I reached out to do a happy return.
They offered me a gift card and then I got an email with the amount of the gift card Plus 20%.

I just wanted to just get the cash back because I didn't see any other items I was interested in purchasing...

But later that day, I saw some items, so I reached out and told them I would accept the gift card offer.

They sent me an email and said okay, you'll have your gift card information within 2 days.

That's been about 4 days ago and I reached out twice and haven't heard anything back from anyone, again...

So I'm not sure when I'm going to get a refund or the gift card.

So it's frustrating and disappointing.
Hopefully these fit perfectly so I won't have that same hassle again! Lol

I recently received an item that did not meet what I was expecting. I emailed the company and received a response quickily and they helped resolve my issue with no problem. I am happy to be shopping with them again!

It's always a problem when you have to return or exchange your product. You always offer gift cards and percentage off but you give us a time limit in using it I will never take another gift card from you or percentage. You have to return it to the original payment method.

I really like what this brand is setting out to do however if you are plus size the bras will be a tight fit. Otherwise the craftsmanship is amazing.

My experience thus far has been great. This shape truly doesn't roll as much as other brands; however, you will get the support and hour-glass shape. I find wearing it also control your posture and stomach shrinkage.

I enjoy my items that I purchased. I should have did a different size. And, the packaging is really nice! Thank you for the measuring tape. S

I have purchased 5 pieces within the past 3-4 months and every piece is amazing. I love Shapellx. Because I am aging, I don't want to have any altering surgery, Shapellx is better than any body cosmetic surgery. I love this company and its products!.

The experience was good and the delivery was fast but I have tried to return for a refund and they only want to give me a gift card. I would like my money back.

Need to exchange 2 items for a smaller size. Received exchange well after 30 days. I still have 2 items that I don't need and would like to return them.

This company had the best variety and quick shipping for customers. The info is detailed and sizing charts as well as videos and reviews are very helpful.

I ordered a tummy control and looked snatched in my dress. I have an event soon and wanted to feel the same and look the same.

I have been purchasing my shape wear from Shapellx for years and I am pleased with every purchase. The material is quality and the fit is always amazing!

It was really easy to place the order but I am dissatisfied with the shipping. For the money that I paid for shipping it shouldn't take 2 weeks to receive my order. It sat in Illinois for 1 week.

Every order I have received arrived in a timely manner. The bras that I ordered were a true fit and very comfortable. Will definitely order again

Iv been trying to get ahold of customer service so I can return my order since it doesn't fit but they have it set up so you can't do returns on your own. You have to get ahold of customer service but that's hard when they don't ever respond.

My item was not delivered on time as promised when I placed the order. When I contacted customer service they were rude, not helpful and even shady in her responses.

I need a good shapewear for my wedding so I knew i needed to order from Shapellx. Im anxious to see how my dress is going to fit with it on. I know I wont be disappointed. Due to my weight loss I sized down this time.

There's nothing that I have not purchased on this site that has done me wrong or steered me wrong. Everything that I have purchased thus far has fit me so good.

1. The website needs to offer a favorites list or save for later option

2. Ordered a brown bra and a brown panty. I wanted it to match. The browns didn't even match. So disappointing! Shapewear should be cute and sexy as it is functional. Sell sets! Sell things that match!

3. The shipping company? I live in an apartment building. They couldn't even get inside unless someone buzzed him in so I couldn't get the package until days after his initial attempt. Other shipping companies are able to get inside and leave the package.
