Thought I purchased high waisted with zipper closure. Product was very difficult to close. I'm a 1X and purchased 2X. Have to return it. Trying the body suit for better results.

The first time I placed a order I wasnt sure about sizing and not only did they reply to my email in less than 2 days they sent the right size and offered me to keep the other and these items are not cheap but worth it quality is top tier I have now just placed my third order with them and will be in the future

I ordered the wrong size suit and the customer service representative sent out a new one right away. I am very pleased with the fit of the suit and would order from this company again.

The quality was good but the sizes were inconsistent with size guide that was provided I ordered a large it was more size for a small. I
Needed these items for a special event that I
Could not use so I had to purchase another that is more expensive. Would like to exchange items for a larger size

This bra is exactly what I was looking for with the versatility of the straps. So many options.

I have a stomach and ordered the size I normally would wear but if you have a stomach you need to order a size up or two. I got in contact with the company and that worked it out euth me

I received my order, tried it on and was disappointed. I asked to send it back but never got the QR code needed and the drop off location. I tried to call but can never get through to speak to anyone.

Real bad experience this time. My 1st order from this company was excellent. This 2nd order. #Didn't get my free item. And need to exchange or return item.

Buying shape ware is a daunting experience. Seeing ladies whose body shape is like me, made me feel confident about spending the money.

It was worth the money when I needed to exchange the size. I just spoke with somebody over messenger on Facebook and size exchange.

I ordered the Bare Essentials AirSlim® Backless Underwear Bodysuit but received it missing the transparent shoulder straps advertised on your website. I initiated an exchange via email, but the customer service interaction was frustrating due to a persistent communication barrier. Her initial response was a $10 refund with a $30 discount on my next order if I kept the item as is. I appreciated this offer, but the the dress I need to wear with the shapewear with has spaghetti straps which is the reason I need the transparent straps. It took a week of back-and-forth simply to clarify whether I could be sent the missing straps or needed to process an exchange as I still wanted the item. Ultimately, I believe the representative misunderstood my request, as the item was processed for a return instead of the desired exchange. Therefore, I ended up returning the item.

When I first began ordering from Shapellx, the quality of products was different. I have not been able to find products with the same fit recently as I found when I first started patronizing this business.

These work as described, but I wish they went up slightly higher on my body (right under the boobs) because it creates a lump between where the fabric stops and my bra that looks weird under a shirt. I would recommend trying a different design to avoid this. It does compress/flatten the appearance of my stomach, though.

The previous purchase didn't fit. The quality was nothing like it was advertised. Very flimsy and thin material for a plus size shape wear

I ordered the size that was suggested for me based on my measurements and only half of my chest fit into the cups and as it's the largest size offered I couldn't find anything that fits.
