I did not receive my order and I reached out and didn't get a response... however I ordered again asking a friend to do it for me. I received my item and absolutely loved it.

The quality was better than I expected it to be. Order came fast and when I had a problem customer service had a fair solution for me. Would definitely purchase from here again.

I I've ordered from shapellx's the quality is awesome and it does what it says it should do. People you will not be disappointed.

I am 6'4 and in a US size 20. I am never super confident that things I order online will fit. Everything I ordered fit fantastically and I love each piece of shape wear I got.

I purchased bathing suit, very cute, however it is too small and I requested a return or exchange. I did not hear back until my 3rd request and I still don't know how to get my exchange started as the email I received only stated a ticket was created? Still unsure how to exchange…. But I really would like to…. So just waiting!

Return process exceptionally slow in processing just to get ok to ship back then still not acknowledged they were taken to ultra earlier this week and sent back while only having 30 day window to return

I ordered the Bras my size is a 40 D but the ones I ordered fits really tight in the back and they roll up on me had to keep adjusting it maybe I will order 42 D to be sure

I understand the idea of shaping your body but still feel the sizing is a bit off, for my anyway. I am a petite frame with larger bust so it's always tough for me to gauge a size. I originally ordered a medium and then a large which was better in 1 of the suits. Customer service was great :)

Customer service is something that is lacking in today's society. Most companies promise the world but deliver a lack luster experience. So much so that I'm surprised when I receive good customer service. You did what you said and I love my Shapelix. Thank you.

It fit me well. I do think that strapless may feel a little weird because I'm afraid it will gradually slip down or a boob could becomed dislodged. But with straps it feels very good and very supportive. I haven't tried it on with my dress yes so we will see if my dress hides it.

Unfortunately, the bras and shape wear I purchased were too small. I need to start a return/exchange. Customer service quality is top notch. They are patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I will purchase again and will remain a customer!

J have ordered multiple items from shape LLx. And have been very pleased. The last two items were poor quality the size was not true to fit very disappointing

Love your products! I continue to purchase them. I believe this my fourth or fifth purchase with Shapelllx. From the Bras to the Mesh Boot-Yeah capris.(I have one every color). This product is exactly as advertised.

It's pretty hard for women of big bust size to find a perfectly fitted bra that actually gives the lift and comfortability but with shapellx you get both

The product was very different from what I was expecting. It didn't lift my breast I felt like it was a bad bra I bought from Walmart. I am highly disappointed.

I was surprised when I received my package; I loved the bags. I wanted to return them because my daughter gave me some very similar ones, but when I tried them on, there was no comparison. I highly recommend them; the products are of excellent quality, and the customer service is super fast.
