While the quality of the undergarments were good, they were too small. I usually wear a large. I cannot get the large past my knees.

The material and compression is comfortable. Its breathable and you do not feel confined and restricted in your shape wear. I love it!

I concern that you not understanding what I am saying. Yes, I received the order and told not to send back due to they have issued a refund of $47 dollars but continue to take the money out of back account. The I had a reduce amount of $9.10 to spend. I am unsure of what's going on, I would like to use the full credit and the $47 dollars and for you to stop taking additional money out of my account.

Still navigating the return process all week. Bot loops you through a web page. Submitting a ticket gets you no where. Emailing about ticket status gets you looped back to website to start over again.

Their products are of quality and made for everyday use. Cleaning instructions and maintenance are clear and when followed, actually preserve the garments.

Shapellx has not fail me yet. I love the quality of the material. If I had the money, I would order the Activewear by Shapellx. But underwear comes first.

Well made bras. Unfortunately, I ordered a size too big. Hoping my replacements (sent for free with returning others) are on the way and that they fit, as the replacements cannot be returned for a refund.

Found 2 possible items to wear for a wedding under my dress. Received them when it was estimated. The items were nice. Both items were as described, but the front class being Shape wear is not for petite bodies my size but the other Shape wear was great.

I had never heard of this company or products before, but decided to take a chance and I'm really glad that I did! They are great quality products and the shipping was really fast and easy, which is always a plus! I will definitely be using them again.

Love the quality of the products; I have several skirts, bodysuits, jumpers and swim suits. I am so comfortable in these clothes, I don't work about being too curvy because I KNOW I look great.

I purchased a shaper, but when I tried it on it was too big, I contacted them to let them know, they mailed me a size smaller and let me keep the larger one they truly take care of their customers

The bras that I ordered do not perform as listed in the descriptions and videos. It said that they don't rise up or roll up, but they do. The material falls around the band and will not lay flat. I am extremely disappointed. And I think the return policy is that they will not refund your money but they will give you a credit. I don't want credit. I want my money back.

Overall, I don't feel like these bras have enough Lyft and support. They're well-made and for someone who is younger with smaller breasts, they might work. Second time I've ordered and not been satisfied.

I've ordered so many items most of the time im please, but never disappointed I've sent back and always received something I'm please with.

The first shapewear item I purchased wasn't the correct fit according to the sizing chart provided. I had to go up 1 or 2 sizes when I did the free exchange, but I was glad to be able to exchange the incorrectly sized item.

On time shipping, I got the large in size for my first order which fitted well for a little then got a little lose so this time I got medium size. Am still a little on the fence about the size but am hopefully this will be it. But overall you guys rock

The item was too small and tried to return and they didn't want to take back. Wanted me to do a review and I can keep the item and my money was supposed to be returned. But that didn't happen!
