Received shaper, jumpsuit & bra. Love all my items. I'm even considering ordering the halter style jumpsuit as well. The built in shapewwear is a game-changer. Recommend 10/10

I bought my Mom some bras for Christmas and she loved them for the lift it gave her definition around her waste. The cups were an H and didn't fit her as well due to the style of bra. I wished the either larger cup options or more variety for bra styles.

This company makes a wonderful product and I have purchased from them three times. My first two purchases included more than one size and I returned the largest one, which I had never opened.

I would have to go back through all my emails to describe this process, which is the most difficult I ever encountered, but one thing that resonates is the offer they made: x amount of credit back to my method of payment, a discount off my next purchase and I could keep the item {(which I was returning because it was too big (and I never had to open it... not opened, not tried on!)} It took weeks to get my refund; however, I did get it. If I have to return another item, I will have an idea as to how difficult the process is and I will ask my husband to handle it. He has far more patience than I do and will like being my hero and taking on this complex and off-putting process. Last word... the product is wonderful, otherwise I would not be making the purchase I made today. Advice... clean up your act or you will be out of business because of your arduous returns policy.

I'm impressed! Shopping was simple and straightforward, shipping was speedy, and the product is of good quality! I wish though that the bra straps adjusted smoother and were of a stranger material. They cut into the shoulders, and the adjusting device catches...

I just had a tummy tuck and needed compression garments and I knew exactly where to come to! In the past with the garments I had ordered I got a size large. I ordered my new pieces in a large again and they did not fit due to all of the swelling. The happy return process was very easy and the representative was very thorough with helping me and ensuring that I had what I needed. I ended up getting the garments in a 2x and they fit perfectly and had my new body SNATCHED! In addition to that they provided me the compression I needed and felt good. I also love the fact that the gusset area has a zipper and appears to go back further than my last one making it super easy to go to the bathroom. Lastly I was lucky to catch the Black Friday sale so I ended up ordering 3 pieces! Don't hesitate go ahead and get yourself one!

Panty shaper didn't give what I thought. I don't know, maybe I bought the wrong kind. However, I'm willing to try your bras. 😄

I thought I could size down 1 for more snatch & the seams popped badly. I had a huge hole where they shouldn't have been. So I'm giving it another try, in my regular size to see if I get great results with my regular sizing.

You take a chance on what you purchased but you can always return the items if you need to. I have never had to return any of the items I purchased.

I've purchased several items from Shapellx and have always loved the brand, which is why I was excited to try the AirSlim Built-in Tummy Control Cincher Brief Bodysuit. Unfortunately, this item did not fit as described or shown.

The panty area runs very small, especially if you have curves, making it uncomfortable. While the bra fit well, the tummy control was loose. I wear an XL, and even on the tightest latch, there was too much room... I wasn't "snatched" at all.

I contacted customer support to exchange the item and explained that I didn't like how it fit. Instead of a refund, I was issued a store credit, and the credit has an expiration date. To add to the frustration, this credit was not offered as a courtesy for the inconvenience it was simply substituted for my refund.

Very disappointing experience, both with the product and the resolution.

Upon returning items your responce is delayed with many excuses. It is hard to speak with someone. Iam giving it one more try because i really like this item. Hopefully i wont have any problems like last time.

Honestly, I'm hoping this purchase will be the "one". I've purchased other shape wear that was just not comfortable for my liking, but did provide the shape results.

My previous order was too small. I asked for a refund and everything went very smoothly. I received my refund and now I am re-ordering the correct size.

I recently bought some bodysuits, invitingly they were the kind with an open crotch. It's my own fault, I didn't read closey enough. The rest of the garment is so good, I'm keeping them. And I've already bought more.

I received the original order and returned two or three of them for an exchange. I was satisfied with the customer service as it was a quick turnaround, but I have yet to receive the items so that's a problem.

I ordered because of all the wonderful ads. I have ordered 2 items of different color, sz M but after trying one of them, it feels like XXS. Tried to return but having hard time.

The shopping experience was great and I was able to track my order each step of the way. I love the bags my purchase was delivered in.
