The band was longer than I realized. There were no instructions so I could wrap it correctly. This has caused a bit of frustration. People can hurt themselves if they wrap incorrectly or too tight.

First time ordering and i ordered 3x and 4xl
I have the 3xl to my friend it didnt fit me and i thought the 4x would. I believe i am not understanding true fit

Ordering was Quick n easy. It's a perfect fit and did the job.

I like it but it's too big for me doesn't hold a thing I'm sure I got the wrong size but that's my mistake I love the straps and the fact you can't see it through dresses and shirts was way too small in the area maybe make that part wider other than that I'll definitely by again size smaller

It's not easy to use, I tried starting at the bottom of my abdomen but then it wouldn't go all the way to the top, so I started at the top and it rolled up, it also pushed up the extra skin above my bra.

Shipping was Fast and easy. Product works. You just might want to wash it first as it stinks as if someone already sweated in it. The packaging could be much better as well, as I don't even think there was a packing slip with my package. Looked as if someone just rolled it in a bag and mailed it out, with no real paperwork or anything.

I ordered the PowerConceal Low-Back Hourglass and online ordering was easy. The shipping process was not so great. I ordered the product November 27th and just received it December 10th, but didn't realize the product was coming from China so maybe that's to be expected. I haven't been able to try on the product because I was out of town when it arrived, which was another reason why I was upset with the shipping process because I was hoping it would've arrived before my departure, but soon as I return home I will try it on and leave an updated review. Other than shipping, the process was fine.
