Unfortunately this bra is not working out for me either. I'd like to return all 4 bras. This last order, the convertible bra, I ordered in a DD and the bra cup is smaller than the initial order that had a D cup.
I have no use for these bras and understand that there is no refund. Please issue a return label so I can get credit. I actually saw a bathing suit I like but I'm not sure the size.
I wear Victoria Secret bras and wear a 36D or 36DD. Shapellx bra cups are too small. I'm really considering getting the bathing suit instead

The support these bras give is amazing. The high waisted shorts hold everything in and is still comfortable to wear for hours.

I made a purchase and immediately requested to return one of four items. I received email correspondence on exchanging. I selected an alternate item to exchange. I'm still in LIMBO... IDK if my return has been approved or if I should expect the exchange item in the mail. No direct word from customer service via email as of yet.

CONSIDERING I ONLY BROUGHT MY FIRST BRA HERE AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IT FIT PERFECT. I SHOP FOR BRAS ALL OVER FROM VICTORIA'S SECRET, LANE BRYANT, AND WALMART AND HAVE NOT GOT ANY GOOD RESULTS UNTIL I GOT THIS BRA.

I heard about shapellx and I wanted to see for myself. This product is very good. This is my second purchase from this company at each time I purchase I am satisfied.

I received my order and one of the item didn't fit so I contacted someone to return it and they were absolutely very prompt and helpful, Emily was great

Did not know that they were not returnable even if still in package, 2 bras don't fit and I'm out almost $70, would not have ordered if I had known

I couldn't fit it and I need a bigger size. A email was sent to me saying that I didn't have to return it. They will send me the size that I need. I need a XL.

The bra I got was exactly what I was looking for. It gave me the back support i needed, all the weight is not on my shoulders. It's a pushup up bra, and it does its job, it doesn't cut my boobs in 2.
I got my package in the same week. I got 2 different sizes since I fluctuate on my weight and they both fix perfectly. No need for return or contact customer service. The best part is that I got them on sale

I've purchased several waist cinching/tummy control bathing suits from various companies and saw an ad for Shapellx. I figured why not? Extremely please with the quality, design, fit, and can honestly say it's now my favorite. I will be replacing my others with this brand and ordering more colors.

If you already have a buttocks then be careful purchasing the buttocks lift becuz it will fit funny at the leg/buttocks connection. Sorry hard to explain. Other than that it was everything I expectedz

Great support for back posture, soft materials. Met all my expectations. Now I just need one that is made without the thigh coverage. I would enjoy having the option of both, to accommodate my various clothing options.

Good shareware products. Just stop taking discounts back in taxes and provide free insurance for over $100 purchases as an incentive

I love my shareware. I should have ordered a size smaller to be more snatched but overall it's good and I'll be ordering more

This is a great product, true to size. I've ordered 1 size up in case it runs small and was surprised that it actually runs quite try to size. Arrived quickly, nice packaging.

I am very pleased with how promptly and professional customer service responded when one item in my order did not arrive with the rest. So far my experience with Shapellx both in their products and services has been impeccable.
