While the merchandise experience was satisfactory, the email communication was disappointing. I contacted customer support with a question as directed on the website, but did not receive a reply.

I got some.stuff that didn't fit but they were good with exchange. I have introduced 3 people to the products and they all love it.

I have already purchased more than 5 items from SHAPELLX. I am always satisfied with the quality. I had an issue with the short but it was because I order the wrong size 3x instead of 4x. Other than that everything was perfect.

I need lower tummy support after weight loss. I have had previous shapewear from this brand and will try a new pair in another size.

I purchased the pantyhose and the leggings both were very flattering, no rips, no struggles, I wish I bought the shorts at the same time, as those would have been the ideal thing to wear to my daughter's wedding, and my dress had a high slit, but overall I was very comfortable in the stockings and was able to keep them on without having to fix them the entire evening.

I love the first item I received, however I received emails with discount code and not one of five code we're accepted during purchase, which seems a little deceptive

Original purchase of a bra was not comfortable, and when I brought it to their attention, they helped resolve the matter for me, which left me very pleased :)

This shapewear is absolutely amazing. Comfortable and keeps in everything you want in. I am definitely going to buy in more colors. Just trying it on, my confidence shot through the roof. I cannot recommend enough.

I current have 6 items and each of them are just okay, and I think it's because I'm short (5'1") and curvy (180 lbs, 38DDD) and I understand my body type isn't the norm. Which is why I'm always looking for curve-informed clothing. Shapellx tries to fill that need I have, but I still find that my comfort is compromised. For example my bra leaves bruises, welts, and rub marks on my rib cage.

Received item good. I cannot really give a thorough review since I have not use or fit it yet. But so far, product seems good and well packaged.

First bra was to small. They replaced it with the right size, no hassles, very quickly and even sent me a 20% off my next order. I really like the way it fits, so comfy and will be purchasing more products in the near future!

Ok, the items are made with good quality. My only problem is it takes to much time and effort to get into it. I tried several times but was unsuccessful in doing so.

I have the shorts with hooks and zipper I purchased a year ago. I wanted to wear a certain dress for new years and they weren't snatching me the way I needed them to so I ordered the thong shapewear. Baby when I tell you it took the waist in!
