I like the product and I don't usually order under garments from online store, but this is a company that does what it says. The under garments are very comfortable.

Loved my purchase and it makes things easy when you purchase again because you can trust what you see is most definitely what you get.

Product is as designed, holds all I need to be held and looks good while doing it. Delivery received fast and without fail. Packaging is a A+, I am huge on presentation

I ordered shapewear for the first time ever. I was so excited to try it. I kept an eye on the USPS tracking, but got concerned after a few days of no additional updates in the USPS system. I reached out to customer service and they were great.Ultimately- USPS updated their tracking and my package was out for delivery the next day. On top of great customer service- the product is incredible. There was another company I was looking at ordering from- but all of their reviews said how bad customer service was. I wanted to mention how impressed I was to read about your customer service and that is ultimately why I chose to order from you. I will DEFINITELY order more from you guys!

My first purchase, the size was smaller than expected but i was able to requested a size up which was perfect. Everything else is history.

Order 2-Posture Bras but tried on one & found the shoulder strap metal hooks scratched my skin. Wanted to return 1-bra but found that it was easier to accept $30 Gift Card than go thru your process for return shipping label for the unopen bra package.

I have more than just a C-section scar. I hurt when I walk too much and there's is no "control" and the skin keeps stretching. I was getting very upset with myself. I believe with this garment I will be able to get myself onto the right healing pathway. We shall see. But I have been amazed so far yet! The control has helped and so my journey begins.

The shopping experience is great. The bathing suits are beautiful; however, I need to exchange them for a smaller size. The exchange/return is time consuming. I had to send an email and then wait for approval. Then I received a QR code that is not working. I had to write another email, and am waiting for a response. I would like to receive the correct sizes as soon as possible as I am going to g on vacation in a couple of weeks.

It's totally what I expected when I got it. I was kind of nervous but exactly what it said it was gonna do it did it definitely served definitely a 10 out of 10 100 out of 100 good quality

Honestly I didn't. Have a good experience with shapellx the product it not described how is described on thise commercial, the top keep rolling down this waist shape it horrible 😳 im very unsatisfied with the product. It can not stay on me, I would love to get my money back.

Had a small problem receiving product contacted customer service they replaced item and it was worth the wait. I will say size down. I have several items that are now to big

I'm glad I didn't have to wait long. Bt it's not as advertised. I'm not snatched. I will continue to wear it on a daily basis for at least a week to see if there's any changes.

Your products are good but after Someone has paid you say you don't have the product I hope this time won't be the same story.

Delivery takes long too, can you please deliver this before 25th this month of Jan

New customer. Bought a few items for me and my niece. Finally got my bras sorted out. Now trying to learn about the Capri shaper and what size fits best.
