I ordered shapewear for the first time ever. I was so excited to try it. I kept an eye on the USPS tracking, but got concerned after a few days of no additional updates in the USPS system. I reached out to customer service and they were great.Ultimately- USPS updated their tracking and my package was out for delivery the next day. On top of great customer service- the product is incredible. There was another company I was looking at ordering from- but all of their reviews said how bad customer service was. I wanted to mention how impressed I was to read about your customer service and that is ultimately why I chose to order from you. I will DEFINITELY order more from you guys!

Order 2-Posture Bras but tried on one & found the shoulder strap metal hooks scratched my skin. Wanted to return 1-bra but found that it was easier to accept $30 Gift Card than go thru your process for return shipping label for the unopen bra package.
One of the bodysuit I ordered didn't have the right cup size. I can't even wear. The body is perfect it's just the cup that is too small. I couldn't even refund and get my money back or exchange it.
I have more than just a C-section scar. I hurt when I walk too much and there's is no "control" and the skin keeps stretching. I was getting very upset with myself. The shopping experience is great. The bathing suits are beautiful; however, I need to exchange them for a smaller size. The exchange/return is time consuming. I had to send an email and then wait for approval. Then I received a QR code that is not working. I had to write another email, and am waiting for a response. I would like to receive the correct sizes as soon as possible as I am going to g on vacation in a couple of weeks.
