This product was not as good as the previous version with the hook and eye - did not see them when I was searching to replace lost waist trainer. The velcro is difficult to position (have to try several times) and the protruding parts is harsh on the skin. Do you have the older version for sale. I've only worn this once since it is not as comfortable. Please send me customer service phone number

Product itself was nice quality, but the fit was off. I have a slightly taller torso and these DO NOT work for my body. I had 3-4" gap between the top of the shape wear and the bottom of my bra. This wasn't just with one pair, I purchased multiple, trying different sizes and they just don't work. Very disappointing. If you're short, TRY THEM. But if you're tall and or have a normal to taller torso maybe just try something else.

I love the shape wear, but I should have sized up because it's a bit too tight. It's also not what I wanted; I accidentally ordered the wrong bodysuit.

I have heard so many good things about this product.
When my order arrived, I looked at it and thought " no way is this going to fit "

I ordered a size up to be safe and it was still way too small. I wear a 2X but sized up to a 3X and it fit like a large. This site definitely isnt for women who are plus size. Will never order from this site again.

Received the item and it was slightly too long, the bra area started slipping down. Started the return process and it has been days just to even return one item. You have to request a return and they have to review it…I started the process days ago and I have yet to receive any instructions to return the item. The return process is enough for me to not want to shop here again.
