Hi. I ordered a few items and loved the shapewear but need to return the bras. I inquired by email on the return process Instead of receiving details on how to return items, I received an email for me to confirm the order and write a review. Still waiting on a response on how to return items.

I did receive my bra, thank you but, I wrote am email saying that that particular bra was small. I had ordered for size 38DDD which is my actual size but when it came, it was small. I got an email back from you guys saying that I can get another bra without returning the other one. I really appreciate that, the hassle of having to do a 'return' is not even funny. Kindly send me the same color or black in size 42DD. Thank you very much. Happy New Year 2026.

After having real bad experience with another company promising high quality products I was honestly scared. It came on a timely manner and the products feel high quality. I will be purchasing more things!

I love this shape wear. I got the two for 1 deal. I ordered one black and one brown, but recieved 2 black. This is a grest garment. It smooth out your belly, butt, thighs and gives the mindsection a snatched look. I'm 192 pounds size 12 or 14. I bought a XL and should have bought a large for a tighter fit.

It was a great experience It was just my first one so now I know to try other shapers, learning which ones look good on me. Shapellx.com has such a variety of so many items I've been looking for, I can't wait to try more!

I ordered 2 bodysuit shapers. One of them ended up being the wrong product for me the moment I tried it on. Too loose, weird shape... just not right in so many ways. I knew immediately this one has to go back. The 2nd one does a great job cinching my waist but does nothing to flatten by lower abs and highlights my butt in an unnatural, unflattering way. Will probably return this one too.

I saw your ad on facebook with yet another "New" shareware and I had to have it, because I never owned one with thick shoulder straps and back support like this one and I can't wait to try it out.

No support... maybe I got the wrong size. Im not sure. This shape wear does absolutely NOTHING for my body. I had very high hopes.

I needed a different color because I accidentally ordered 2 of the same color and Luna was amazing in effectively getting me the right color great experience

I love my new shapewear. It's a few stubborn places on this old body that needed some help. I finally received some shapewear that didn't hurt I have to do a little shimmy to get in it but I love it. Thanks again

I've been shopping with Shapellx for years. Product quality is always great and when I have any concerns or issues they are always responsive and provide excellent service.

Last order was a little disappointing. It took customer service a long time to refund money back on my debit card. Customer service kept sending the wrong replacement item. It seems like they were not reading my previous emails, that gave them the correct order number and described the issues I was having with the bodysuit.

I purchased shareware with a zipper that broke off. And the bras that I happen to LOVE, both have wires that poked through and 1 came out after less than 3 months!

This is my second purchase with them. The company is very responsive. This time around the shipping was slower but I believe it is due to the holidays.

I love the shape wear it was tough putting it on but once on it felt amazing, lots of support in all the right places. I will be enjoying my shape wear

My only issue is the straps to keep waist panties up. Could you provide the extra strap. It was challenging to find a strap that was long to go around my neck to the other waist side.

I've not actually worn any of the three items I have purchased but will say they are quality made. My problem is fit and comfortability and I've gotten neither but hoping these next two pieces smooth out cellulite through my slacks. I'm not even looking for real shaping so I hope this simple task can be met or this will have to be my final try because the shorts makes my bottom looks weird right at the cheek rounding, as if the material digs in in a wired way that's not flattering or comfortable...
