs. Looking forward to wearing it under a sleek dress and pants.

I looked at the measurements brought off my measurements and too tight and does a horrible job covering my bust and uncomfortable. When you're selling your products that require the shape X with women with large breast, you should include that because our measurements that we that we see does not fit a woman with larger bust. The shape wear should have measurements and the bra should have different measurements. So I am an large shapewear with DDD bust. I need large bottom and X large up top.

The items I ordered did not fit well. The brain left gaps at the breast and straps were uncomfortable due to rolling or not staying in place. This was not a good look under my clothing.

I text to say my bras where to small. I would like to return and exchange. I never got a response on what they're going to do. And what I'm suppose to do.

My package came pretty quick and once I tried on my stuff I realized why I only wear Shapellx. It's the best shape wear on the market. Great quality, very comfortable and does the job of smoothing me out
